Just had our upstairs floors replaced and it was a great experience. From the free estimate with Marco to the install by Ferdy and his team, the service was absolutely incredible start to finish. I would highly recommend going with this company and if we ever need floors again, we will 100% use them.

Sales rep Julia Smith took measurements and told me she would email me a quote as soon as she got to her office. I didn’t get the quote that day. I contacted her regarding the quote. She said she was having computer issues and would get the quote to me the following day. I didn’t get that quote either. I called the office to report that a quote was never issued. The representative said she would contact Ms. Smith to have her send me a quote. I still didn’t receive a quote.

We had an fantastic experience with Next Day Floors. We bought a house that needed new carpet immediately due to someone smoking in it the last few months. I was fairly skeptical about the turnaround and quality but we got the best padding and really good carpet for a great price. Bill came out and measured the same day I was in the store (yesterday), and the install guys were there the this morning. My wife and I are still surprised about how fast and great an experience it was.

Brian was very helpful and not pushy at all. He was very informative and if he did not know the answer he would check and get back to us. The communication for installation was great as well as the work the installers did. We love our hardwood floors. Will be back!

Our apartment had commercial office-type carpet and we wanted to make it more homey; and quiet for the good folks living under us. After visiting a few showrooms, Brian impressed me and my wife with his honesty and the faith he had in his installment team as they do not employ random contractors. The proof was in the pudding! On time, courteous, efficient, and helpful. We made the right choice with Next Day Floors.

We had the carpet replaced in two bedrooms of our condo. We couldntbe happier with the results! Chrissie worked with us at the store in Annapolis, and was professional and delightful to work with. We made our choice and Chrissie came out that day to measure the rooms. The carpet was received in less than a week and installed less than a week later. I cant compliment the installers enough. They were polite, professional, neat and clean. From start to finish the installation took about four hours and is beautiful. All of the furniture was returned to the rooms and the condo looks great!

Greg sent a crew out to do some work on existing carpet in my Annapolis house. They responded quickly, did good work, and charged a fair price. Not much more you could ask for!

Were very quick to help me but I was looking for natural stone tile. they mainly specialize in carpet. they even gave me a list of reference stores near by that could help me :)

Greg was greatly helpful, answered all questions, was an attentive salesperson and helped me narrow my choices. I really like how well the store is stocked....hard NOT to find something to make me happy, plus the pricing was extraordinarily reasonable for such good quality. I will tell everyone where to go if they need quality floors!

I want to offer a fair review so I ask you to please read my entire review. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service provided by Next Day Floor technicians and we are equally pleased with the carpet we purchased. In fact our experience with Next Day Floors was excellent from the moment the salesman showed up to our house right through to when the installers came to lay our new carpet.Our salesman was Rusty Bandy and he took his time to explain and demonstrate the options, features to consider, etc. My wife and I were surprised by the amount of what we learned. So much so that I signed a contract on the spot, which almost never happens as I almost always seek multiple bids and do lots of research.And this positive trend continued with the installers. We have a lot of furniture and I did not envy the amount of work that lay ahead of the two guys that showed up. I watched them in amazement as they quickly but very carefully disassembled our rooms and immediately set out installing the carpets. They never stopped. No side conversations. No long breaks. Just heads down and totally focused on getting the job done. These guys provided by far the best service Ive ever received from any service provider. Full stop. The best. And we LOVE our new carpet.The financing is a totally different experience. We opted for the Same As Cash option, which is provided by Mariner Finance. I never turn down a Same As Cash option. Why would I? Our experience with Mariner Finance has made me re-evaluate that position. They are an absolute nightmare with work with on so many levels. Let me list just a few for you here. (1) You wont get a paper OR electronic statement (2) wording of the finance contract is crafted to be misleading and confusing (3) the outstanding balance is misleading, (4) payments made via the internet incur an additional service charge, (5) My phone calls to Mariner Finance have been so contentious that I regret purchasing our carpet simply because of the pain associated with the financing.I believe Next Day Floors would be much better served if they sought out a partnership with a different financial institution. But as it stands right now I would ONLY recommend purchasing a carpet from Next Day Floors if youre NOT going to need to finance it through Mariner Finance.I wouldve given Next Day Floors Five Stars but Im giving it a two because of the financing.

Nextday floors has the best customer service of any company I have worked with in a long time. They will do whatever it takes to make sure the client is satisfied. If you are choosing between two companies, Nextday floors should be your choice. I would not use anyone else for my flooring needs

Gave them the measurements of the room from the contractor n they sold me 3 boxes to many at $85 a box n refused to take back their mistake. They don’t know how to figure out how much is needed

They blew us off. I had confirmed an appointment for today 4-6. Left work early. Then...no one showed. Obviously a company with no consideration of a potential customers time.
