I enjoyed my visit here the staff is friendly and helpful im a go kart/mini bike builder and i gotta say harbor freight has got the motors they have a full line of Preditor 212 motors of every kind i walked in there and was in heaven!i had one blow up on me during a race and i came to these guys told them what happened and they replaced the motor free of charge...

Great place to buy tools . Huge selection. They do however need to open more registers when the lines start getting long. There are things I wouldnt recommend from Harbor freight from personal experience. Generators & nail guns are 2 items I personally didnt have any luck with. I really think your better off buying name brand when it comes to cordless tools or nail guns etc.

Good place to get tools and other things at for a good price

We walked into our local harbor freight store where the white supervisor, Charles greeted my afro-latino (black) husband as buddy. My husband told him that the way he was talking was very condescending. He said, im sorry buddy, let me start over, how can I help you sir? He said this in a very sarcastic manner. The white person behind us was greeted with respect and called sir. Wow, what disrespect and lack of professionalism all in the management. My husband is a pastor in our community and we are very respected here. This action makes me want to do more than writing this complaint on Google maps.

One person was rude in asking for help. No batteries for there best drill. Hucules but I settle for a mideum. Needed a hacksaw blade but you must buy 50 for 4:99 or you could buy 12 for 5:99 only needed 1 or two maybe 4 or 5 cashier was very nice. But that one little shiny little guy who was so short and snappier to me . Made me feel like it was below him just to answer my question. After that I was uneasy. Didnt get his name but for sure he dont need to be in public service. Yes he could be just having a bad day. Whatever. Life is good.

I needed nails for my nail gun. They greeted me as I walked in the store and ask if I needed help finding anything. I found the nails right away but 1 of the boxes was partially damaged. The check out lady gave me a discount.I go to this store often and the people are always helpful.

I love this location of Harbor Freight. It is always well stocked, and always has more than one choice of whatever Im looking for. They send a sales paper which usually has a few free items, with purchase. They also offer a Rewards Program that is very useful for someone who shops with them frequently. I really recommend you try The Freight, before visiting your local tool/hardware store. The prices just CAN NOT be beat. I guarantee youll be glad you tried them.

You can get just about anything here except tool boxes. I was looking for a mechanics tool box to put in my trunk but they didnt have any. Bought a cordless drill, safety glasses and a few other goodies. Pretty much comparable to a hardware store.

Had a wonderful experience and the lady at the register could work in my store anytime.. She handled herself great with very unnerving ungrateful customer that cursed her.. Beyond that the prices of things in store is comparable to the other harbor freight stores Ive visited in other states

I love Harbor Freight Tools, its a toy store for adults.

Harbor Freight is a great place to purchase tools and other items that is needed on everyday job sites. I am here quite a few time a year getting tools that are hard to get locally. The employees are always friendly and courteous and most of the time very knowledgeable about where the messed tools are located in the store. Its kinda of a one stop shop for tools. Plus the tools have a life time warranty, you cant really beat that with a stick.

Got an e-mail said they extended their parking lot sale so I took ad for the parking lot sale bought quite a few items from sales add plus couple regular priced items and super coupon items. Got home checked receipt to find all items from the previous supposedly extended parking lot sale rang up at full normal price. Went back and found that the email was a lie the sale had not been extended and only the few items in email were on sale and they would not honor the parking lot sales ad prices so all those items I returned and will wait till they go on sale again when the price will be honored. I saw no sense paying twice as much since most items I wanted and purchased were advertised at 50% off. I was very disappointed that the email I received was false and the sale had not been extended rather only a few items were on sale.

Always use coupons ... and maybe one item for the 20% discount. Good it is long drive for me, i spend too much each time. Their red tool boxes are excellent quality. Air tools, hand tools, straps, chains. .. Ive never used their electric tools, cord or battery.

That store is always very hot. Ive called the main office 3 different times to let them know hot that store is. Even the employees were sweating. Please report to Harbor Freight main office if you also find it to hot to shop in.
