Back in 2010 someone hit my wifes car. We took it to Severn Auto Body on West St Annapolis and they repaired it, great job! 10 years later the clear coat failed and I remembered them saying the paint had a lifetime warranty. I called explained the paint and asked about the warranty. After a simple document check I was told when to drop the car off. We picked it up last week and it looks great. They didnt ask for a penny! You cannot beat a company that stands by their word and product. We will only use Severn Auto Body!

I originally spoke with Jamie, the person that answered the phone. She was extremely accommodating and got me in touch immediately with the adjuster.Joey gave me updates every step of the way and my car was finished early. They did a great job and the service is fantastic!

I took my 2021 Palisade for repair to a dent in the back panel. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable in setting everything up. They scheduled me right away for an estimate and repairs and I received my car back in pristine condition (they vacuumed the inside!) within days. They have a great relationship with Enterprise right up the street so Enterprise met me right at the shop with my rental for the time being. Reliable, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, great work!

I was visiting in Maryland and was involved in a minor accident. I took my car to Severn, they took my car in on Monday and all the mechanical, body work and painting was done by Friday except for a few things that were beyond their control. I highly recommend Severn! They were professional, expedient and exceptional quality on the repairs.

Couldnt have asked for better! I was in an accident with my Tesla and required a significant amount of work on my car.These people went above and beyond for me! Not only did they get my car to look better than it did before my accident, they were able to save me $1000s by providing me a phone number for Tesla in order to have my rental car paid for due to the delay for parts shipment.These guys kept me up to speed with my car and sent me photos during the whole process, and when I finally got my car back they gave me touch up paint should I need it. After running over an ice chunk in the road that did some under car damage and wheel damage, we took our car to Severn Auto Body to complete the insurance claim since they were an approved shop through Geico. They only fixed part of the problem, kept our car way longer than expected (2 weeks), and never communicated to us that our car was ready. When we did speak to someone we found out that they didnt fix the wheel which makes a cranky, jolt noise on turns. After speaking to our claims adjuster with Geico, we got special approval to take our care elsewhere to finish the work.

Brought in wife’s 2016 CX-5 for body work. Front bumper to be replaced, new driver side fender flare, and wheel well guard.First service was fast, the car was returned within a few days. Upon getting the car home and in different lighting conditions, we noticed that the newly painted bumper color did not match that of the rest of the vehicle. We brought the car back to the shop. The manager/owner inspected the vehicle, agreed With our position, and opted to have the bumper repainted. He was very nice, polite, and professional.We got the vehicle back, a second time, a few days later. The bumper paint appropriately matched the rest of the car. That was nice.We drove the car a few days before noticing a rattling on the driver side when the vehicle was in operation. Here is where my patience thinned quite a bit. The fender flare was replaced by one with completely incorrect sized clips. The flare could be pulled off by hand with ease and rattled in the wind during operation.I would hope that a representative from the shop could comment on this, as I see only two possible options as to how something like this could happen either A) the technician was novice and did not realize that a fender flare is supposed to securely snap in place, or B) the wrong size part was ordered, and it was applied to the body of the car anyway in hopes that we wouldn’t notice the improper fit. Hate to be so blunt, but having to bring the car back for a third time is frustrating and a trained body specialist should know better.Would reconsider using these services again in the future.

Easily the best experience Ive ever had with an auto body shop. From start to finish it was an incredibly smooth process. Ryan did a fantastic job taking care of my Tesla (which looks like new after a deer decided to attack her), the guys and gals working in the Enterprise rental inside were great, I really cant think of a single thing that wasnt outstanding. Thanks to Ryan and the entire team for taking such good care of my car and for both your professionalism and personal approach to making sure I was informed every step of the way.

They were fantastic. I wrecked my car and did a good bit of damage to the right rear quarter panel and bumper. They kept me informed of the status of repairs. They worked well with my insurance company. And they did a wonderful job of repairing my car. They also did the job in a very timely manner.

Severn Auto Body repaired a couple of dings and paint problems on my Tesla Model 3 Performance and did a great job. Ryan helped us and was awesome the whole time. He stayed in contact with us every day to let us know what the progress looked like and the car was delivered back to us exactly when he said it would be. Good job, guys!

Pat the manager at Severn Auto body will take very good care of your car theyre very good at any type of body work or auto accident damage they worked on several my cars and Ive been known them for years and thats the only place I take my car to get it repaired it looks like new when you get it back and always do a good job

They told me they couldnt do an online estimate (like everyone else does). Which meant I would have had to drive my car, with a hole in the windshield, 30+ mins away, with no guarentee of getting it fixed. Then she said I could submit pics online, which I did but they NEVER got back to me. So I would not recommend this place.

Highly recommend working with Severn Auto Body and Andrew Hayden. I have never had an auto body shop communicate like they did. From my free estimate they gave me a clear cut price, two different price options, a concrete start date, and finish date. Everything was spot on and they were done a day early. The work is exceptional and looks great.During the job I got email and phone call updates on the progress. Truly impressed with the work, customer service, and communication. Make sure you call these guys if you need an auto body shop in Annapolis.

I went here to get a roll cage for my jeep color match painted. This was outside the typical work flow for them but they quoted me a fair price and had it done in a week. The work quality was awesome, the paint came out a perfect match after I installed it and it was flawless. Their staff was awesome, from the front desk to the techs. They provided an email receipt which was very cool and their waiting room is top notch. If you need jeep work, Andrew Grimes is the guy to ask for. Will be going back for all body work in the future.

The work they have done on my car was good, except my steering wheel shakes and they forgot to put the pin stripping on the sides of my car. My car was in a front end accident and needed major repairs. The employees are helpful, but they need more attention to detail. I have to take the car back to get fixed. The building is clean.One of my comments is they took a month to complete the repairs. Ugh!!

I had Severn Auto Body complete the work from a prior shop on my Mercedes E class. They were professional, thorough and fast. I called around to a couple shops prior and was turned down because they didnt fix other shops work however Severn Auto Body was the exact opposite. They understood my dilemma, was compassionate and worked with the insurance company to get my car back to the condition before my accident. Will recommend and use them in the future.

The quality of the work and the service at Severn is simply outstanding and I should know because I ran a top-notch collision repair center for 33 years. Its been a year since my Tesla Model S was repaired at Severn Auto Body. Given my experience, I thought I would have detected a flaw by now but I havent even though Severn did over $40,000 of work to my Tesla after it ran over a trucks drive shaft. My rep was Ryan McNulty who was on top of things from start to finish. Severn is one of the most professionally run collision shops I have encountered. GO THERE!

Took my car in to have damage repaired to the front bumper and fender area, after I scraped against something in the parking lot. The damage was not extensive but with part replacement and painting the cost was over 1,000 (which is not unusual for any car body repair). The estimate was prepared quickly and they did a good job of explaining what needed to be done. I left the car on Monday and it was ready by the end of Wednesday. No further damage was found so the final cost ended up being what was quoted. The car looks amazing and the work was done expertly. I am very satisfied, and would recommend using them.

For the past few years, there is only one body shop that I trust for my BMW and Lexus, and thats Severn Auto Body. They have a top notch staff that starts with Pat, the general manager and ends with Jamie, the customer service manager. They are also one of only two Tesla certified body shops in the entire east coast. I will recommend all of my Agency customers to them for repairs. Had my bumper repaired. Upfront process was fine. It only took one day to complete the repairs. The problem I have is that the paint did not match the rest of the car. The Severn representative tried to convinse me that it matched. My eyes dont lie. He even tried to use the age of my car as an explanation. That should not matter. It should be the quality of the work no matter what the age of the car. I left unhappy.

My treatment from beginning to end was superb. Ryan was assigned to my case and he kept me updated on the progress of my truck. Having Geico collocated there made everything simple.

Dude, wheres my car? I was leaving town before my car was ready & the shop offered to deliver my car rather than keep it parked for the week. I told them where to leave the car. Great, right? Wrong. They parked it at another address. My car was towed. It will be $550 to get it from the tow company & Severn is refusing to pay, even though this is their fault for parking the car at the wrong address. I am sitting in their office until they agree to get my car from the tow facility.

I used them because they were listed as a Geico Express Repair shop, and I regret selecting them without doing the research. I cannot complain about the actual work done because there were no issues; however, customer service from their receptionist is atrocious. There is a middle age lady who will talk everyones ear off, get details wrong, and waste your time. She gets distracted super easily the point where you ask her to get the Geico representative, and instead of paging him over the speaker, she forgets because she was too busy talking about watching Full House the night before. There were also issues when I had to go pick up my car, and pay for my deductible so again, I dont ever want to come here ever again.

Getting your car busted up can be a real Downer. Severn Auto body made it real upper and my car looks greater.

Excellent, wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else.

A woman backed into my car, so I was at the mercy of her insurance, which was GEICO and, in turn, Severn Auto Body. Dropping off my car was painless, but picking it up was a nightmare.The damage done by the woman had been fixed nicely, but there was NEW damage on the other side of my car. In essence, my car was wrecked while at the body shop. My muffler has a ding in it that suspiciously matches a hammer but, according to both the claims adjuster and Auto Body employee, is the result of a rusting muffler. And the rattling noise now coming from the muffler that wasnt there when I dropped it off? It just happened to happen while it was here. There are fresh scratches across the left side of my bumper down to the metal, and the bumper is missing bolts.Neither the Auto Body employee nor the GEICO claims adjuster will take responsibility for the damage that was obviously created while under their care on their lot.I will never go back to Severn Auto Body. Not only was my vehicle returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off, but they would not take responsibility for their error, and treated me as though I knew nothing about vehicles, especially my own car.Update: after my poor review on facebook, they commented and said for me to bring my car in for the manager to take a look at. What a joke. He has no business being in management. He had no comment for some of our concerns and completely ignored others. Its an old, rusting vehicle. For 10 years old, the car is in excellent shape. But because I dont have a luxury car, and wasnt paying out of pocket, he didnt want to deal with me.
