Don’t buy anything from this store, I did order an iPad pro for a new job, and had to have this ipad for the new position or i lose it, they confirmed the shipping and everything, still didn’t see anything no ipad no one answer my phone and the girl Keren never reply to my emails, very poor quality, i had to pay extra money to buy a used one from private party. She did missed up everything. I don’t recommend this place.

I managed to absolutely destroy my iPhone XS max in mid-March. Right before everything with COVID-19 started coming to a head. I ran to my local T-Mobile store at 8pm and worked with Karen to make appointments at Apple the next day and deal with the problem.The next day, Apple closed. I showed BACK up at T-Mobile and Darlyn was there. Im a Realtor and my phone is my lifeline. I use it CONSTANTLY. I run my business from it and all I had was a fancy brick. Darlyn spent several HOURS working with me to try to get my phone working, trying to find a place to service it (Apple was closed, best buy was stopping all appointments, nothing was happening). We then worked to get me a new phone and make sure I could keep the insurance in place to take of the old phone. I went home THAT day with a working iPhone 11 to run my business. I would have been dead in the water if Darlyn and T-Mobile hadnt continued to provide stellar service even during the pandemic. I handled the return of the previous phone over the phone and all is sorted. THANK YOU!

My boyfriend and I are VERY tight on money but, both needed a new line and new phone ASAP since today was our only day off. We had no idea it could be this easy and stress-free. We came into the store and an hour later walked out with two brand new iPhones, two brand new lines to T-Mobile, and left over money!!! KEVIN WAS GREAT. Great location, dont pay attention to other bad reviews. Since the moment I walked in I was greeted by two very friendly ladies and a guy. Max who was really knowledgeable about the products assisted me and was super helpful at setting up my new iPhone 7 +.Will only go to them for future transactions.

Karen Linares at Store 4770 helped avert a disaster today. There are few people who could do what she did today.The process of consolidating 3 different phone plans to a family plan has been a bit of a nightmare, but Karen Linares efficiently sorted through the complication today and fixed the service and the accounting in about 20 minutes.Instead of setting up under my existing account under a family plan, per the agreement I signed, the accounts had been erroneously set up as pre-paid accounts with my sons phone as the primary number. So I was not getting notifications that there was any problems.Today, while working with a student after school, my wife called to inform me neither she nor my son had phone service. I rushed over to my T-Mobile store to resolve the problem.Thanks to Karen, problem solved.

This review is specifically for Karen, the sales associate who assisted me in buying a new Samsung Galaxy S8. Karen provided outstanding service. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I visited the store on a Saturday evening when it was very busy, but Karen did not rush me or lose her patience with my many questions. She guided me in making decisions regarding changes to my plan, and ensured that I selected the plan that was best for me. She did not try to upsell me on anything, but instead suggested a sturdy case for my phone that was also discounted for a very good price. Karen provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend that anyone visiting this store speak to Karen--she will help you make the best selections for plans, phones, and peripherals. (She is also fully bilingual in English and Spanish.) T-Mobile should be proud to have her as a sales associate.

I came in with the intentions of upgrading my phone due to damage on my phone. Thanks to having insured my phone and paid offy balance i was able to do so with no problem. Granted everyone has their issues with their phone but the customer service provided is EXACTLY why ive been with tmobile for the past 4 years. They are amazing, fast and literally the definition of customer satisfaction. The only tmobile store i ever come to is this location ❤.

If I could give it no stars I would so do that. This store is full of lies. I walked in to open a plan back at the time there was a promotion of 2 lines for $100 and of course with protection and all the other stuff $100 and some extra change. One Spanish sale associate told me that the case and screen protectors were going to be free with the plan and all I had to pay was taxes well it ended up being lies. I went to 2 different stores and they both told me that with that plan the accessories are not included and if I didn’t want to get the accessories I didn’t have too. Anyways the sales associate who opened the plan for me said I had to get them either way if I wanted that plan end of story is now I pay about $200 because of her. WORST T-MOBILE TO GO TO!!!! Like someone said in the comments before check your papers before leaving the store. They are so DISHONEST! Giving a heads up for those who want to go to the store because you guys wouldn’t want the same to happen to you like it happened to me!

Very very dishonest employees, please please read all the paper work before leaving the store, they are very slick and dishonest. Salesrep told me S8 plus comes with screen protector and case, for $33 a month. I asked her couple time to make sure the monthly installments will not increase and she it will not but when she printed the paper it was all lie so please makes sure you check and read everything before you walk out of the shore because they are bunch of crooks, also l they talk to each other in Spanish thinking customers are dumb its part of there scam
