Its been a long time since Ive been to that mall. It has really improved. The stores in there are very nice. A place for the children to play while the parents shop. Customer service was awesome.

Good selection of stores. Convenient parking. I like that they converted the old Lord & Taylor space into more of an open walk area. It looks really pretty and really lightens up the space. Its interesting that there is a 7-Eleven now in the mall but perhaps that is just a sign of what malls will become as more retail is online.

Service is great. The food was very good. Were celebrating a birthday they brought over a little cake and the manager came over with the card signed by the employees. Thanks again for a great time.

Getting better all the time. I love that Maryland Center for the Arts is there. Clever idea. Things are picking up there but wish more people wore masks or they had vaccine stations there.

Westfield Annapolis Shopping Mall is a Great Place for Shopping. This Mall Offers Many Different Retail Stores, Restaurants a Food Court, Movie Theater and Plenty of Parking.

I went to The Rodizio Brazilian Restaurant and Grill. It was a nice and classy setting. They do have an entrée bar with salad, bread...etc. and other cold foods. The severs came by our table several times with a variety of meats to choose from. It was a little different but a nice experience. The check amounted to about $350 for 6 adults.

Great Mall with good stores and plenty of places to eat. Still like a Mall over Town Center. Like the climate controlled environment over hopping from car to store then car to store.

I styled a bride for her wedding here. The room was clean, the halls were spotless, the elevator worked properly. Ive never stayed here, but that 1 experience wasnt bad.

By far my favorite mall. For me it takes 2-days to see it all. Walking this mall, gives me a workout. It has every store/restaurant possible. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

COVID has taken its toll on this mall. Lots of stores closed, very empty, and starting to show sighs of not being taken care of.

This time I visited the sketchers store and as always the place is great. Good selection of stores. Convenient parking. And it also have a 7 evelen store

Proably the best mall Ive ever been too. They have high end and chain stores alike. The most Auntie Annes in a mall Ive ever seen and a public library and goose ball tables. Plenty of wide open space and very clean.

Very Sad situation at Westfield Annapolis mall. I remember not so long ago the many stores to include Nordstrom, Lord and Taylor, and Sears being in this mall. So many empty stores now and the vibe is certainly missing. Not sure how this mall and many others across the country can rebound. So many memories associated with going to this mall over the years. Just heartbreaking.

Went to the SPCA in there. Seriously dangerous for me. I wanted to adopt them all. Very well loved and cared for adoptees. Go adopt one or two. I have too many!

My daughter and I shopped there on a very busy Friday afternoon for some back to school essentials. My daughter was a little overwhelmed and struggling to find what she needed and Ariel, Kaylee and Cameron at the AE and Ariel stores leapt into action to help her feel comfortable and get her what she needed. The customer service was top notch and the genuine kindness and patience of all three employees was exemplary. Shopping trip WIN and and my daughter has what she needs to feel confident in her new school. Thank you!!

They got everything a nice size mall

This mall is our home base. We always look here first. Its always been a great place to take the family shopping or for a movie.

I am super disappointed that this mall is still opening at 11 am. Even the food and coffee in the food court won’t open until 11am. Why? Covid is long gone. Most everyone is fully vaccinated now. Why are companies still using this as an excuse to be lazy. The mall used to open at 10 am. You could get your shopping done and be out of there. This is horrible!!!!!

Honestly, this is a great mall. It has a great variety of stores including but not limited to: Crate and Barrel, The Container Store (EEK!), Under Armour, Victorias Secret, The Body Shop (my all time fav), Lush, Michael Kohrs, and 7-Eleven ( I know... crazy right?). The food court and restaurants are great. They also have a Bow Tie Cinemas. You and your family could literally spend the whole day here shopping for clothes, re-decorating and organizing your home, eating breakfast/lunch/dinner and then stop in for a movie.

This is a great place to go shopping, eat, and just walk around. Almost all, such as clothes, chocolates, fast foods, and restaurants, is easily accessible. Both tourists and locals are having a good time in this mall.

Huge mall with nice selection of shops and an Annies on every corner. Loved the chocolate moonshine store.

Has a great diversity of shops food, and people, as well as a movie theater and Red Robin. Best highlights are vape shop, internet cafe and indoor library.

Went specifically for Sbarros Pizza...which did not disappoint. The mall itself seemed not as clean as I remember, and many doors were blocked so we had to go around, even after finally finding a handicapped parking place in front of the closest entrance.

I was just there to pick up a curbside pick up from apple. But it was a great experience. They were very prompt.

This Mall should provide parking spaces for delivery drivers! I work for doordash I’m a dasher! I picked up many orders from the food court inside the mall! Its absolutely ridiculous to find a close parking spot near the food court entrance! While other people are enjoying themselves at the mall for people like me who have to work it makes it hard for me to do my job! Where the Sears was and the picking up spaces that they had should be turned into delivery driver parking spaces! It would greatly be appreciated by me and all the other delivery drivers as well trust me! Please take my suggestion into consideration! There is plenty of other parking for people who are just going to the mall for pleasure! Thank you so much!

Its the only mall in Annapolis that I know of at all. The Sears is gone and I miss it very much. Used to browse the tool department for 30 or so minutes. Still a pretty good mall overall. The Macys is nice and the Red Robin has good service and food. Definitely worth checking out.

Love this mall, I only go herr once in a while but its so much nicer and organized compared to Arundel Mills that I love near.

Wasnt impressed with the selection of stores available, and on top of that not much to allowed to get into with limitations on everything. I used to love this mall and go as often as I could, but covid has decimated this mall.

Went here to drop off my rings at Helzberg and had to get it sent off to have stones replaced and was happy with the service and with my rings once they came back!

Visited Uncle Julios. Food and service were wonderful.

You can shop around n they have new places to go to inside and theirs a directory to help as well its a wonderful place to be for a couple of hours and they got a fish tank

Is a beautiful mall,plenty of stores and easy to walk around with the multilevel complications.Will sure visit again since i was around the area and i live in NJ.Friendly hall seller,not pushing you to buy their product and very clean restrooms.Dining area looks small for the size of the mall BUT theres plenty of variety.

Getting to be kind of sad. Where are the people? Mostly the same stores, except the department stores. Can any mall survive without anchors? How long will Macys and JC Penny last? How long will this entire mall last? Itll be one of the final, remaining, big, indoor malls, but ten years, I betchya itll probably be history.

Great mall. Very clean and updated recently.. plenty of parking on a Saturday afternoon.

I like the improvements that have been made. Very clean and appreciate the library, gym and theres even an spca there now too!

This was once a great shopping center.. Several major anchors have closed and there was quite a number of empty spaces and closed stores. For me, the highlight store is the Legos place. There are also a few good restaurants. Perhaps, revival will come as the pandemic winds down.

This mall has a great selection of places to eatfor low price.Our favorite is Sakura and Mediterranean grill.

This mall is very good for walking and shopping, the only negative is that it was very hot, the positive is that it has a variety of shops and restaurants

Huge mall but half of it doesnt have stores. Although they have a library which is different. Most of the stores are on one side of the mall. Typical selection of stores. Not as many actual restaurants as others. Lots of sanitizing and social distancing.

Really cool and big mall with lots of food, stores, and stands. In particular I recommend Moonshine Chocolates, because they are super good.

Great mall! So comfortable, good shopping, nice restaurants and a lot to do with kids.

The food is so good and the service is very good, the cashier and waiters speak English and Spanish so this is a good plus.

The food we had was great. We did, however have a 45min wait.

I go to this mall sometimes because it has the most stores I like. Food court is your average mall food, but they have a Sbarro that’s amazing. Never too crowded. I’ve never had a problem with parking. It’s decently clean, the bathrooms can get a little messy at times, but the cleaners aren’t usually too far behind. The only thing I don’t like is the amount of kiosks every 20 feet with people shouting at you to try their products or let them clean your shoes. Now some of the actual stores have people standing at the doors yelling to try their stuff. I understand they’re trying to make a living but if I was interested I would come to your shop. I don’t have that problem at Arundel Mills.

We took 4 toddlers to the movie theater. The patient staff and the cleanly accommodations were a 10

It was nice at the mall not too busy it was fathers day then went to Red Lobster it was very good food was excellent .

Nasty. The chairs in the food court are gross, especially the ones for little kids (I put a photo on the photos section since it wont let me attach one to my review here). Covered in food and filth at the very start of opening hours, which means its been there since at least yesterday. I turned up the chairs so that the filth on them was obvious, and then watched the cleaning staff come over and just turn them up and arrange them around the kids tables again without so much as a wet wipe over them. Dont eat here, its nasty.

Always like to stop by this mall when I am in the area. Clean, and great stores!!!

Ive been to some of the biggest malls in the world. Westfield certainly isnt the biggest or the fanciest, but it is a nice mall. I love the layout.

I been walking this mall for years and every time I come I am rudely approached by secuirty officer Carey she is disrespectful and dismissive and her attitude towards myself and other walkers is unacceptable I love the mall and other walkers but it makes me not want to visit the Annapolis mall anymore.

Mall has really gone downhill. Not that I dont understand with Covid and all... but theres like no restaurants left in the food court. Nothing left that we actually enjoy at least. Finally decided to just get sushi from the little place on the corner of the food court and it was the worst Ive ever had. It was warm, it tasted rotten, and it made me and my daughter very sick. Do not recommend that place at all

Huge mall. Just went to the movies and food court. Everything was clean and it wasnt crowded.

Great place to shop and walk around with the family. Sanitation areas areas are marked and bathrooms are well maintained. Food court has a wide variety of places to choose from. Sitting can be challenging due to Covid restrictions. Love this place 🤩

Did not care for this mall at all. The only good thing in this mall was Cheese Cake Factory

Vibrant mall, amazing given the pressure bricks and mortar is under from Amazon. Very big food court with five guys, Chick-fil-A, and the surprisingly good sushi place. The anchor stores are mostly there with only one dead one. Check it out if you are in area.

Malls in general are on a bit of a downward turn since online shopping was such a big deal then covid hit. One of the nicest malls in MD and the same as I remember it from two years ago.It has a great selection of food and entertainment though their movie theaters dont hold a candle to Arundel Mills.
