Cortney is patient and kind. I was happy to have her help. I felt confident in her because she was understanding and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to ask a bunch of questions because she kept me informed with every step of the process until my reason for coming in was completely satisfied.

Went in to exchange equipment. Alex was extremely helpful. Got me exactly what I needed. Told me that there was a possibility of a promotional that would decrease my monthly bill. Said he will be in contact with me by Tuesday. Wrote my name and number down and he stuck it next to the phone on his desk.Update: Alex did not call.. Called him (twice) late Tuesday, left a message, and never heard from him again. Called Comcast and asked about the promotional. Was told there was none for my level of service. Very disappointing. Changing my 5 star to a 2.

We were only dropping off equipment but we were promptly greeted and a few minutes later two very courteous associates helped us determine what equipment to return. They confirmed the account and provided a receipt. I highly recommend that location.

Just make the switch to Xfinity... Customer service is phenomenal and their product line is the best. Every Xfinity staff member at this location is part of a cohesive team and they take great care to welcome every customer and provide service within moments of entering the store. Big shout-out to both Cortney and Alex - two superb staff members there - who are so good at what they do and go above and beyond to send you off with a great product and a positive experience! 5-STARS all day long... Highly Recommend!!

The receptions that I spoke with her name was Courtney She VERY NICE TOOK REAR TIME TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR COMPANY. BECAUSE NOT HER I WAS GOING TO CANCEL BOTH OF MY ACCOUNT. 300 CHESTER AVENUE AND 3443 MERLOT COURT IN YORK PA. WHICH COST ME $535.00 PER MONTH. SO SAY YOUR COMPANY MESS IT AND I WILL GO TO VERIZON IOR DISH TV SO LAST CALL

Xfinity cables services are overpriced even if you do package deals not including all premium channels because they are alacart the prices are nearly what it would cost for a car note per month and that is not late fees they charge you a month in advance so they collect late charges (I mean who has $300plus dollars to give to watch tv) well thats what Im charged per month ..deal said $149..i have seen bill that low that ever..and then for every piece of their equipment that you are using...Keep your customers happy instead of running them away..😡

Thanks for making me laugh and getting me in and out in 2 min . I only had to exchange a remote. But great people are hard to find. Just saying thank you. Wish everything was that easy.

Customer service was egh ok I guess...I could tell the rep was getting annoyed due to the customer service he had to call to try and fix my issue. All in all, nothing was accomplished except they (xfinity mobile) took my money so I could transfer service and not even transfer it. Said they could do it if I paid the $400 then they turned around and contradicted themselves. Said if I wanted to transfer service (from my husbands name to mine)I had to pay two of the three lines off. After they said prior that I was eligible for five lines. SMH!! Xfinity Mobile is a scam!! Reception is s*%$ and prices are ridiculous!! Dont ever transfer internet to a different name or else youre going to be charged $25/per line extra... 🤬🖕🏽

I ORDER A NEW phone through assurant, original device they sent me was cracked I sent it back i received the new one and now they can’t activate it!!!!!!!!! They said call the advanced team at 9 I’ve been doing that since yesterday and it has got me nowhere I am done with this service I want to cancel !!!!!

I needed help transferring cell service from AT&T to Xfinity. The store was carefully laid out for social distancing and the employees were masked and being careful while I was there. I was very happy with the service Dante White provided. When I got home my new cell service was so much better that I wished Id done it months ago.

They smile when they sign you up, then forget about getting anyone that speaks English on the phone for the rest of the contract.That also love to transfer you to other agents where you must repeat all the personal information over and over.

Spent much time in Annapolis store w/Brittannie and she asked me to follow up w/costs on my current Verizon service. Next day I texted her a photo of latest bill. No response. Left her a VM next day. No response. What kind of customer service is that. Spoke w/rude Xfinity on the 1.800 number. Said no way I could call the store, and used terrible grammar. Guess I’m sticking w/Verizon.

The service is very bad and very expensive, every month the price goes up, I started paying 54 a month after 6 months it went up to 74 dollars very expensive and the service very slow.
