Had to wait 4 weeks to get mower looked which I was told they were backed up. Was very patient with them and the got mower fixed and very reasonable. Highly recommend just know lots of people like them so youll have to wait.

Have made multiple chainsaw purchases from Bendle and, most recently a zero-turn mower. Its a bit of a drive, but well worth it. Excellent quality and selection, great maintenance department and friendly staff and owners. This is how a business should be run--honest, trustworthy, and, always putting the customer first!

Got a new mower it arrived with some damage to the vanity plate on the back right across the logo. They said theyd replace the piece no problem just had to order it, two weeks with nothing being delivered they ended up taking one off of the showroom model coming out and replacing it. Even with the setback it was a good experience shopping here.

Quality name brand equipment. Helpful staff. They have bankers hours though. Hard to get in there between 8~5 when Im at work. I have to buy online instead. I would definitely buy from Bendles every time if they were open later.

I was in the market for a sub-compact tractor with a loader. I researched every brand available and decided on the kubota bx1880. I had first contacted a dealer that was about an hour away from me, then a co-worker told me that Bendle lawn equipment sold kubota and seeing as they are only a few miles from my home I contacted them. I’ll tell you, I was so amazed at the service I received there. Within and hour of first contact I had an bx1880 scheduled for delivery. I needed the 3rd function valve and they slapped me one on. I needed the industrial tires witch this particular bx wasn’t equipped with. I was totally fine with waiting till the tires arrived before taking delivery but Bendles said they would come out and switch them later so I could still use my tractor. Fantastic service and really great people.

I am a 3rd generation costomer. I own a 1992 deutz-allis 917H that my Grandfather bought new from Bendles. Even though Deutz is long gone in the small tractor market Bendles is able to get me parts rather quickly and for a better price than online. They still have schematics from the old stuff they used to sell. This is so important to me because my family have been customers for 3 generations now. You dont get this type of customer without top tier customer service, quality products, and great people throughout the years. I hope they are around for years to help me keep this great little machine going as I have amazing family memories involving the Deutz and Bendles!

I have been an employee of Bendle Lawn Equipment for about a year now. I have worked at the North store off of State road 9 in Anderson.About four months ago the South store closed. All the employees are working together under one roof to make sure that you can get the best new and used equipment. We sharpen mower blades, chainsaw chains and can fix your flat tires, knowledgeable mechanics are on staff to keep your machines running. Or if you would like to trade it in for something bigger, smaller or different --- Just ask to speak to Ty or Dean.Unfortunately, this location will not be opening back up.There is however some talk about a possible restaurant opening in its place some time in the future.

Got a great deal on a zero turn mower and weed eater (0% interest). Very helpful staff. I will go back.

I will say that the store is nice, however my experience with Todd was not comfortable. I was in need of parts, and some technical advice. I am a mechanical kind of guy, so you dont have to repeat yourself with me. Todd was the rep/tech who got to me first. I told him what I needed, and was explaining my situation. With me cutting the chase, Todd made me feel as if I was not important as a customer. His energy as well as his demeanor was telling me that he had more important things to do. With all being said I believe nothing or no one can improve or change without accountability, and to Todd hope you take heed brother. God Bless...

I have looked other places but no where do they greet you by your first name every time you walk in the door, nor do they try and hurry you out so you can get on with your day. One of the first questions is normally how are you today and how is the family Andrew? I will be flat honest there is no where else that I would trust my business to. It is important to have speedy service, friendly and reasonably priced. And I feel that at bendles I get all three. Stop in today and give them a try I know that you will be glad you did!!

I mow commercially and I am need of repairs, parts and other types of mowing accessories. Bendles and their staff have never disappointed me.
