Ive been looking for a local jeweler with nice 18KT+ pieces. I randomly walked in here 2 weeks ago and they had 18KT chains. I didnt expect that. Better yet, they were Italian design, which are my favorite. Amir the owner was very helpful. He also gave a good price to repair my other jewelry.

This is a great store!. My wife and I have been customers for many years. We have purchased necklaces, bracelets, and rings and have been extremely happy with both the prices and the quality. Anyone who talks about lack of quality doesn’t know jewelry. The staff is knowledgeable and the owner takes the time to make sure you’re getting good quality jewelry at a fair price. The new location is very nice...good displays and a large selection. Also, more private and intimate than out on the floor of the mall. We always feel special when we come into the store. It’s a huge difference over how we have been treated at other stores. We don’t shop for jewelry anywhere else. Why would we?

In addition to the beautiful selection of jewelry, Gold Italia also refurbishes rings. I have had my wedding ring for 23 years. The diamond fell out two years ago and there were chips and cracks in the gold. Last year we bought a temporary ring from Gold Italia until we could afford to purchase a new diamond and get my wedding ring fixed. Amir did an AMAZING job. My ring turned out more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed possible. The diamond is clear. Gorgeous. The work he did is top notch. We will be returning for future purchases. I have bought two gold chains from him for 180.20$ last month. I was told that it is 14kt real gold but it was gold plated. It turned my neck green. I had to see the doctor for it. For me 180$ is alot of money. Please don’t buy anything from there. They charge real price for the fake stuff.

Not only were they willing to do what no others would, they did a fantastic job! Added to that, they kept me apprised of the status along the way by texting me questions and letting me know what was happening. AND, they took the time to learn my name!
