Theyre a popular brand, and appear to maintain some level of chic. They play their part pretty well; the service is helpful, but staff impart the spirit of the brand.Not really my type of stuff, neither functionally nor in terms of the fashion statement, but a nice addition to the mall.

I wasn’t able to catch her name but she was very rude and didn’t want to help me at all while she ignored me and my questions, she was able to make a sale to my friend.... after wards a guy came out from the back and saw I needed help and didn’t even ask if I needed it, very bad service I decided to purchase online ... definitely wouldn’t step in there again. Horrible expirance!!!

So expensive compared to other brands that are fully 💯 % leather made

Had a very awful experience with this location. But I know how that this company doesnt value there customers I will never purchase another Michael Kors item. My feelings are very hurt by the whole situation day 4 still no call from a manager!

Place the order for shoes at the store they were a happy to take my money. Only to wait for 2 weeks to tell me the shes were not available
