My go 2 location for the best customer service ever. Recent visit needed really old phone paired with a new I Phone. The Manager I assume and a relatively new employee nailed it after the second try. What I mean is they didnt give up even though the store was busy until my data was transferred.This store should be the benchmark of customer service for T-Mobile !!!

Believe the hype! Kiana and Tammy are the best! They were extremely helpful. Better customer service than I ever got from Sprint. Ill definitely go back if I need anything else!

Went in to switch from Verizon to TMobile. Was misinformed multiple times about monthly service charge. Then put down a down payment, which I thought was the only fee, only to find out I had to make another down payment on other phones. Which is fine if they were up front about it. So I decided to cancel everything, due to lack of information in the whole process. Then was charged $90 restocking fee without even touching a phone. Unbelieveable.

Can’t thank these ladies enough! Walked in thinking I wouldn’t qualify to get a new phone but these ladies went above and beyond to fit me to the phone of my life! Excellent customer service! They were able to answer all my questions and had a very clean store. Definitely recommend this store. Thank you ladies so much!

This store is great! They are very busy and it’s understandable. But will get to you and when they do their a great help! I always leave satisfied.

Wonderful Place!! The New Manager there is phenomenal phenomenon on how she deals with the customers!!! Love the energy and they all helped me get the right plan with the right price!!!

This is one of the best t -mobile stores I have ever been to. The lady named Evelyn had an amazing attitude. She is not not just trying to get a sale for herself, they help people get the device THAT You NEED,and try’s her best to save you money. It is people like her that, that makes me a proud t-mobile customer. I highly recommend this store.

They do not try to rush you out of the store. They do not want you to leave until you inside is truly fixed. I love this store

I was trying to get information for my account, and I was first in the line and they helped the other person behind me first just because the person were trying to buy a phone and I was just asking questions for my account that I’m paying for.

The individual in the store I dealt with had extremely bad people skills did not listen to what I wanted tried to sell me ama expensive phone and then questioned why I didnt want to get an insurance plan .Ive been with T-Mobile for over 19 years and this is by far the worst store / employee Ive ever dealt with if you want to deal without with a good store go to the Pearland location next to HEB

Worst T-Mobile store ever. Whoever said that the employees are helpful must not have dealt with the same ones I did. They were rude and condescending. Ill drive another 30 minutes to get to a different location before I darken their door again.
