Snarky staff. It was my first visit to this mall, and unfamiliar with how early this Under Armour closes, I walked in thinking they weren’t near closing because the security gates hadn’t been slightly pulled down yet, which usually signifies a soon-too-close store. The staff constantly monitored me, made passive aggressive comments, and immediately turned down any opportunity to assist me even though I was kind the whole time. It wasn’t until I asked why a gadget they had in-store didn’t work to which they taunted me with “it only works when we’re not closed.” So when I finally found out, I immediately made my purchase. And right before I left, I noticed a staff member itching by the exit, and sure enough— the millisecond I walked out, they pulled the gate down and ignored me. Staff needs to learn to announce 5-10 minutes before closing that customers need to make their final selections instead of immaturely “hinting.”

Good store, good employees. Just don’t use the customs design machine it messes up completely. Didn’t get my name or the colors right in the system and got stuck with a mask that was way off from what the tablet said it would look like. At least I got a decent discount tho....

This store have the brands up to date. Then even help you place a order online. Thank you.

I love the under armor brand. The store is well maintained very clean and very friendly staff. However, they dont necessarily have much stock.

Good store. Employees here are very useful when there are enough of them. I usually dont need help here since I know the store very well. I do need help when they dont have my size and they need to look inside.

Picked up some things for my boyfriend. The checkout counter is hidden and no one greeted me so I stood off to the side trying to look around for a bit before someone asked if I was ok. But got checked out quickly after that and the staff member was friendly.

“Hello, welcome,” or “Hi!” Would’ve been all acceptable forms of greetings as customers visit a retail store. None were used when I came in. Inventory would’ve been helpful as well. Guess the crew here doesnt get paid Chick-fil-A money, so why bother, right?Wait, maybe I turned invisible last night and didn’t know it. Just danced in front of someone at Sbarro and he asked what was wrong with me. I’m definitely visible.

I normally buy shoes here once a year, and they are pretty high quality. Definitely have beaten them up but still work fine.

It always smells so good when you walk into the store. They obviously pump scented air into the store to heighten senses, Im sure to try and heighten buying decisions. Although you can get out without spending money. While they have the latest items they are expensive compared to the Queenstown outlet location which is about 20 miles away.

Got a great on a mark down jacket was even cheaper at check out

Rude employees, besides a few terrible customer service, we spent 200$ here and the lady wouldnt even give us an extra bag to carry our stuff, she was very rude.
