Nicholas Snow was one of the best reps we have had! He was very knowledgeable about his products and extremely patient when we weren’t quite sure about switching companies and what wireless products we had. He broke down every bit of our bill and what to expect for the first billing cycle. AT&T has definitely improved since we had them years ago.

Walked in the door. Was greeted by salesman who took me to the back. I told him my problem. He checked the problem and phone. Went to the back installed a new SIM card and I left. It was a great experience as always. I’ve been with AT&T for a long time and will continue. On a trip to PR a few years ago my kids and grandkids were on vacation. As they drove around the entire island. Only those with AT&T had service. My son and kids with Verizon had no service in PR.

Went to find out about my cricket account. To also complain about treatment from a customer service person at cricket in Anderson, Daniel who was extremely rude and didnt care about anyone but his own personal problems. They were very friendly. They told me what to do and who to contact. Thank you very much.

Arbor. Called att customer service telling them I wanted some malware. The guy I talked to on the phone told me I could go to their website or I would have to drive to an att store. We are 70 so my wife and I drove 35 minutes to a store. Once there an oversized 20 something and he told me they dont recommend putting malware on the phone.Att customer service socks. Stay away from att.

Nicholas is an employee that was working yesterday when I went into the store. He was helping an older man that had a business account. Nicholas stared that due to the nature of his account the man needed to call AT&T and speak with a specific department. The older man asked for help in making the call and Nicholas continued to state that he cant impersonate the older man so he cant do it. The man said Ill talk to them but I need help. Nicholas continued to refuse help to the older man. The man started to become frustrated. I interjected to help de-esclate the situation and explain to Nicholas that the man was saying that he feels overwhelmed and wants help navigating the system. Nicholas looked at me and rudely stated that he knew what the man needed and then told me that I could call AT&T for him if I wanted to. I stated that it seemed the situation was escalating for no reason. I went back to my table and another man came to help the older man and was very nice.

The dude who swapped our phones over to AT&T from Verizon last nigh kept communication with us on what needed to be done what he was doing and how & has the most pleasant customer service manners,he gave us the best experience Ive ever had switching services...he was very social and I highly recommend this location.

Although the accessories are overpriced, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Elise was very patient and helpful with us as we made our phone upgrades and new plan decisions. Our appointment was long, but constructive. We got everything accomplished in one visit - thanks again!

Completely felt like we were not treated with respect or listened to we were sold something that wasnt even compatible with our phone so I had to come back in and return it the guy had no personality I would have had more have a conversation with a robot it felt like the service so far seems to be okay but they are extremely pricey and it doesnt matter if you have every single feature they offer you dont get no deals and good luck on those gift cards were still waiting on ours and its been 6 months

Very Rude to my son, I sent him in there to get his phone upgraded after talking to customer service and getting it approved, they told him it couldnt be done, wouldnt even look at our account to see the notes or call customer service, kept telling him he had to pay to have his current phone fixed, so they are not nice whoever is working there at this time today! I let customer service know that they do NOT represent AT&T well at all! Customer service helped and shipped him the upgrade! It is called a shared upgrade! They get a zero rating

The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have always been able to help me with any issue I have had. My only negative thought is wait time can be slow but that doesnt deserve a bad rating, it is a busy place and sometimes being short staffed just happen. People should be more understanding of this. I may explore a scheduled appointment next time to see if that helps. Overall rating is A+. To the staff, keep up the good work.

They didnt have what I wanted in store.. not the phone I wanted nor the case for it in stock. Unprofessional customer service. They dont answer the phone for incoming customer calls.. Ive not even had my service for 48 hours. Its been the worst experience Ive ever had in trying to do business with a company. They dont even care if it makes them look bad. They know if you leave some other unfortunate soul will come along in place of you.

I highly recommend At&t I placed a order online for 2 galaxy 9 notes and there was some mistakes made by the online person. At&t on scatterfield in Anderson Indiana went above and beyond my wildest expectations to fix my issue. Awesome people!! Thanks again guys!!

Do not ever use AT&T service it is a rip-off. We have a plan where we get unlimited data with uverse. First off, uverse is terrible along with the internet. Half the time our wifi doesnt even work and the uverse is messed up. We have had 3 new rounters and 2 new uverse boxes and still having problems to this day. The data is extremely slow and we dont even get service in our house half the time. Complete waste of money, there are so many better options out there, I do not reccomened AT&Ts services

Ive been an AT&T customer for almost 20 years. I bought a galaxy S7 Active two years ago. Its been nothing but problems. Two phones in a row developed the dreaded Pink Lines. Both ate micro SD cards once a month. AT&Ts stance on this has steadfastly been Sorry about ya. Good luck. Went in to our local AT&T store tonight thinking no human being in their right mind could look me in the eye and say this is right... Wrong! As someone looking for redress I was looked upon as hardly worth spending time on. I wasnt ready to buy and buy easy so I was treated like a leper. Terrible customer service ethos. My wife wanted to stay with AT&T until she got to see this debacle. Such poor customer service that two diehard AT&T customers have been driven away. Go with anything, even tin cans on a string, and be better off than with AT&T.

You can buy a new phone there and pay your bill there. I have exchanged a broken cell phone with them before. They give you a mailing label and you have to mail the return yourself. If youre in the market for a new phone, their salespersons are very knowledgeable and trained well. They will fix you right up. That seems to be their primary purpose.

Horrible experience! I absolutely hate coming to this store I would almost rather do anything else! Theres always alot of customers but never enough employees. Literally 10 to 2 ratio, the other employees just sit in the back & watch on the cameras. Everytime you go prepare to be there a few hours even if its just to pay your phone bill! Ive had them for 2 years & have never been able to use the kiosk or update my account! I absolutely hate this store but I will admit I love the service. Most of the employees are rude & lazy & play with each other all day. Worst store ever!!!!! My recommedation... go to the one in carmel.

Went there to upgrade to an iPhone 8 on 3/30/18 while they had the buy one get one free deal. The employee, Ande S, told us that if we came back to open a new line within 2 weeks we could take advantage of this deal even if the promo ended. I returned on 4/6, exactly one week later, and was told they could not give me the deal since it ended. I would have opened the line and gotten the free phone the first time if their employee had not lied to our faces and ultimately cost us $800. Neither the store manager or AT&T customer support would do anything about it.

Visited 9/14/18 Friday, went in around 6:20pm. An waited an hour an a half, got no satisfaction on my problem with my phone. A Motorola Moto2. Dont bother calling customer service as they will screw with you. The AT@T store I went to is located in Anderson In, at 4711 South Scatterfield Road. Dont recommend it to anyone. In order to post I have to give them a star or stars, I really wouldnt give them any, but sin e I have to Ill give them one ( dont deserve that ).

I love there service u verse is the best fiber optic cable updated programming better than xfinity i was going to go with them they were gonna charge me 80 .00 dollars to install then when the tech got there he said I had no coax cable lines so to run New coax cable he would have to charge me 120.00 dollars I said no wY plus thats outdated system compared to AT&T service Im a AT&T customer for life

Worst company Ive ever dealt with!!!! They lied to me over chat several times about when my internet service would be changed to my new address, I had to wait over a week after I moved to get my internet. Not only that, but the first person I talked to for technical support (when I believed my service had been changed to new address) thought it was an issue with my modem, so they sent a tech (to the wrong address, TWICE) to replace my modem, which never got replaced and now just yesterday, over TWO MONTHS LATER, they felt the need to bill me $170.50 for not returning the modem they never brought me! I do have to give respect to the employee at the store who had to deal with my level of crazy after the second time of the tech showing up at the wrong address. He did sit on the phone with his superiors trying to get my internet turned on for me for about an hour, and when he wasnt able to get it turned on that day, I may have turned up a notch and Im sure he was relieved when I left. My apologies, but that employee is working for a terrible company!
