Every time I come to this branch, I have problems

The pharmacist and staff were extremely helpful and had my prescriptions ready in the time it took me to drive from the doctors office. They made time to address all of my questions and offered to help again if symptoms didn’t improve.

Employees are not friendly and not helpful. I had a return and stood there waiting for help. A couple of employees walked past me and never offered help. I finally asked cashier if she could help and she was so rude. She snapped yes. Then said to me all that has to be returned? It was 7 items. She said why are returning these? I answered, there were bought 10 days ago for my grandma and she passed away. She was so hateful. Not even a sorry you lost a loved one. Just acted so bothered over the return. The prices here are incredibly high. I tried to use the photo app and had a horrible time. Gave up and sent them to a competitor. But I did get a full refund with the receipt.

I usually do not go the extra mile to say something ugly about anyone, but I am extremely dissatisfied with this pharmacy. Not only do they make mistakes regularly they dont even apologize for them. If your insurance will let you use someone else, please do. Save yourself the heartache.

This pharmacy has shorted my prescription 3 times! All 3 times I havent noticed until a few days after (I know I should have learned after the first time to count my medicine before leaving the counter) and when I contact them, they claim the camera shows them counting the medicine correctly and I was given the right count. I KNOW they did not yet its my word against theirs. If there wasnt a miscount then there is a crook that works there! This is extremely dangerous!! They also act like they have no time to help you and they are constantly overlooking important details. AWFUL.

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Every time I go I have to wait, whether it be for the pharmacy, photo, or cashier. There have been several instances when I have received confirmation that my prescription was ready for pick up, only to get there and be told to wait or go back through the drive thru line. The last straw was when I ordered a canvas print online, and received an email stating that my canvas would be ready for pick up after 12. When I arrived at 12.45 they had not even started on my order and was told to wait, AGAIN. I will never be back.

The women who work in the pharmacy are In no rush to help you. I went up there they said it would take an hour to fill my Prescription its been 2 hours and they havent even started on mine yet. I wouldnt recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Go to CVS or literally anywhere else

They lied to me and told me that the pharmacy was open on Christmas day when it wasnt .

They are very slow
