My husband and I purchased our dream sofa from the Annapolis Bassett store one year ago. We decided on a gorgeous Beckham sectional. It is the statement piece in our living room and we are obsessed with it. Though, unfortunately, because Basset fabrics are so butter-y soft, they may actually pill and shed. We were completely devastated when this began to happen. After reaching out to Bassett to express our concerns, they were more than willing to make it right. Just note, you may need to shave the pilling off of your cushions, which takes time and effort. We are still happy with our purchase though. Thank you, Bassett!

Awful experience with Bassett Furniture. We purchased a sofa and two accompanying pieces (called chairs and a half) in the middle of June 2019. The salesman assured us of a delivery date that was not upheld; the furniture eventually showed up more than a week later.Fast forward to the last few weeks and we noticed a significant deficiency in one of the chairs, of which the left armrest was permanently disfigured and indented, as if the supporting material had already failed (picture attached). We contacted Bassett customer support, which forwarded our claim to Guardsman (apparently Bassett does not even stand by their product), which communicated to us that apparently, the warranty does not cover this defect. What type of warranty does not cover structural issues with the furniture, that was purchased new, and is approximately 10 months old?!? It took more than a month to actually get this claim processed and now we have to deal with such an absurd response?Please be advised that Bassett, contrary to what might be communicated to you, does NOT stand by their product. I recommend that you avoid this company completely. We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

We upgraded our bedroom suite to a contemporary look including an upholstered headboard. Walking into the store, you immediately get that quality is here feel. The selection and low pressure demeanor of sales attendant made the whole process enjoyable and worthwhile!!

The design service/sales staff was amazing. Gave us creative solutions for our space and really worked with us on fabric choices. overall it was an amazing experience. I have already recommended Bassett to multiple friends. Thank you so much for making the furniture buying process so enjoyable.

I like my new bedframe with the padded headboard. I picked my couch because it wascomfortable to lie across but still had reclining seats at the end. The prices are fair and I thinkthey had a nice selection of furniture to choose from. I am looking forward to delivery of mynew furniture.

Don’t buy this furniture it is terrible quality with even worse customer service... this company does not stand by its product AT ALL. I ordered a sectional that was delivered in December 2018, it was $8,000. Less than 6 months later the back cushions lost their shape, got lumpy and started sagging. The fabric started ripping at the seams. Not only did the seat cushions lose their shape, but the stitching on the fabric of the seat cushions shifted off the edge of the seat cores. (See attached photos) I can’t believe I have an $8,000 couch that looks like it’s 5-10 years old after not even a year of regular (2 people) use.I sent customer service pictures of all of my complaints. They told me they didn’t guarantee their back cushions (I’m not sure how that flew off my radar because I would never spend 8k on a couch that wasn’t fully guaranteed). They offered to sell me new back cores. So I asked about the rips and they told me that because I purchased the protection plan, I should call that company and tell them I accidentally ripped the couch and that it happened in the last 30 days. They emphasized what to say to them. Everything happening with this couch is CLEARLY DUE TO BASSETTS POOR PRODUCT, and I’m supposed to call a different company and tell them I ruined this furniture?!If you want to spend $8,000 on a sectional that looks like an old beat up piece of junk after less than a year of owning it..... buy furniture here!

Not even 1 star is deserved, my $6,000 Beckham Natural color Sectional has been pealing since 2 months after we bought it, Basset claims it is not covered in their warranty and my light colored couches did not even last for 6mths. Full of lint and it takes a lot of time and effort to remove it and keep them clean. No reason why I should spend so much effort on $6,000 couches to make them look slightly presentable.

Love your staff, quality, and styles. My only complaint would be the delivery times, since it will take a month for me to get the remainder of my order. Other than that, I love your store!

Ordered and paid for one thing, was told several weeks later the item was no longer available and they tried to sell me something else. Poor accounting system if they dont even know whether an item is actually in stock, before the sale is made.I provided my contact information on your company website approximately six months ago. To date, no response. Theres a surprise.

Great suggestions for chairs for our space and ideas for placement with other furniture. Delivery was prompt and courteous. Chairs were well wrapped and in good condition.
