I called a week prior to have a mirror installed in home gym, and then given a two-hour window the Friday of the next week. When Friday came, I called to confirmed the appointment. About 1 1/2 into the 2 O’clock window I called to see if they were coming on time. Sandy said they were running late and would not make the window. I asked why I was not informed earlier. She only offered to reschedule. If a company doesn’t respect its customers time, I do not care to use them. It’s unprofessional. What waste of time.

They seemed so nice, I paid them, they are now the worst. New glass for 2-shower installs... likely to arrive in about 3-weeks. At the 6-week mark it took calls to the staff every day for a week to get the answer they dont know when they ordered the glass nor when it will arrive. At the 7-week mark, the glass may ship at the end of the week but there is no paperwork available to prove that until the glass arrives. At week-8 I was looking for time to head back in yet another time to cancel and get a refund when a miracle occured and I got a call from the staff asking to schedule, and we did so!!! But alas, at the 9-week mark, on the scheduled day of install, the parts have still not arrived and there is no plan for install any longer. I understand you can save thousands and get glass on-time by ordering from the competition.
The absolute worst company Ive dealt with possibly in my entire life. First, they quoted me a 2-3 week lead time on a shower glass order. I never heard from them again until I finally called around 4 weeks to inquire and was told it would be another week that they didnt have a header and needed to order one. Never heard from them again. Called during week 5 and no one would take my calls or respond to my emails. The receptionist would answer, but conveniently no one was available to take my calls. Then after countless unanswered phone calls and emails both to Nickie directly, and the general voicemail box and general email box, someone called to schedule install during week 6. At the install, it came to my attention that there was no protective coating on the glass which was an add on feature Nickie had confirmed was added to my order before it was placed 6 weeks prior. I later called and asked to speak to the owner. Christie got on the phone and was nasty from the very moment she said hello. Basically said oh well, too bad. Wouldnt listen to my concerns, talked over top of me, and said she would have to check with Nickie as to whether or not I ordered the protective coating. Nickie of course forgot to add it on so she lied and told the owner, Christie, that I never ordered it with her even though I had a very specific conversation with her about ordering it and how it wasnt too late to add it on that she hadnt processed the order yet and it would be an extra $250 to which I agreed (back in early June when I originally placed my order). As a business owner myself, I understand that things happen and mistakes get made. When that happens you make it right and provide customer service. From the moment they took my $1,000 deposit I never heard from them again unless I called them to find out what was taking so long. Then after waiting 6 weeks for my glass, they messed up the order. Their solution was oh well, if you want the protective coating now we will need $250 and can send someone out. All they care about is making a dollar, not lasting customer relationships and practicing good, fair business.
We used them for tempered glass pieces in the shower and they were very punctual. Glass turned out very nice.
The best place ever !!! They are amazing !!!They really help me, I add a job in Annapolis to replace a broken garage door window and the manufacture sent me the wrong size.I googled them and went over, I was so pleased they did everything they can to help me out cut for me a new glass in less than an hour and let me finish with my job right away.Thanks a lot for amazing experience!!!
Cant get any professional response they treat u like we got your money an so what.Ive been in business over 35yrs if I treat my costumer this way Ive been gone.NO COSTUMER SERVICE.Dont use them if u want it done in a timely matter they DONT care
On Christmas eve, we we arrived 10 minutes before they closed. The front desk lady was less than pleasant. However Allan the glass cutter went out of his way to help us ensuring that we knew if there were any issues to let him know and he would fix it even if they were closed.
I needed an emergency repair and called another place first. They said that they could get it done in three weeks or perhaps less if I could bring my front door in (!). All Glass & Mirror was extremely helpful and I had my repair done in less than 24 hours by friendly and efficient employees.
Very helpful, had the hardware i needed for the vanity mirror. Fast turn around on cutting a new mirror. Saved me a lot of money not having to replace the whole vanity.
The staffs were amazing, I had an emergency glass window that I needed done for a job and they were able to have it done same day. Best place ever.
AGM replaced my sliding patio door and installed custom mirrors in my home, they are friendly and great to work with! I highly recommend them for any of your glass needs.
They fitted our kitchen cabinet with a piece of custom glass. Good customer service. Easy to deal with and reasonably priced. Would go to them again.
It’s been over 2 months, and still haven’t received our glass. The owner of the company is never available to talk, doesn’t return phone calls, and we still don’t have our glass door for our shower. Worst customer service. Highly do not recommend.
THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE. Ordered a piece of glass on January 7th and it wasn’t installed until May 17th. Though I requested a refund several times, my reasonable requests were repeatedly denied. Christy, the manager, was aggressive, insulting, and nearly completely absent in the 4 months I waited for my job to be completed. During this time I waited days and weeks for her to be ‘free enough’ to call me back, which she finally did only to yell at me. The installation guys were nice. In lieu of losing my nearly $600 in deposit I decided to have the job completed, this is not a small sum for my family, but I seriously deliberated taking the hit in order to avoid doing any further business or have further contact w Christy.
We need a window pane replaced and they had it done in two days. Perfect look and fit greats, thanks :) will recommend to everyone.
All Glass and mirror was so easy to work with and Nickie is always super helpful and sweet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with glass in the area.
