Waited on hold for over 15 minutes waiting just to find out about a PCR covid test like my job asked me to do the front desk transferred me to the pharmacy multiple times because the pharmacy wasnt picking up and when they did the lady was very rude and said Walgreens pharmacy please hold after waiting for 11 minutes. It got to the point I was aggravated and extremely pi**ed off and they just hung up on me and wasted my time. If I could have put a zero start I would have.

Waiting in line for several minutes. One register open. Told to pick up photos up front so additional wait time. Then same person who told me I had to go up front opens the photo register and helps all parties behind me. Very poor service, not coming back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good pharmacy however like most Walgreens pharmacies Walgreen Corporation policy appears to be make certain they are understaffed so their employees seldom if ever have a chance to catch their breath during their shift. Thre front store has a wide selection of every medical need along with a wide selection of food both on shelves along with cold and frozen selections. Like most they also have personal hygiene item, a variety of cards for every occasion and a selection of spirits.

The store is always exceptionally clean & organized! I must say that the pharmacy workers are probably a few of the nicest located in Anderson. They treat their patrons with kindness & respect.

I’ve been filling my meds here for almost 2 years now horrible service take your bessiness to cvs I got a call telling me that’s the pharmacy tech was giving out my information I thought that was private if you want horrible service go here if I could give this place a 0 stars I would this place is horrible

Horrible service. I went today and the woman at the register refused to ring up my laundry soap. Said there was a limit of 4. No where in the add does it say that. Ill take my business to cvs

We thought this was a good place to get our sons prescription filled, they didnt bother to tell us that there was no doctor on staff to fill the prescription, but, they still told us our prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. Great work guys, let someone who doesnt know anything about prescriptions fill them for a child. We will be taking our buisness elsewhere from now on.
