Very quick turnaround time from when we called to when the floors were installed. Appreciated meeting the owner face to face and having him explain everything. We couldn’t be more pleased with work Beers did on our floors. We had old, custom milled wood floors and wanted to extend them into another area of our home. The job involved an extensive weave into the existing floors, with the new flooring, and refinishing all of the floors. The new and old floors come together seamlessly and the refinishing was done to perfection. Everyone we encountered was extremely professional and our home was left clean at the end of each day. We will definitely use Beers for all future work.

My wife and I were very pleased with our total experience with Beers Flooring. Our initial contact was pleasant and we were able to take home some samples over the weekend. Our meeting to measure and discuss the installation of the flooring in our family room was professional and all of our detail questions were answered. Notification of the status of our delivery and installation dates was well coordinated by phone with the front office staff. Two installers completed the removal of the old carpet and tack strips, cleanup, and trim of our stairs. Laying of the floating floor posed no problems and the installation of the new treads and risers of the stairs was of very high quality. The stain match for the oak stairs to the floor was right on.

Beers Flooring was able to give us an estimate with only 3 hours notice. The crew (Fermin and Sam) arrived the next morning and worked for 13 hours to help us meet a tight deadline. I was incredibly impressed with the customer service from both Mr. Beers and the crew. We will look to Beers Flooring for any future work.
