Bought a new zero-turn here here. My salesman that I dealt was Chris, not sure of his last name. Boy he made me feel right at home. He really new his stuff. I told him what I was looking for and took me right it and took the time to explain everything I need to know and.look at. I had a great experience here. Good news was, I was only there about an hour from start to.finish.

Extremely slow service and “stacked up” for several months. They Try to blame parts and slow supply chain but in reality it’s on them. Ive done good business with several NH dealers across different states recently and they actually get things done. It’s a shame. Parts department is no better when you need parts. Honestly starting to regret having NH equipment here because I’m stuck with these guys

Expensive and very slow service. They like to use the excuse for slow service that theyre stacked up. Well, thats a good problem to have. Why not hire a couple more people? Lots of folks looking for jobs right now. I suppose if youre a commercial landscaper or farmer, you may get better service, but if youre just looking for a lawn mower for your home, Id recommend buying elsewhere.

Good store for New Holland parts, most parts will have to be ordered though.

Went into store on Wednesday to buy a part for my LS170. Simple hydraulic fitting.Was told part would be in their stock order on Friday. Called Friday morning and truck hadn’t showed up. Waited and then was told it wouldn’t be until Monday.They were unwilling to help order the part sooner and their customer service attitude towards customers is horrible as I am in customer service myself with heavy machinery.If you have a New Holland piece of equipment, find the next closest dealer and use them.

Its a nice facility with good machines, but the customer service was very poor. They did not seem interested in helping me. It was hard to get anyone to talk to me and when he did, he was pretty condescending. What little guidance I was able to squeeze out of them was an uphill battle.

I’ve yet to purchase a zero turn, but I’m impressed. David was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to show me nearly every mower in the yard! I’ve been to several places looking and I can tell you who I’m buying from!

I have to start by saying that my visit was comfortable and I didnt feel any pressure. I was dealing with Chris.I picked a mower out I thought would work for me,and after talking with Chris, made me feel good about the deal.After picking up my mower from service I get it home,two hours later blew a rod through the block.Was very disappointed and all the wind was out of my sails.3 thousand is a lot for a simple guy who works to make it.I sent an email expressing my disappointed. Loaded it back on my trailer and went back to the store.This guys is where integrity come to play.Chris again addressed this with me as soon as I walked into the store and was willing to make this wrong right. OK so now were back to square 1.So I pick out another one cost me 1000 more dollars but luckily I had it.OK now the deal is done,I have to leave it again for them to service it,Change oil,air filter,fuel filter check blades ext,u get the point.WELL,Wouldnt start so that forced me to look at everything. WOW!!!!!!With out details it wasnt good.Got my hand shook on everything had been done.Made a call again told Chris what my issue was,is.Chris wasted no time getting right on this.I was really put out,little pissed off and just had a bad taste in my mouth.After talking with Chris I felt pretty confident he would make someone elses wrong right.And he did just that,He made what could have been a very bad situation, OK again.I was beside my self that one person not doing there job quickly get others involved when if it was done the first time my time and old tractors money wouldnt have went to waste.So Chris thank you for making this right.Your word no matter what should be everything a man stands for.Integrity, self respect help me wake up everyday, helps me feel proud for my son to look at me and have respect for me.You cant go wrong doing right.Thanks Chris again!!!¡!!!!ThanksDarrell SmithInnovative Solutions

I used this company for a tractor years ago. I wanted a quote for tractor repairs. They tore the tractor apart, gave me a quote, it cost me $1800 to see how much the tractor was going to cost to get fixed. They are not BBB accredited and are not easy to work with. I ended up rebuilding the tractor engine myself. It cost me about 100 dollars for a piston and rings and then just the time to tear it down and put everything back together. I will never use or necommend this company to anyone. I thought estimates were free, surely they should have called or told me that just the estimate was going to cost $1800. I had to pay the bill and eat the loss. Tractor is still running fine now.

Nice owner ( Ben Griffen). Knowablge people about the equipment they represent. To me this makes it easier to get the correct part ( s ) you need. Just wish you didnt always need serial numbers and component numbers along with type and all the other b.s. numbers. The equipment is all manufactured the same for at least several years and it should be as easy as saying I need a throttle lever for a 1952 8n tractor. Leave all the numbers alone!
