I can’t possibly say enough nice, positive things about this FIRESTONE location. The staff here are courteous and go out of their way to ensure you have a one of a kind experience and guarantee that you’ll return for service here in the future if need be. I came in for a simple tire replacement and they provided me with an unforgettable experience and worked to get me the best deal! Friday January 17 and Saturday the 18th, 2020, Michael and Jonathan at the Oxford, Alabama Firestone store exceeded my expectations . I was traveling from Atlanta to Birmingham when my tire light went on. I made it on my run-flat to their store. They showed me the irreparable damage and found a tire in Birmingham. It would be delivered Saturday; but the Saturday delivery failed to bring that tire. Instead of waiting til Monday, Michael and Jon immediately offered to get the tire from Birmingham themselves. Jonathan made the trip and I was driving safely away later Saturday afternoon. Michael, Jonathan, and their Oxford, Alabama team make Firestone look very good. Please give them a substantial raise. I love this place when its time to work on the car. Guys are always so friendly. Working with Jeremy last night on my wiper blades, he was nice and friendly and its the little things that make it worthwhile.

This is better than the one in Oxford. Top-notch service. No sugarcoating, straight to the point business.

They had the tire I needed. Tired was replaced and ready to go within thirty minutes. Not really happy about the price but it was reasonable. Would use again.

I had the worst experience there I will never go there again. I went up there to get new wheels put on my truck and it took them twelve hours to put them on and they can’t ever seem to get the tires balanced and they broke one of the studs ( they said whoever put them on last cross threaded the stud but little did they know they were the last ones to touch them.) I had bought the tires there a month earlier. That is the only reason I went back a second time to get my free balance that they said I payed for the first time and they charged me for it anyway and a fee for scrap tires, which I did not have.

This place have Great Service and one of there worker ERIC is a great and helpful hard working employer thanks for the great service

I went there today and the guy Justin V that works the front desk was very rude. Complete racist. I was there for two hours and he had an attitude with me bc they weren’t on there game. Idk what was going on in there but it wasn’t professional at all. Someone needs to bring the old staff back. I will never spend another dollar there again until they treat customers like they are customers.

Excellent Service, stopped by just to check a price and decided to go ahead with the tire purchase. They had the tires delivered from another store and installed that same day.

While the price for my tires and oil change were less than quoted, I do have some complaints: the employee did NOT do requested alignmenthe tried talking me into Fuel System Cleaning & Renu Fuel SystemCleaner ($89.99 & $9.99) which I just had done 2 wks prior at mydealer)DID NOT cold pressure balance my tires (from the photo of my dash PSIinfo: LF 39 RF 39; LR 38 RR 43--what the heck??); on 2009 Chev HHR LS recommended PSI is 30-32 for 15s, 16s respectively. While it wont necessarily affect mileage that much for minor variations, it will affect the wear and tear.It makes me mad when MEN in the automotive industry think they can pull things over on women. LADIES BE AWARE.It pays to be an informed consumer and to listen, and if they are slick salesmen like the one serving me, listen twice as hard because he made me think that the alignment check was the alignment being done. Shame shame shame.** This happened at the Oxford Quintard Mall location but it wont let me put my review on their page.
