Just want to give a shoutout to the At&t store here in Angleton. I would love to say I was in and out, but I wasnt because the associate that helped me took the time to help me get everything switched over to my new phone. I wish I could remember her name because she and the manager also took the time to get me the smart watch I wanted. Thank you thank you for being so friendly and patient with me!!

Your point of contact people handled everything well and I felt they went above and beyond to resolve the issues we encountered. Desiree (1st store visit) and Daisy (2nd store visit) both spent literal hours on the phone with AT&T customer support helping us resolve issues and ordering our upgrade phones. We went through close to a dozen AT&T people on the phone to get to the right department to resolve our issue, almost every online person passed us along with an implied not our department go here or call this other number type response.The AT&T billing and server system however was very difficult and would return inconsistent and contradictory information when it would intermittently connect. This disconnect between services led to a two week delay and literal hours of being on hold in resolving our issue, even with help at our local AT&T store.Despite all this, I give the store a 5-star rating because it was clean, the personnel I and my wife dealt with were professional, they introduced us to the payment helper system, and in the end our issue with the cell phone payoffs was fully resolved. I recommend using this location to assist in getting your cell phone upgrades.

Made the mistake going to this store. They added a $15/month insurance and $5/month upgrade plan neither of which I wanted or even knew about. Now I have to work with AT&T to remove these charges. A waste of my time. Dont do business with these crooked retail stores.

Husband and I went into the Angleton AT&T store to inquire about wifi for his truck. We also ended up buying 2 new cell phones. Jenny was very professional and patient with us in asking questions and setting up our new phones.Later on I had to go back because my Apple Watch and cell phone were not pairing with each other. Giselle helped me get it done.I will be going back to this store in the future for my needs on cell phone service.2 very professional and friendly employees!!!!!

All I can say is that the staff went out of their way helping me. I had several issues and didn’t know the first thing about what needed to be done. They walked me through all of it and the Manager Jaderia even stayed after the store closed to make sure things were right before I left. I highly recomend them. They can help with all your cell phone needs. Thanks ladies.

The 2 ladies working today didnt seem real interested selling anything or helping a long term customer. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at an At&t store ever..

Service is too expensive on DirecTV and this store messed up my diectv payment. I cant faster internet speeds to switch to new AT&T Tv. Something needs to be done.

Took almost 4 hours to buy 3 phones and 1 watch and to order a watch. The girl never knew that the QR code was in the box. It took very long and she stl added the wrong watch to the wrong phone and we cant get any tech support.

Buying a phone case, head phones, and screen saver at the Angleton store. The bundle is advertised as 25% off. They rung up the price without any discount. Now the girl that works here has to email someone to figure out why the discount is not applying. Been waiting for someone to email her back. Now she’s moved on to another person. Why can’t this be done over the phone? Poor service!!
