Products are quality, people are always nice, but there used to be a lot more interactive things, even before covid, that they dont seem to want to repair. Licensed bears are starting to get a bit pricey too.

Got there right when they opened with our two girls and the staff were so enthusiastic and patient. It was a great experience for our kids. Kind of a spendy stuffed animal but definitely one of their favorite toys now.

Love it. The bears are adorable and they have pokemon you make too.

Wonderful staff- helped the birthday boy find his new friend. Even with Covid modifications they made his day special!

They have regular seasonal deals. For Easter theres an in-store egg hunt ( pictures of eggs). Stickers for prize. Kids really enjoy helping to stuff their own bear, put heart in it, name it, dress it, pretend to bathe it and groom it. Wide selection for boys and girls.

Im always stopping by Build-A-Bear whenever theres new stuffies released, usually either Pokemon or HTTYD. Ive come several times in the last year and today was my best visit thanks to Alyssa. Im very specific about how firm my stuffies are and she nailed it by going the extra mile to make sure they were extra firm, so many thanks to her! 👍

Ive been coming for ages, and had the absolute best experience today. Alyssa really went the all out to make sure my Jolteon was extra firm, even adding extra stuffing to the pre stuffed tail. Ill be back for more Alyssa-Firm plushes in the future for sure.

Came here for my birthday, so mad I didn’t get the two employees names, but they were awesome, and I came around 2pm on Thursday oct 8th, I came for pika and the spider-man bears, me and my BF had fun picking out sounds for the spider-man bear, And the employees laughed along with us. We had a fun experience and will definitely come back to this location, great Job.

First time in, kids obviously loved it so its good.

So much fun to bring my grandson to build his Paw Patrol dog. At 1st he wasnt sure about the stuffing machine but then he joined right in. He brushed, washed, fluffed and woofed. And if course he found clothing. We had lots of fun.

Way to ruin a brand. Ive been taking kids to Build-a-Bear for 2 generations. Went for the first time in 4 years. Pretty much self serve, even though the store wasnt crowded. If I hadnt been there before I would have had no idea what to do. No cute house boxes to put the stuffed animal in, instead they just try to hawk an add-on cost backpack. Very disappointing.

Place was really nice. Each bear you build can be really unique. Took one of my kids and had a fun time. They really make it a memorable experience for the kids. I really like the option to record your own voice for the bear sound effect, you can do some funny things with it. They also have a heart beat option which is cool if you want it. Plan to go again soon with all my kids. I need to find some coupons first.

This place is for the young at heart. Im 46 and LOVE coming here. Very friendly staff, fun, energetic and Happy. Definitely bring the kids too.. lol. A little pricey but worth it.

I highly recommend this location! I had a birthday party for my daughter and the children had a blast! Staff was super friendly and made sure that the party stayed on budget. Awesome!

The idea is cool, cute stuff just kinda expensive.. Definitely not something I would do everyday. Found it easier to go home and use my daughters baby clothes on the dolls then pay 10 bucks for a t-shirt for a bear.... But thats just me.

Been to this Build-A-Bear several times. Its one of the only ones in the area. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Usually seem to be well-stocked and relatively fast as well

Fun time making the Bears for my daughter. Only reason 4 and not 5 stars is the price for the accessories. Just the bear wouldnt be bad, but they get you with those clothes and toys to go along with your theme. So a $15 bear ends up being a $60 trip. Oh what we do for our kids!

Surprised that the staff wasnt very friendly. My daughter and I walked around for a while waiting for help. I only stayed because she wanted a stuffed animal. Not sure if we will return.
