The new manager here is great!!! This was the absolute best service ever I had yesterday when I exchanged my mattress for a different softer one. I would definitely go here for my next bed and I suggest if you want the best service to call and ask when the manager will be there and go then. He wasn’t too sales-y and not pushy like some employees I’d talked to in the past. Very knowledgeable on the options. Overall, mattress firm met my expectations and I will be a long time customer.

I called ahead and spoke with Sam. He was very professional and helpful. He verified what I was looking for was in stock and that it would be available and ready for same day pickup. I went to the store, Sam was helping another customer so Savannah helped me. She knew exactly what I was there to get and helped me thru the purchase very quickly. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. There was no attempt to upsale me at all. Just exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend using this location for all of your bedding needs.

The service was good but it was a liability form that I had to sign in order to take the mattress just in case it fell off my vehicle which I understand but they also needed my drivers license information which I felt was too much to ask a person for with all the identity fraud in the world. They need to find a safer way to handle that or just deliver everything

Excellent service from Tim. He helped me twice in just a matter of minutes, because I left, then came back. He was very thorough in his processing my order. I called in a few days, to put off the delivery date. He readily changed the date for my new bed arrival.

Lindsey Rondeau went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us line up a last minute delivery date after we had a schedule change that interfered with our original date. Even though she had not been our original sales person, she happened to answer the phone when I called the Hamilton Town Center location, where we purchased the bed. She sympathized with our plight and took it upon herself to contact the warehouse on our behalf - more than once - until she found a slot that had opened up! She was courteous, caring, and happy to help! Excellent customer service, that to us, raises Mattress Firm above the competition!

I absolutely hate shopping for a new mattress. It seems like most of the people working in any mattress store is like talking to a car salesman. HOWEVER, I did not feel that way at all when I bought my mattress here. The gentleman that was helping me was very easy going and was only concerned about what it was exactly that I was looking for. The mattress that I picked wasnt even close to some of the most expensive ones in there and he didnt try to shove me over to a more expensive one. Great place and great people!
