They immediately started swapping my battery and even though they didnt have the exact battery for my car specs, they had one that fit the space and power requirements and I was on my way shortly. Great service and a willingness to say yes instead of no.

I find these guys honest with very good service!They will test your battery before replacing it and they have most any kind of battery for most anything. Alarm system batteries, garage door opener batteries, computer back-up batteries, boat batteries, lawn tractor, etc. All around good people and that is why I keep going back and referring customers to them!

These guys are so nice & helpful!!! I cant thank them enough. While there purchasing a battery, the tire went flat on our truck & they jumped right to our rescue. They helped us out in every way possible even when it seemed like all odds were against us. They didnt even blink an eye, they were right there offering to help in anyway. I cant begin to tell you how awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and just simply nice guys they are. I would highly recommend!

HONEST, knowledgeable, friendly. I brought in my dead Marine/RV battery to purchase a replacement but instead they tested it, told me it had at least 2 more years of life in it, and charged it for $5. All this instead of just selling me a replacement for over $200. They even carried the battery to my wifes car for her when it was ready for pickup. I will find a reason to do business with them in the future. If I need something and they carry it, Stevens Battery is where Im going to buy it.

The long term manager really makes this store great. They are always extremely helpful. I’ve been buying all my batteries from them for years. Full service - they will replace your car/truck/RV battery without you having to take it out.

This place is awesome. If you need a car battery, bring it here and they will install it for you and remove the old one at no additional charge. They even mount it and treat the terminals. It takes like 15 minutes. Unbeatable - one of my favorite lesser known places to tell people about.

I brought some batteries for a sailboat for testing. The employees were very friendly and helpful, they even assisted in helping move the batteries from my truck to the store and back (as these batteries are really quite large). I was very satisfied with the service and knowledge that they provided. Thank you.

I needed a battery quickly on a Saturday for my Cooper before I went on holiday and called Battery Warehouse and said they were open till 4:00. The technician was friendly and quick to change out the battery with no charge to take old battery or installation.

I had what I thought to be a special RV battery requirement...I needed my house batteries checked (4 of them). If they were determined to be bad, I would need someone to get them and install them. They are LIFELINE AGM batteries...and Stevens Battery Warehouse had them in stock! I called in advance, arranged to deliver my RV to the Annapolis store and have it checked out and replaced as needed. I arrived on my appointed day and employee/manager Steve had prepared a cordoned off area in the parking lot for my Class A RV, gave me immediate attention and promptly checked out my batteries. After the diagnosis, my batteries were replaced and my coach is ready for the road again. Thanks for an exceptional experience STEVENS BATTERY WAREHOUSE!

Cheaters, I went back to them as battery was not good and was giving problem but they refused to replace whereas clearly mentioned to me and on the receipt that free replacement is good for 24 months.Not recommended at all.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!I bought a new battery from them and after couple of months battery went bad, I went to the shop again to exchange my battery but customer representatives didnt listen to me and they were very rude.
