Do not return anything here, especially if you purchased something online or at another location. They will not give you your entire refund and they will refuse to reverse the refund so you can return the items somewhere else. Received only $9 of a $34 Goop Unseen Sunscreen, used twice. They will make you stand there for 10 minutes while they arbitrarily fiddle with the computer and then call a supervisor so the supervisor can tell you that the Sephora location is leaving JCP, But dont worry! Were getting our own makeup store! And it will have both high end and low end JCP brand products!!.

I was lucky enough to be helped by Holly. She was sweet and so so helpful! She went out of her way to match me and make sure I knew all about the foundation she was recommending. Unprofessional staff! That sums it up! I stopped by this mall one Saturday morning. Went by here to look at their cologne, and was not acknowledged by the staff. It’s not that I except to be treated like royalty, but business was slow & not even greeted? This is a very small dept. inside the JCP. Also had 2 people on staff that were just sitting and chatting? Who trained them, obviously missed a good sale! Went to Dillard’s and warmly greeted, customers spend more when given good service!

Went into the store Sat Jan. 12 at 4:30 or so. 3 associates working two behind the counter talking one on the sales floor helping a client, Store was not busy, was never talked to are approached, I was there to buy 3 products and did need some help they seemed to busy chatting to help, I may or may not be back, very disappointed in customer service

I have always loved to go buy my makeup here and l would find associates who were always ready to help,but this particular day last week l found the most rude associate, l am not going back there,l will buy my makeup now at ulta beauty.

The staff is so friendly and informative. The make-up demos are great. Go try it when they have an event.

Had a very nice shopping experience in Sephora in the Anderson mall. Didnt catch the young ladys name but she was very helpful.

First time ever going into the store was about 9 months ago. This time was odd, i had a gift card i was eager to spend and there was only one girl working. It was me, my husband, and my sister in law who loves makeup, my husbands also a cop but obviously unless its said nobody knows what you do for a living. Anywho... she never asked me if i needed help but i made it a point to go up and ask about a few gift sets they were selling and that was it. Literally the whole time we were looking at talking the clerk was stalking us. And no im not exaggerating, the store is very small and i get that you have to look after your merch but jesus this girl was right there with us just staring at us, watching our every move and not saying a word. It was way to obvious and made me so angry and uncomfortable i told them lets go im tired of being treated like im about to steal something every second im in here, and the was about a foot away from me when this was said and we left. Now fast forward..... i gave it another shot.. us 3 went back just before christmas and i was looking for gifts. I picked up a gift card and asked one of the 3 girls behind the counter if this card could only be used at a sephora within the jcpenny... i got the dumbest look from all 3 of them and she smerked and said yes. I said okay then never mind, and put it back. Very rude people. I wont be back. Being from atlanta we have whole stores so i wasnt used to shopping at a store within another store. Lol

I went to this location yesterday and it was honestly the best experience Ive had at a Sephora. I needed a new foundation because I have been wearing the same heavy, full coverage brand for years and just wanted something a bit lighter with more natural ingredients (went with Tarte). The girl who helped me, Sommer, was so helpful and genuinely interested in my satisfaction. She took the time to find the exact shade I needed and ended up doing a simple look for my whole face. She was the sweetest thing, and spent well over an hour with me. The girl knows what she is doing and her customer service skills are superb. The shop is much quieter and not as crazy as the Greenville location and I will definitely make this my main Sephora. So pleased.
