Store is always clean and usually stocked well. Between pandemic and Texas freeze some things are still hard to find, but they are doing the best they can. 99% of the employees are awesome. There are a few ..as with anywhere.. that are not overly friendly or helpful.Produce is always fresh.. meat and seafood is always good.. kroger card can save you money..

Please get new cashiers everytime i come all they do is gossip and chit chat with the baggers other cashiers other employees its so annoying. waited 3 minutes just standing at the counter while the cashier and another lady leaving work talked about a recipe. just ring people up and do your job

Two items in the produce section were molded and gross.

Much cleaner than expected very nice store and really great staff, Kristopher help me out today and help me find the iced coffee that my wife likes to drink and he also help me find the morning Star products for vegetarians. He walks down the aisle with me to the other side of the store and help me find the items. Kristopher really made my trip today.looking forward to the 4th of July next year to visit family and come back to this Kroger.

They have such a lovely floral department and was the only place I could find flowering plants to sustain the Monarch butterflies Im carrying for till the weather warms.

Kroger is located in a mall type area with different stores all around it. It is in a good location off of a main road with plenty of parking spaces available for customers. Inside Kroger was very clean and taken care of. There are 2 experiences I will discuss. The first was on Jan 2 and Kroger was very busy. There were cars parked all the way to the back of the lot. I went inside and found my items very quickly and got in line. The lines were spilling in to the aisles and there were only 3 registers open. It was a busy time, but they did have more registers available just not more people to work them. It would have been nice to go through quicker and not sit in life for half an hour, but its a grocery store. The 2nd experience I had was when there was nobody there, I ran in and grabbed my items and went to the cash register, The lady that was working was asking about my day and how my New Year was which was nice of her to do. The store is easy to navigate, people are also helpful if questions ever come up.

This is the worst kroger. Bakery had bread with mold like a science project on it should of took a picture. Sara my cashier greeted me with this ID ????? She didnt ebmven say hello.This was my birthday I had to give the cupcake back to backery due to mold and the customer was horrible. Im never coming here again. I suggest you dont either.

Food isnt fresh.. And I ordered my sons birthday cake from here... I literally spelled everything out to them.. When I got home I noticed that they spelled birthday and my sons name wrong.. How??? SMH never again

Went in to get a birthday cake for my Christmas time baby. Mrs Melinda, the Baker here, was more than accommodating. She whipped up a beautiful,and tasty cake in less than 24hrs for our birthday boy. Needless to say the best experience ever!! Thank you very much Mrs. Melinda!!!

Been standing at customer service desk for 15 mins and looks like it’s gonna be a while, you would think if the lady is having problems with something, someone else would come and see if they could help as they are three of us standing in line waiting. Usually the line moves quickly but the lady hasn’t even acknowledged us!

This isnt a kroger superstore but it definitely has everything you need. The pharmacy is top notch! The bakery does an amazing job on cakes, cupcakes & everything sweet. The floral department although small has some of the best floral arrangements in town. The produce section is better than anything else in town! Definitely one of my favorite stores.

I shop here frequently and so far its been a good experience. Im in and out quickly, there usually isnt much waiting involved to get checked out. They dont always have everything I need. So I will either go to WalMart or HEB. I do wish that we had a larger HEB and Kroger here.

Ive always used the money center to cash checks due to saving with the Krogers Plus Shoppers Card. Today, Lloyd the person who I spoke with, stated the store doesnt accept the type of check I had. When asked why, because Ive previously cashed this particular type of check at this location, He stated he doesnt know why and the employees who assisted me with this service wasnt supposed to do it. I left confused. Im a loyal Krogers customer and this location I really dislike and wont shop here anymore! The employees are rude and dismissive of customers concerns, and has no interest of going above and beyond for their customers. Ill do business with HEB going further.

If you dont have a a free Kroger card. Expect your purchase to be more than expected.

This location is decent. Does not stock a lot of the items I shop for, organic and vegetarian/Vegan. I basically can only shop on half of their first aisle, where they put all their “healthy” food. The parking lot is pretty horrible too. Staff is also decently friendly and helpful. Prefer the Clute location.

A very rundown Kroger. They dont carry a good selection. Produce is sub par. They no longer carry jumbo eggs. They banned Salvation Army Bell Ringers. Dont waste your time. Go to HEB in Lake Jackson.

Kroger in Angleton, Texas has gone down hill considerably in the last 2 years. The corporation dictates how much product to order and when. The produce is normally is old, flies everywhere. The bell peppers absolutely are soft. The bunches of cilantro along with other herbs are normally wilted and turning brown to black in color. I will say this... The staff and Managers have kept their positiveness through out the last two years. I only shop there if I absolutely have too. By the way I have been shopping there for over twenty years. Not any more. Kroger Corp, Thanks for ruining a good store......

I really like this store I buy almost all of my meats here. They have a great selection and their sales r really helpful even tho they have good prices even without the sale prices.

I work here in town and I hop in this Kroger almost every day to get stuff for supper or pick up scripts. The staff is friendly and helpful. The management team is always willing to get you what you want. The deli ladies are willing to go the extra mile, and the Pharmacy is the best Mille and Patrick are knowledgeable and are willing to share it with you.

Its kind of small but pleasant. Reminds me of Market Street a bit. Could have a better area ti advertise discounted items. Plus i just got Hersheys cookie and cream full size bars 4 fir 1$. I got a 4 old. Thats like 16 sweetie snack breaks between me and him.

Just moved to Angleton a few weeks ago so I dont know much about the store at this time. Very familiar with the one in Clute. Prices are still to high. On a fixed income so money doesnt go as far as I would like.

Their service is one of a kind & their Pharmacy goes above and beyond. I will never go back to Walmart. Thank you Kroger for being there!

I love this grocery store. It is one of the smaller krogers but it still has a lot to choose from and there pharmacy personnel are awesome and you can not beat their fuel rewards program for buying stuff that you already need. I wish there was a kroger and every city in every state

I was there fairly early, 715 am. But there was a fair amount of customers there. Every time I get there around that time, they only have one register going. Sometimes the line will back up like 4 to 5 people, some with a lot of groceries. And then there are a few lime me, one or two items that have to wait. It gets very frustrating when I am waiting in line ridiculously longer than than me grabbing what I needed.

Girl who delivered the groceries could be a little more friendly and thankful for the tip I gave her ...

It was quite crowded, being Saturday and all. Prices were a tad bit high. Overall, three 🌟 was an ok* score. ... In other news: the front door was wrecked! And, the used part of the L shaped layout got plowed into twice in one week! Thats three! Kinda spooky huh?

This store does little to nothing as it is to support the community. Management has been rude, prices are higher then other groceries (HEB) produce is inferior or rotten and so is selection. Not to mention maintenance and cleaning are NOT being done. Now to show just how terrible they are this year the Angleton Krogers management has refused to allow the Salvation Army (Charity!!) To set up at there location. Just another reason to shop elsewhere!

Love, love, love Kroger. We live in Rockport, TX but go to Houston area to visit family & buy our groceries. Still shop ads and plan visits so we can grocery shop...

Angleton Kroger is always well stocked and the employees are very helpful, since I am disabled.

I hate this store. The one in lake jackson is worth the drive. Every time i go in this particular angleton store it stinks. Besides that though it never fails that so many of the products are expired. I just got home and once again 3 of the products i bought are expired... wont go here again.

I have stopped shopping here as frequently as I used to because money services never wants to part with any of their precious rolls of quarters.I now go across the street to the Wal-Mart that has a bank inside and has been recently improving their selection of organic foods.

Love my Cashier but nothing is stocked that is listed in the sales ad and if you ask they get attitude but hate to say it produce has go be down hill and its as if since they opened new on in Lake Jackson this store gets left overs but will not shop Lake Jackson I will go all the way to Rosenberg first

The only reason this location doesnt get a 5star rating is because it is an older store that needs some updates. The associates are helpful and knowledgeable.

Small amount of fresh vegetable and fruit.

4 issues in one trip here. Was charged incorrectly for a purchase and had to go back in for a refund. The store was filthy. Needed the pharmacy, but it was closed over an hour early. Then to top it all off, I got home and the cashier left out items I had paid for!

I like this Kroger. It has plenty of variety, good sales, good floral and produce and it is well laid out. I go here often to shop.

False advertisement at its best.. they never have enough money to cash checks but yet you advertise that you cash checks UpTo $2,000 for a charge of $3 and UpTo $5,000 for a charge of $5 but I tried to cash an $1,900 check and was told they dont have that much in store they only cash UpTo $800 once I brought the sign to their attention they played like theyve never seen it before when it big as day and in all stores ANGLETON KROGERS SUCK

I just came from the deli. As I was waiting I happened to look up and the ceiling is covered in mold. It looks horrible and I feel sorry for the employees working in that environment. I spoke to the manager on my way out, he said they are working on it. It certainly didnt look like they were working on it.
