I was on a plan with a couple of people and I paid them my part then they didnt pay the bill. The lady that works there was great. She worked with me and got me on my own plan.👍

Worst service ever was told that our pixels were not compatible over the phone we came in to get our information so we could change carriers and they said they had a new upgraded Network so we bought service again for it to not work at all at least sometime before we would get service and calls but after they switched us we couldnt even make a call it was as if we didnt even have service and they refuse to refund us when we switched to AT&t one day later

Sell products as bundles so you are focuses to buy them. And tell you that it comes with it but they really don’t also choose what discounts they can give you no matter what. I would recommend going to the one on 38th street

Well I called Boost Mobile this morning and spoke to 6 different people and none of them told me to do this simple trick. What they did tell me was that I have to send the phone back, and after 3-5 business days they should receive it, and only than can they send a new phone out which would take another 3-5 business days to get to me. Keep in mind I paid extra the first time for expedited shipping. So I told them that I need a phone now, so they told me to go to a Boost Mobile store and see if they will exchange it. I went to the one on 53rd street and the staff that helped me fixed the issue in less than 2 minutes. All he did was push 2 buttons on my phone to do a reset. Like why the hell couldnt technical support tell me to do that. At least the guy was nice about it and now I know am extra step in case it happens again.

Sold me the free promo phone that u get when u port your number over for $180 cash! I contacted him to tell him I would be coming bk in bc the device had issues and it wasnt for me. He told me to let him know if theres a problem. First there is no advertising material posted anywhere in the store that shows what their promos are. Nothing. I asked what his deals were, he said what kind of phone do u usually use, I said I work from my phone so Im looking for the new stylo or note. I asked again what their promo was. He said hold on Ill go see what we got and came back w the j3 emerge and the max cheaper one telling me one was 189.99 and one was 229.99 I was in a hurry and I asked the memory and ram INFO and he lied! Acted like these were new phones. He asked if I had a number to port over and I said it was disconnected but still my number and he acted like oh well it might b more but I can give u a deal. I had no idea this was the free phone! Until I was in the store trying to exchange the slow damaged phone, 3 days later. Bc he said no refund. He refused to exchange it for a stylo 3. He said he could only give me this same exact phone. These ppl are too offs! Advertising on tv to get you in then refusing to let you see their promotion in store! I paid over 180.00 for the j3 emerge in 2018!! Cant get should of any corporate office or owner! Attorney generals office here I come.

I too would choose 0 stars if that was an option. Not because of in store customer service but because tof the higher management. I requested a return call a week ago, I went into the store and my name note was still on the wall, and the DM wasnt notified of my issue. After speaking to customer servie at the toll free number I learned I have a defective phone. The local stores are unable to replace the phone, I can choose to send it in and be without a phone for 10-20 days while the attempt to fix the phones defective issues. The employees are just doing their jobs but if you want a dependable reliable phone company BOOST isnt the best choice. Walmart phones have better customer service!

Very rude employees a no return policy on anything or a no exchange policy on anyting which I had been with Boost for years and did not know of this policy and in your overall nasty feel do everything they do
