Read Wills review below. I had pretty much the same experience. I dont know who they hired to take care of their online business but they need to find someone else.

I only wish I could give a ZERO. I ordered a kit on September 30th, and was told they had it in stock, however, they couldnt ship it until Oct. 4th. That didnt seem right, but then as of Oct 5th, they still dont have the tracking number, letting me know it still has not been shipped.Oct, 4th, I was told they are drop shipping it from the manufacturer, which means they did not have the item in stock. I have been assured it shipped out on Monday, Oct. 4th.1. They were not telling the truth when they said it was in stock.2. They were not telling the truth when they said it would ship Oct. 4th.3. They did not tell the truth when I called to verify it had shipped.4. They still cannot tell me where it is, or even provide a tracking number for it.5. After calling the supplier, it is due to ship out on Oct 5th. They were kind enough to provide the tracking information.The most aggravating part is, telling the truth would have been easier. Why climb a tree backwards to lie, when you could stand on the ground to tell the truth? It tells me a lot about the integrity of their company.

I have order number 67763. I have called an emailed for an update no less than 6 times with no call back or update. Reels were ready 6 weeks ago. I have left a message twice specifically for Keith Frazier with no call back, even after getting him on the phone one time. He stated that he would check on the rods and call me back……..crickets. Called again today, no one will answer the order status line. I understand the issues with the supply chain. However, the lack of communication and customer care is not acceptable.

If I could give no stars, I would. Dont waste your time with this company.They show items in stock which are not actually in stock and take your money with no communication on when item will be shipped.I ordered a rod that was in stock. They said it will ship in a few days. Well a week goes by, I get no communication on when the rod will ship. I emailed asking when the rod will ship. Three or four days later I finally get an email saying the rod is on back order 3 - 16 weeks. Wait...I thought it was in stock. Very shady.I respond back asking to cancel order. No answer. I call the store on three separate occasion, they said the guy who handles the returns will call me back. I hear nothing.So at this point, I feel like they are doing some shady business. I call my credit card company to cancel the payment. They agree to cancel.Three or so weeks later, I received the rod, drooped ship from the rod company. Then a week goes by I hear nothing. Then I get an email saying I have a rod I didnt pay for and I need to pay for it. Like Im the bad guy trying to steal the rod. I emailed back, to talk to them to express my concerns and pay for the rod. I receive no email back.A couple weeks go by and get a call from Keith. Talks to me let Im the one in the wrong. Goes on to blame covid and having to hire high school kids as the problem.Im pretty sure he doesnt have high school kids running his site. The rod stated it was in stock and it was not. The rod was backorder.The problem isnt the high school kids or covid. It is Keith and the lack of management.Never once did Keith offer an apology or take responsibility for the poor customer service and miscommunication. All he wanted to do was to blame everyone else.His response to me when I said I wont order from them again.You cant win them all Really? Not sure I want a guy like that representing my company.Dont waste your time with these guys. Plenty of other fishing tackle websites that take better care of their customers. Or better yet, shop at your local tackle shop.

Hands down the best tackle shop in the world. Incredible selection, fast shipping, and insight from people who actually KNOW HOW TO FISH. Not like most of the online tackle shops that are a bunch of suits that have never tagged a fish in their life. Will never buy anything fishing related from anywhere else.

A lot of kindness and excellent service if you are looking for something that you have not been able to find in other stores, I recommend this store

Awesome tackle store at Annapolis Town Center. The guys at the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. As an amateur fisherman, they helped me make the right choices for bait and lures.

This store has it all! And if they dont, they will order it for you.

I visited this past Saturday afternoon and the store has a great selection. Unfortunately, it also has poor customer service. There were so many employees standing around, and no one was helpful. I grabbed a few items to check out and approach the check out area (with no one there)--two associates standing nearby and facing me do not make any attempt to assist or inform me that someone is on their way. When someone comes along eventually, the only words that they said to me was the price--no greeting or any type of interaction. I made my purchase, took a few steps outside, went back and returned my items. Why support mediocrity? Will not return.

They are still selling bloodworms that are not alive. The fridge for the bait is not cold to keep worms alive. Poor blood worms...

My baby just got me the cooler hinge repair kit designed and sold by All Tackle. What an awesome Fathers Day gift. Three packs and three big boat coolers repaired. Years of lids falling fixed in under ten minutes. Thank you Keith for designing and making life just that much more simple.

Got my daddy a cooler hinge repair kit(cooler shield) that the owner designed himself and packages at the store. This is a very well stocked store for fishing and boating supplies. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I recommend this location to anyone and everyone looking for fishing and boating items.

Very friendly and personal staff, they pointed out just the right tackle and equipment without advocating for unnecessarily expensive equipment. Great prices and good gear. The parking lot section for the storefront is a little small so be prepared to look a bit at times.

I went there to get some fishing education on reels and poles and such. Nick was extremely helpful and not pushy and having tons of good advice. Although I didnt buy anything today Ill be back in a few days to drop some money with them.

I had heard good things about the selection of offshore and bay fishing tackle at this store. So I went to check the store out in search of some basic items. From the start no one even acknowledged that i stepped foot into the store, strike one. Secondly the amount of items out of stock was horrendous. I picked up a few items and left. A couple weeks later i was in need of some lures that all tackle claimed to have in stock!! I ordered over the internet and was given the run around for weeks, and never received a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. THIS IS A JOKE OF A BUSINESS .

I ordered some planer boards and asked if they could ship them out fast. The came in 2 days. Great customer service.

I posted a negative review of the shop recently due to bad customer service. The owner contacted me and informed me that the individuals responsible for my complaints were let go and disciplined. I appreciate his follow up and handling of the situation.I have not been in the shop since the incident, so I cannot comment on the customer service since action was taken, but based and the owners commitment to improving his services, I look forward to giving it another shot. I have changed my rating likewise from one star to 3 pending a shop visit.

Its very rare these days to find quality customer service. I contacted alltackle via their contact us request on their website pertaining to an order and within 15mins was contacted by phone to address my concern. To add it was of no fault of theirs as to why i was contacting them I was just inquiring about a ship date because my lack of plaining put me in a bind. Thanks alltackle!!!

Very professional staff, Manager is awesome...they had just about everything I was looking for and if youre looking for something they dont have in the store, they will order it for you and tell you what you could expect to pay. In my case, I was looking for 4 Powerbait POGY Swimmin Shad baits and he told me they dont carry them in the store but he could order some in and told me what they would cost. Everything else, Ive been able to find in the store. They do such an awesome job and always make sure the customer is happy and with reasonable prices, this IS my one stop shop for bait and tackle.
