Frank and Ebony were amazing!I came in with some very specific requests for the type of mattress I was looking for and they were able to assist me in finding something in my price range, size and the preferences for the firmness of the mattress with perfection.Frank was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and Ebony was kind in helping me navigate the decision making process by asking me great questions to find out my needs. Great experience! The sales person was very friendly, courteous and patient, and knowledgeable of all the different mattresses available at the store. She allowed us to try out many different mattress types and various manufacturers. And we werent rushed in making our final decision. Two wonderful and attentive sales women helped me select the right mattress for my mom. They didn’t know that my mom is a dialysis patient until I shared my story. One of the women has a spouse with the same diagnosis. You never know when God has your best interest in the hands of strangers. Horrible customer service by the district sales manager and mattress warehouse. I purchased a mattress and it was delivered damaged- TWICE. I agreed to do an exchange and the matress was delivered damaged again (2nd time). The district sales manager said “We’ve been in business for 30 years, we don’t delivery damaged mattresses …. “. Oh okay, so you are lying to a customer (me) or calling the customer (me) a liar..which one is it? Because I got damage twice. I also talked to their customer service department and they kept pushing for an exchange! No apology, no sympathy for what I was going through, all they could offer was just an exchange. It was a fight to get a refund out of this store and the company.

Wendy did a wonderful job while assisting me today. Wendy was very knowledgeable of the products and was able to give me the advice and attention I needed. Her kindness and professionalism was very appreciated and I was truley satisfied when I left the premises. I would say her customer service was exceptional. We worked directly with Belinda and Wayne...My wife and I enjoyed a Great experience in the Annapolis store on Sunday afternoon, 2 AUG 2020. Both Belinda & Wayne were knowledgeable and patient. We honestly had no intention of making a purchase on our 1st visit. By the time wed spent 45 minutes with Belinda, she had answered all of our questions and our minds were made up. There was no need to postpone the inevitable purchase of a perfect new mattress. We closed the deal and were thankful we did. Our purchase of a new Stearns and Foster Queen Estate replaces an old Sleep Number bed. A word of caution...the sub contractor used by Mattress Warehouse to deliver our new bed would not take away our old Sleep Number bed. Despite the fact that it breaks down easily into a tiny footprint compared to that of a standard box spring mattress, the driver offered a lame & non-nonsensical excuse as to why he must leave it for us to deal with. We called the store to report this and discovered it was Belindas day off. Despite the inconvenience to herself, she immediately drove into work and covered the store while Wayne came to our house in a personal pick-up truck to haul the old bed away. Where I come from, thats called Outstanding Service. They earned my respect, admiration & loyalty.

Tom is the man and is a straight shooter. My whole mattress buying experience was painless from start to finish. I bought the mattress on a Friday at 6 pm and it was delivered to my apartment by Saturday at 9 am. Financing was easy. I was in and out of the store in less than 45 minutes and got a hell of a deal.

Smooth system. Not sure what kind of mattress I wanted walking into the store. There must have been 50 beds across the showroom. The pleasant sales lady progressed me through their Mattress fit system which narrowed down my choices to 4. I laid on each testing for a proper firmness fit, and selected one. It was delivered a couple of days later by 2 very pleasant delivery guys who took it all the way to the bedroom, after removing my old mattress.So much better than the Tuft and Needle foam mattress I bought on line that came compressed in a box. Despite its online rave reviews, and the fact that it was half the price I hated it. Like sleeping in a foam trench. In the middle of the night I literally had to consciously roll myself out of the trench onto a higher mattress spot to keep from roasting. Sorry . . . just saying.Bottom line, mattress warehouse - for the ultimate mattress experience. No I was not paid for this review, just a real good mattress fit system, service delivery, and product.

Honestly, I had little expectation for buying a mattress here today. My wife and I were going to go in and use that machine mattress thing to figure what mattress would be best for us and go some where else that might have better service and prices. That was not the case. When we first arrived, we were given phenomenal treatment. We were treated as if we were the only ones there. Tom was attentive to our needs, first by setting us up on that mattress that reads what our body needs. He first took us to the most expensive bed that suited our bodies needs, which was awesome but a little pricey. We expressed to him what our budget was, and he took us to the next best one that fit our price range. He was informative and new everything about beds.. it was like he lived for beds and finding the perfect bed for his customers. We tried out all sorts of beds, and only ones that we could afford. Tom really worked with us in finding our bed. He even talked us out of buying one that we thought we would want and sold us one that was cheaper because he knew that it would last longer than the one we first picked. Tom knew his stuff and he really enjoyed what he did for work. Selling people dreams or at least dream makers.I totally recommend Mattress Warehouse to anyone needing a bed, especially if Tom is working. Thanks Tom. The salesperson Stephanie was very nice & helpful.However, it took a month to get my mattress base delivered, during which time, I slept on my mattress on the floor. When the base came, the delivery people were extraordinarily rude, & the adjustable base did not work. I called the store immediately once I found out, about 2 mins after they left. The manager has still never bothered to call me back or make it right. I paid $5k for a non functioning bed setup that took a month to be fully delivered.Unacceptable.

Tom is the man. I came in to buy a bed not knowing what I wanted, and he walked me through everything I could think to ask and more. He never once pressured me for a sale and even stayed after closing as to not rush me through the paper work. A true professional. I ended up buying a king size Tempur-Pedic and would recommend asking for Tom by name if youre looking for a new mattress.

Tom helped us today. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and super friendly. My husband has a terrible time sleeping at night and he has suffered with depression and other problems associated with not being comfortable enough to sleep at night. My family bought 3 mattresses today, along with the necessary accessories. i am blown away by the wonderful customer service the employees showed us. we were mostly with stephenie through the process, who was incredibly kind and attentive. we wanted to take our time picking the right mattresses and she was totally understanding, continuing the offer her help the whole time, while also assisting other customers (we came at a busy time). despite the busy storeroom, there was not a time where we felt rushed or as if we were not being helped​. we were able to find the mattresses we wanted, and needed. overall, this was a very good shopping experience, especially for something that is typically very frustrating and stressful. 5/5 would totally recommend. *pictures to come in two days when our beds are delivered*
