I came to this store with low expectations and left with a smile plastered on my face. Dani, the store associate who helped us in our pursuit for a chain, was extremely helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend with this worker there!

I am so thankful for the service I received last month at this Zales. I was just popping in for my rings to get a cleaning & 6 month diamond inspection. Ok so a bit of backstory, prior to Covid 19 my rings were due for inspection and a cleaning while on vacation so I stopped in at a Zales in Miami, FL. Only I was advised they cant find my info probably due to a change with the companys system(new system) & its just unavailable to look up my diamond inspection info. Disappointing I know, especially when that Zales happened to be where rings were originally purchased. Ok so back to last month & my stop in at this Zales, I had my documents of purchase only not my card for diamond inspection and thought Ugh its going to be the same kinda issue no inspection again. To my surprise the Zales representative went seriously above and beyond to assist me. Success! Her hardwork & determination resulted in me having exactly the correct # needed to carry with me for my rings to receive future inspections, my rings being inspected and I must mention she got this all done while my rings were cleaning. Talk about excellent service & truly helping a customer. Ive been a loyal Zales customer for over a decade now & after this experience...for life! I highly recommend making your purchases at the Zales in Westfield Annapolis Mall. I certainly will be. Ive been going into this Zales since 2012. Ive also had my rings resized using this Zales & service is always great here. My💍 rings are beautiful & in as great shape as when my husband placed them on my finger. Thank you again to this Zales for providing quality jewelry, friendly, knowledgeable, caring & excellent service.

EngagedDec 2018 in which he purchased the warranty/protection.We did not get married until March 14,2020.With the bands added, they no longer fit, but due to covis everything shut down, so I had to wait which I understand. Now the world has reopen to phase 2 in md,they are taking new sales and although the rings are coming directly from their store inventory, they still have to physically come in contact with the customers face to face to give them their purchase. That isnt fair to me as an existing customer paying on a ring! My Husband is paying on a ring and I have called several stores including corporate and they are not willing to offer a credit or resize the ring but then will complain about how the ring was bought in 2018. I am a newly wed and extremly saddened and disappointed that I cant even wear my new ring. It is sitting and they are taking our money!!!!! DONT SHOP HERE!!!!! I SWEAR...I WILL SHARE THIS REVIEW ON EVERY WEBSITE POSSIBLE OWNED BY ZALES!!!! COPY AND PASTE

TERRIBLE costumer service... At the beginning everything and everyone was Very nice! as soon as they got my money! Everyone is mediocre!.. Got my Engagement ring it got sent for re size, 2 Weeks later i called if it was in. Which it was NO ONE Took their time to call and tell us the ring was in.. We come in On Sunday to get it AND OF COURSE the ring was Damaged! The sales guy assured us we were gonna get it by the end of the week. I called Friday to see if it was in Shirley said it was NOT IN AND SHE WAS GONNA CALL once it’s in. Here i am SATURDAY at 3 Pm i had to call Once again because NO ONE BOTHERED to call me and say if it came in or not! I regret coming here! After this experience! Now i got to come in again and hope everything is fine. I cannot believe i ordered my bands from this place too.. Really considering returning it and going else where! I really don’t wanna deal with these people!!!! Over 5k spent here!! They don’t deserve my business!

Fantastic staff. Whether youre spending $6000 on a wedding band or $100 for a cheap necklace for my daughter, the staff has always been nice and treats you with respect. The Jewelry protection plan Zales offers is amazing. When my daughter broke her necklace, not only did they replace the chain that day, but they upgraded her to a thicker chain for next extra cost. I will keep coming back and back. Zales customer for life!

I go in this store every 6 mos to have my jewelry inspected (3 diamond rings & a diamond necklass). Today when I got my neckless back (it only took 5 min), I went to put it on and the clasp was broken. I told her right away and she basically told me in so many words that it wasnt there when I gave it to her. She got so defensive along with the attitude. I told her it absolutely was there because I wore the necklass into the store. Well she says we can send it out to be fixed. At first I said ok but then I told her its not an expensive chain do you have inexpensive chains here I can buy. So she showed me a couple and she told me the prices. I asked if I could get any kind of discount since my chain was fine when I came in. She rudely told me those were the discount prices. I said never mind, Im good and you just lost a sale, which she did, and I left. She said ok. I just can not get ovet #1 that she blamed me for bringing in a broken chain and #2 the rude attitude that I received.I wasnt even upset because again, the chain was inexpensive and I fully intended to buy one right then and there. But after that treatment...no way. I wish I got her name so everyone reading this would know who she is. But I bet if youve been in this store a few times, it is obvious who I am talking about. So I went across the hall to Macys and bought a new chain. I will have my jewelry inspected at another Zales from now on.

Don’t even bother with this place. Terrible service! They incorrectly soldered my rings together. One ring was a wrap that went around my wedding band and that was crooked, and the other one was lower than the other two rings. Plus the newest band I purchased had no visible carbon specks. The band they soldered on had giant black specks on the diamond and then they proceeded to tell me that’s the one I picked out. Um no I’m not going to purchase a diamond ring with freaking black specks all over it. They completely jacked my ring up. I asked one employee does this ring even look right and she said no. Terrible zales location.

Id recommend zales in Annapolis mall to anyone. The customer service provided by Darlene was outstanding. My parents used zales every since I was a toddler now its my turn as a bride to be and trust me Ive been to other zales locations like in st Charles mall and their customer service was unpleasant. Darlene and her coworker were a joy to work with for our first zales purchase as a couple. I told Darlene what our perimeters were for a new purchase and she never made us feel like our money regardless of the budget, wasnt suitable for a zales purchase. She went through all the purchase options once we selected our jewelry and although we said no to just about every last one of them, she saved the best purchase option for last and within a few minutes I was leaving a very satisfied and proud bride to be. Thx Darlene and zales of Annapolis mall.I just wish they could resize rings in store instead of sending it out however, they do provide a link to track the progress. Just be prepared for approximately a 2 week turnaround. Ill update my review with a more accurate turnaround time compared to the tracking links information once I actually get the call that its back at the store.As promised heres my update... my ring came in today which was 3 days earlier than the date we were given. The link provides real-time updates. I love my engagement ring and will be buying from them again by the end of the week for my fiance.

Ive been going here for years to get my wife her presents. They have a great selection, they have the upper spectrum, the mid spender, and the less exspensive stuff so theres a little something for everyone. All the pieces are very nice and Ive had nothing but great experiences with zales. Theyve honored my wedding ring ($1500) under warranty that got damaged beyond repair, even though it had to be special ordered from Italy, with no questions asked. Everyone there is very friendly but Id highly recommend asking for stewart....I wont deal with anyone but him because hes treated me so well for the past 6 years. I just popped in today to get my wifes vera wang bracelet and he took care of me again. 5 stars for sure

My fiancé bought me a gorgeous ring, the proposal was everything I ever wanted.... then I had to get the ring resized and a nightmare began. The first time getting it resized it took over 3 weeks to get it back, and that was after the date they ensured me I would be getting my ring back. They even said I would get it one day by 4pm and we waited for 3 and half hours just to finally be told it would not be there until the following day, totally disappointed. Then when I got it back it was literally so big it slid right off my finger, Stewart was great and put a ring guard on it so I could have it for a couple of days. Then I decided to take it back in to get it resized again this time making sure I spoke with the manager, Darlene. Once again I got my ring back after the date Darlene, the manager, ensured I would get it on. BUT then there was a dent in the top part of the band as if someone held it with pliers. After getting it back late TWICE and then having a dent in it my fiancé and I both had enough and returned it. Not only did this store take away the enjoyment of being newly engaged they now took away the sentimental value of the ring because now I will never have the ring my fiancé proposed to me with. I would NEVER recommend this store or any Zales store to anyone!
