I took my phone here to replace the charging port. While fixing the port, the technician ruined the hardware of my phone. The technician reported he would buy me a new phone if I couldnt get it to work. When I went back in, I came with a report from Apple that stated he damaged my phone to the point where it no longer works. The interaction was hostile and absolutely horrendous - to the point where other customers in the store came over to say how atrocious his behavior was towards me. His boss promised to call me weeks ago. I have not heard back and will be filing a police report. I have since had to purchase a new phone for $580. The way in which this was handled was appalling. I highly suggest finding another store if you are trying to fix an issue with your phone. They are not trustworthy, reliable, nor are they good at fixing phones! Should be renamed iwillbreakyourdevice.

My FIL came and got his phone screen fixed for $80. I come the next day and they tried to charge me $180. I asked why the price was so different and he said “it was the other guy”. Your prices shouldn’t change person to person.
