The gemologist also gave us some background on the engagement ring diamond. It was her grandmother’s ring and we didn’t know much about it. If you are in market for bespoke, genuine customer service experience, then Adore Jewelry and Diamond center is the place to be. I went in for sizing my engagement ring and I was treated so well. The staff there is knowledgeable and didnt pressure for upsell. I was catered to after hours as I wasnt able to go during regular business hours to drop the ring. I will go there again for getting our bands sized and for any jewelry purchase. 100% recommend!!!

I read the reviews for this store and I was very impressed. I went to have my ring resized in June and it took about a week - I was expecting a few hours or a day. Once I received my ring, it was too big. I returned to have it fixed and was asked a barrage of questions regarding the sizing. Once we agreed upon the correct size, the older gentleman actually told me that if it wasnt right this time he would charge me to correct it! I did not feel like a valued customer and I will not return to this store. FYI - the ring is still a little tight!

Came in to see Mike for some help with coins. He was super friendly and ready to help. I take watches here for repairs and battery replacement and the staff are always helpful and get the work completed quickly. Today I brought back a watch that he had recently replaced the battery in but had stopped functioning. He replaced it again at no charge and it is working now. I have also purchased jewelry here in the past and there is always a unique selection available in the store.

Adore Jewelry exceeded my expectations in a somewhat challenging situation. My wedding ring of 24 years literally fell apart and as I was planning to remount the diamond I began to consider upgrading the setting - trying to do so with little-to-no cash out of pocket. I had an older diamond from a seldom worn pendant that I was looking to sell as part of the transaction. After speaking to many reputable jewelers in the area, Mike of Adore was the one that was able to give me the best price on the old diamond, the gold pendant AND on the new custom made wedding ring setting. He was confident that he could fabricate the new setting working from a style that I found on a website and that it would be crafted locally while I kept possession of my diamond.The new ring is absolutely stunning and the workmanship is superb- I cant stop looking at it! Mike and Cherie were so patient, helpful and responsive in guiding me through the process and we are now working on designing and crafting bands to complement the ring using the left over smaller diamonds from my old setting.I would highly recommend Adore for their customer service, quality and their effort to work creatively within a budget which is so difficult for a local hometown store to do given aggressive online competition.p.s. I happened upon this fantastic family run business on Saturday while visiting my nephew in Annapolis. I ran in for a watch battery and they cleaned my jewelry, offered to repair one ring that needed a new prong, which I simply could not have done due to time, BUT, will absolutely bring my ring back on my next trip and have them repair!! They are absolutely welcoming and so friendly!! They even gave my grand niece a beautiful bangle!! She is utterly delighted with it and I cannot Thank them enough for being so very kind and generous. Everything worked out as planned for selling my miscellaneous gold pieces of jewelry. I called and spoke to Andre and he allowed me to stay in my car as he photographed and evaluated the pieces. The price was as I expected and he produced my check on the spot. I will come back and do business with them once the pandemic is under better control. In the meantime, I am sending my mom!

My husband and I just had a very pleasant experience at Adore jewelers. I recently went in to have safety clasps added to two of my bracelets and a cleaning. They didn’t charge for the cleaning and cleaned all my other jewelry also. Then today we went in to get my old watch cleaned. It had been given to me and it was of great sentimental value. Cherie (the manager) cleaned my watch and again, there was no charge. We began chatting to her and Andre and I was gazing at the rings. We ended up buying a beautiful vintage ring. They gave us a good deal but to be honest, we would not have even looked if they hadn’t been so friendly and cleaned my watch for free! Not pushy at all. Very nice people and great service. Has some watches that needed some batteries they were quick to change amount also had a wash the needed some work wasnt sure if it was fixable they were able to fix it without any issues and the prices are very reasonable

I went to Adore a couple months ago for help with a couple pieces of jewelry. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by everyone. Specifically Andre and Behrouz immediately assisted me and completely made me feel right at home. My watch was fixed right away and because it took no time he refused to take any money. He even cleaned it up for me as well, which I didnt even ask. They truly seemed just happy to help me. Although it took seconds to fix my watch, they still provided a service and were honest about how easy it was to fix, and therefore were adamant about not taking any money. Im always looking for the best prices wherever I go, but customer service is just as important to me and they exceeded my expectations for both. Even though they didnt charge me, I feel more confident in trusting them in the future with any prices they give me considering they could of taken advantage of me but they didnt. I went to Adore Jewerly store and they was able to size my ring and assure me that my diamond will be fine. They not only sized it but polished it. It looks brand new. I am now able to wear my ring every day. They were very polite and professional. It only took them one day to have my ring ready. I will be back again for other rings.

Brought a ring there few months ago, recently one of the Stone was missing probably because all the punching boxes and restocking I did. Went in there, AJ look at my ring and no question ask said they will replace the stone. Then you said you bought another diamond on Saturday, then you said Sunday (you were closed), then your partner said it was bought Monday. Nice to know there is a family jewelry store in the area. I’m fairly new in town so it’s difficult to find people you can trust. I wandered into their store and was very impressed with the staff. They treated me like they knew me forever. I had some random pieces of gold jewelry sitting in my drawer and thought I would take it to them. They weighed the gold right in front of me which impressed me. They are very honest people and I will certainly do more business with them in the future.

My husband and I went to Adore Jewelry to sell some of my husbands jewelry. The customer service was great. My husband got a good deal on his jewelry. I would recommend Adore again. My husband was very pleased.

I wanted to give my wife a ring to include diamondsfor my wedding and her wedding ring, but include a ruby from another ring I had. Adore was great. They came up with a beautiful ring that she loved and has gotten lots of comments on. They used the value of the gold from the rings to pay for the new ring, which was fantastic! I strongly recommend Adore.

The gentlemen that assisted not only tried to give me a very low price on the necklace and charm I was trying to sell but he also damaged my charm. Then told me I was wasting my time. Unbelievable.

Needed to have my wifes diamond ring repaired. The guys at Adore had the ring fixed and cleaned in 10 mins. Some of the best service Ive had anywhere in my entire life. They didnt charge me for the cleaning and gave me $10 off for a military discount. Would recommend to anyone.

Andre Pantelides was extremely helpful with testing my fake gold which if it was in fact real would have been $400 unfortunately the only real item I have is gold plated sterling silver necklace and very tiny. Getting married this weekend and in town from San Diego. My Naval Academy class ring was a bit snug so I stopped by some stores on Main Street but each had a 2-3 week turnaround. Called Adore and the gentleman I spoke to told me to come in and discuss some options (even conceded that I could probably get it done free from Jostens). He had his jewelry repair technician take a look and confidently promised to have it complete the next morning, even though it is a very thick ring. You will not find that type of Service many places. If you need a repair done well and quickly call Adore!!

Jewelers with compassion! I went in to Adore Jewelry hoping that they could fix a ring for my granddaughter. My daughter passed away in June and my granddaughters counselor gave her a ring that was a small spiral. She didnt want to wear it as a ring, but on a chain as a necklace. I was afraid she would lose it since the spiral was partially open so I thought a jeweler could close it somewhat so she could put in on a chain. I was told the ring wasnt valuable and they wouldnt be able to do anything with it. I told them it had sentimental value and told them about my daughter. BJ of Adore took the ring to his work area and squeezed the two parts of the spiral together so a chain wouldnt slip through. And I wasnt charged a thing! Theres so much more to life than items of great monetary value. BJ (and the others at Adore) showed me their compassion, which is priceless! A huge thank you to everyone there!

My late husband Salvatore Teta, purchased my engagement ring at Adore...he had never been married or engaged before...so it was a Big Big Deal for him...they helped him pick the perfect three stone platinum ring that means the world to me.
