Ok I know all the reviews are supposed to be 5 stars or 1. Well Criswell did a pretty good job and maybe they have no control over my windshield not letting me do cruise control. It’s all too complicated these days. Criswell did their bit pretty well.

We recently took our new car to Criswell Collision after a head on collision with extensive damage. Kurt and his crew not only repaired the damage but improved the molding, door and trim gaps to better than the factory original. The paint was blended perfectly with the factory finish. Kurt somehow found a way to get factory parts when my insurance company wanted him to use recycled parts. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else in the future [hopefully never]. Thank you Kurt and crew

Kurt was excellent. Work was excellent. I would especially like to comment on an issue we had. The original estimate didnt include the shroud cover that attaches to the front bumper under the car. It was damaged and Kurt and I noticed it remained un-repaired when I initially went to pick up the car. Kurt told me he would order the part right away and that I could have it installed within the week. He emailed me when the part arrived and I brought the car back in. He had it replaced within an hour. No additional charge and less than a week. Great place to do business with. I will use them again if I ever have the need.

The winter snow warped the hatch on the SUV and Criswell did all the work. There’s lots of electrical components and everything looks and works great. I must say that I am beyond satisfied with the service that I received from the Criswell Collision Center. They went beyond my expectations. I just wanted to give a report on the excellent repair outcome I had with Criswell Collision Center. They completed the repair in 1/2 the time they estimated -- I brought the car in Tues, had it back on Fri. (same week). The repair has made the upper left rear quarter panel look *brand new*. Very very impressive work -- paint matching is perfect. The scratch and dent repair is also perfect -- no visual evidence of body work at all... no micro-swirls.. nothing... absolutely perfect. And to top it off the total cost came in exactly at the estimated amount $1898... most reasonable estimate I got from all 3 Tesla-certified shops I tried. I also had the daily update photos on the progress of the work -- very cool.To sum it up, Criswell Collision Center is a class act! At the time I was there they told me they had *14* Teslas in the shop... that must mean something. ;) :)

I had brought my car to CCC before- when it had required more extensive repairs- and was just as pleased this time as the last time that it had been worked on. Work with Kurt Thompson to get my truck fixed after someone drove into the back of me. Kurt was very helpful and went above and beyond to give me the comfort insuring that all my request were matched. He even got some paint that was on my car from another incident. Only CON if you want to consider one, would be that they took an 4 days for a minor bumper fix. I had a nice rental car so it wasnt an inconvenience. I enjoyed driving something other than my vehicle. If ever need to have body work done, hands down I will go with Criswell.

My car was hit just before I planned to move to the west coast. I brought my car here for service and they wouldn’t accept the insurance payment method of the person who hit my car. So, the insurance company sent a check payment overnight, and it was delivered earlier this morning. At the same time, I received a call yesterday from This business (Kevin) to inform me that my car was damaged from a hail storm while with them. I explained that my car was scheduled to ship today, July 3, prior to leaving for California. He never once mentioned that they would be closed today. I went through hell and back to find a way for them to receive an overnight payment only for them to closed today. Now, my car has hail damage, the business is closed-without communicating that yesterday when I called, and I have just missed the opportunity to ship my car to California. Poor communication, no emergency contact when closed, and no response from this business. Extremely frustrated!

Found Criswell Collision Center via the VW Find a Volkswagen Certified Collision Repair Facility as someone hit my VW Eos while it was parked in my neighborhood. Kurt at Criswell was great at walking me through all the steps of how the process would go with dropping my car off for repair and the process of estimates & payments w/ insurance. The body work and paint job for this repair looked flawless when I picked the car up. (Truly appreciated that my car had been washed & vacuumed after the repair too!!) Someone hit and damaged the front of my new 2020 Ram Pickup. I dropped of my truck Friday late afternoon with the appraisal. They called me to tell me parts were ordered and they would give me a call. They called the following Wednesday to say the work was competed and my truck was ready. They picked up the OEM parts, painted and installed in less than a week. I picked up my truck and it was brand new again. I am really pleased with the work.

Had an excellent experience with Criswell Collision Center and wanted to recognize my service advisor (Kurt Thomas) for ensuring things were taken care of. My car was rearended and I took it here as it was a Audi certified repair center. From a customer perspective, the car looked like it came from the factory after repairs. Of course if you know where to look, you can tell repairs were done as there is under body parts that are painted, new weld points, etc. It took about a month to get parts and repair the frame, install replacement parts, paint, run cables, etc. I took my car to an appraiser I identified and he was pretty satisfied with the quality of the repairs (alignment of exterior panels, reapplication of anti-corrossion on the underside, paint, welds, etc). The appraiser did question whether a repaired underbody part should have been painted after repairs (thought the factory left it unpainted) but that was minor. Officially, the appraiser stated that the repairs were performed to industry standards and did not warrant any corrections. I did suffer significant value loss but that had nothing to do with the quality of repairs. The good news is you get paid by your insurance for this diminished value so make sure you get an appraisal after repairs!I had to return to Criswell Collision Center after a replaced part failed 18 months/18k miles later. Would have cost $355 for dealership parts and labor. Worked with Kurt again. Even though the part exceeded the 12mo/12k mi warranty, slightly granted, Kurt was able to get it replaced free of charge on a goodwill repair.Tip: Request your insurance company to send the money directly to Criswell as Criswell has to charge credit card fees which can be significant if youre paying thousands.Note that Criswell Collision Center is not directly affliliated with the Criswell dealerships so you cant get loaner vehicles for repairs!
