Excellent service...They always have what you need no matter what it is...Had to go to two different Lowes stores a couple of weeks ago because it was a Sunday n Saks Hardware was closed, still didnt get the parts we need to fix a water line so come Monday morning I was at Saks Hardware told what we need handed him my parts n they fixed me right up..To be a woman Saks Hardware ALWAYS has my back.....

The people are very friendly and anxious to help you. They carefully listen to your problem or what you need and show you some options to solve your problem. Excellent customer service, something you dont get at other places.

These folks are just good people. They had things in stock during covid and that the big box stores couldnt come close too. Good home town hardware store!

Went in with my dad to get a clamp,clerk was very rude to my dad and was disrespectful, when ask to speak to the owner he said he was standing near by as his employee was talking that to my dad.When he was ask if he was just gonna stand there and let his employee talk to his customer that way he didnt say anything and just shook his head.My dads old and didnt deserve the way he was treated.We normally try to shop with small business to support our community but this type of behavior is what drives people to shop big retail.I will not take my business there wouldnt be a surprise if they go out of business treating customers that way.
