Good service, but not always so Quick. Staffing problem??

Quick Lane service was performed at appointment time... the service writer was attentive and courteous... the customer lounge was comfortable with limited beverages...

I have a maintenance package on my 2016 Ford Edge. I called another dealership closer to my home and they were not able to accommodate me. I went to the Annapolis Location and I am so glad I did! The beautiful, comfortable lounge may have been reason enough, but the service was excellent. They changed my oil, rotated my tires AND washed my car! The lounge is very comfortable and they offer free coffee, tea and water. I had pleasant exchanges with other customers and workers (all very polite and professional). This is my new location for having my vehicle serviced! I am very happy!

Absolutely nothing quick about the Quick Lane here. 2.5 hours for an oil change which wouldnt be so bad if I had not been told it should only take an hour, hour an a half at the most,. We arent busy at all. Ohhh then to say you need new lugnuts which we have in stock for $160 that is just fuel to the fire. The lounge is super nice though, so waiting for 2.5 hours only really feels like 2.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my certified preowned Ford F150 for a leak in my sunroof. They outsource all of their work for leaks to Paymer and Phillips. After 5 days and a $3,500 + estimate, Ford turned down the warranty work. I called Al Packer Ford (where I bought the truck 30 days prior) and they said bring it to them, they will fix it. They had me out of there in an hour and fixed the leak. They said they fixed a rivet and it was done. They thought that Koons was trying to gouge me for money and the work that was estimated was not necessary. 50 mile drive, but worth it. I will never go back to Koons Ford Annapolis. Terrible managed dealership. Dont trust only my review, look up the terrible service they have.
