Brought in my 2021 Mazda 6 for an oil change. The job was done correctly, my issue is with the time it takes to complete the work. 2+ hours for an oils change is too much. I bring my car to the dealer because I want the service done right, but 2 hours is too long to wait for a simple oil change. I will likely start taking my car to a quick service station from now on.

After going to several dealerships on the eastern and western shore, I was not impressed with any of the cars available, nor the salespeople I interacted with. I contacted this location as I was looking for seatbelt extenders for my 2018 Mazda CX-5. I first called on Monday around 630pm and they told me that parts and service close at 6, but they could take a message and have the parts department call me in the morning. I left my contact info but received no call back in the morning. I then called back around 1pm and the parts manager was quite short with me on the phone and told me I had to come to the location to be entered into the system. I checked their hours and they are listed as open til 6pm. I arrived at 533pm and was told by the staff there that the parts department closes at 530, but they would take down the info needed by the parts department (including VIN, name, and phone number). They again assured me that Id be called when the parts department opened in the morning. Once again I received no call, so I called back at 130 and was answered again by the rather rude parts manager who complained that when I was there yesterday the service department didnt get all the info he needed, so I would have to come back again. He then lied and said that hed told me the parts department closes at 5pm, which contradicts their own service department, and the listed hours on the door of the building. They seem to have no interest in helping new customers and despite the fact that they are the closest dealership to me, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased my vehicle here and had a great experience. Paapa was our salesman and he did a great job during the entire process. However, the negative review is about the service department or at least the insane additional charges they add on into the service. Ive never heard of or paid for a miscellaneous tax. Of the $300 plus service I had done, $15 dollars was to the actual regular taxes and $32 was the so called miscellaneous tax. So Im already paying for the parts and labor with regular taxes and now you want me to pay extra $ to ensure your equipment is maintained as well? Thats like going to a barber and paying extra $ for him to maintain his clippers on top of the haircut and tip!...They didnt even tell me about the extra charges until the work was complete...Ridiculous!...

I found the vehicle I was looking for online. Joshua contacted me right away and gave me the price including any other fees. I drove over an hour to the dealership and the vehicle and price were exactly as Joshua stated. Joshua was very courteous and it made the buying experience a good one.

I gave them two stars because the pricing was fair and they didnt try to sneak in a bunch of fees. Otherwise it was a miserable experience. If you do not finance through them they are in no hurry to help you. They do not work directly with outside lenders and make you get a check and come back. Its like they deliberately dragged their feet and actually said if I came back the next day they would get the car ready for me. Who doesnt want to leave with the car they are buying? I have never had a dealership make me do this and I have been buying cars for over 30 years. Ill never go back.

The folks are nice enough, but the print out and estimate documents are so confusing. I asked the tech what the 4 cylinder tune up was on my document and the answer would change. He ended saying it was only changing my spark plugs. So not the whole tune up? Then why is it listed that way? I really found the explanations of service insufficient and the documents confusing. I am going to take my car to another garage to see if I need additional service above the maintenance I did because I do not understand what they are telling me at Mazda.

The parts department is super nice and helpful. I only had to buy a key fob but I was treated very well when I came to order it and again when I came to pick it up.The cashier is an absolute sweetheart as well.Made me feel like when its time to get a new car Id come there first.

In and out in 30 minutes, and loving my new Mazda courtesy of the TEAM at Fitzgerald. Its easy to have your shackles up, expecting to do battle when buying a car. Bought a 2016 Mazda 3 from this dealership. The deal was good, the salesman was attentive. However, the car was advertised as having a Nav system, which the salesman agreed, and said on Monday morning he would overnight an SD card, since parts was closed at that time on Saturday. A week went by and I messaged him asking for a tracking number. He replied Ruffled some feathers but it has been taken care of.. That was April 15. I dont know what feathers he ruffled, but I must be a fat turkey, since its May 7 and still nothing.The lesson here is: dont leave this dealership with promises, even if in writing. Leave with what you bought, in full.

Anthony showed me the car I was originally interested in and gave me a multitude of options and suggestions. Upon realizing it wasnt the car for me, he showed me others and really tried to determine what might be a good fit. I truly felt taken care of at this establishment. This entire time there was no pressure and it really was kind of nice change from the usual car dealers. This took place on an incredibly hot day, so staying outside for long wasnt easy for a man in a long-sleeved dress shirt and long pants! I truly appreciate the kindness and service that I received from Anthony Johnson. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant.I would recommend that any person looking go for a car go in and ask for Anthony Johnson. This is the first time that Ive actually felt rather guilty from not buying a car from a particular salesman. Enough that Im coming back to write a review of a place were I didnt buy a thing - I think that is saying something.

I just purchased a 2019 Mazda 6 from this dealership, which is very near my home. The whole experience went very smoothly. The salesperson I worked with was Adam Schiff, and he was very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to work with -- no high pressure stuff. I had shopped around so I knew the pricing, and they were quite competitive. They also gave me a good value for my trade. The whole experience was positive, so I would highly recommend this dealership, and Adam in particular.

I went to Fitzgerald to discuss leasing a Mazda3. They quoted me a monthly payment that was over $100/mo. MORE than the quote I had received on another make of car that sold for about the same price as the Mazda. When I asked for an explanation of why the quote for their car was so much more than the quote for a similarly-priced vehicle of another make, I was given a bunch of bogus, illogical explanations. Requests for further information were met with silence. Transparent pricing is apparently bogus.

They are a no haggle dealership & they respect the fact that nowadays people have done their homework before they go to a dealership. On our way out the door we told the GM, Jeff Shaver, how much we truly appreciated that there was no hard sell on the car, financing, extended warranties, etc. I have already told several people about the positive experience we had at Fitzgerald Mazda!

I dont usually write reviews however I had such an amazing experience with the team at Fitz Mazda of Annapolis that I had to share! The people are so nice, the process is transparent and they take the time to really explain everything!
