Stopped in and ordered 4 new tires, was told will be called when tires come in, did not receive a call for 2 weeks stopped in was told tires have been there for over a week, was told sorry, had tires installed then when 3 tires was put on was told I would have to buy a road hazard warranty to fix tires and to have tire rotated and balanced, should of been told at time of purchase not after tires halfway put on. Asked to have front-end looked at because of popping noise, pulling to right and wearing tires on outside, was told it needed struts and front swat bars be around $600 to fix it, dropped it off at 8:00 am was told be done by 12:00 went to pick it up at 1:00 pm had not be touched was told wrong part, went back at 3:30 pm was told it will be over a $1000 now, they did not put the sway arms on, it still pops, still pulls to right and then they put rear shocks on it that was not in the estimate was not told or was asked to do the work and was told the alignment was included in price but was charged extra for alignment, will never go back, I cant stand to be cheated

I stopped in for a tire rotation, I was there less than 30 minutes without an appointment. They did suggest I get 2 tires before I get it aligned so itll wear properly. They essentially saved me money. Always friendly and fast! Highly recommended!!

I have used these guys for years. Rather for used tires or new. Dropped daughters car off on a Sunday because she had busted two tires. Called them on Monday morning to inform them of what we wanted. My family and I are all repeat customers. Bruce and Brandon and all his staff mechanics are absolutely the most honest, fair, and thorough professionals Ive ever encountered in my 45+ years of owning and operating automobiles. God bless them all. This is the only place in east-central Alabama anyone should consider for automotive repair. I will also be buying my tires from them when that time comes.Tip : If you want to wait while they work on your vehicle, get there 15 minutes before they open and be the first to walk in the door. And if possible, take it there early in the week and not on a Saturday

Tire blew to the point of truck being unable to drive now. Review will change once the damage is repaired and spoken for. Maybe service needs to be trained more or something but what is true is, there is no room for slacking on someones vehicle especially wheels. The blow out could have killed the driver. All due to him driving on a sharp turn but that being said... he has driven this sharp turn for 20years, so he is aware of his surroundings to where regardless this was not cUsed bc of his driving..A life of a fsther,son,husband, brother,uncle,friend co worker,employee, human was put at severe risk! driver should not have experienced this being that it was mere days from receiving and purchasing wheels, tires, service from this place.

Excellent, friendly professionals... never had an issue with them. I have been a repeat customer for years with replacement/balancing of tires for many vehicles, as well as a few alignments. Their vintage-style lobby room is also very nice.

I went in search of a spare tire for a vehicle which I purchased. I searched all over Calhoun County for the doughnut spare without success. I called and went by, in 15 minutes I left with a brand new tire for a more than reasonable price. I will so all my business with them and advise anyone to do the same. Absolutely luv this place. Great guys great service

Took a tire to be put on a rim initially and the next day it was flat. Since then I had to take the exact same wheel to this shop and have it reseated twice. Long story short I had to pay 140$ for a tire from Walmart because the other tire went flat again Because they DESTROYED the bead. They refused to give me my money back. I highly do not recommend this tire shop. The employees do not know how to do their job.

Fast friendly service. Went to get a tire fixed.

I called and scheduled a appointment 3 days in advance. I arrived 1 hour prior and spoke with a technician about the service to be performed. I left my keys and verified my phone number on file and stated I would return however call if you need me. When I returned 4 hours later a older gentleman stated he didnt know about my car getting service. One guy came in and apologized. The older gentleman had no people skills not even a apology. The frustration 😤

Had to have a lawnmower tire fixed. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service

I would always go here rather than the twin store Big Woodys, because the people there are more attentive of fixing the tires. They also have better management and employees in my opinion.
