We dont trust many with our vehicles. I trust Riverview. I drive far for my job and the work performed here is very trustworthy which makes me not second guess driving on the Highways. The professional staff are very nice and thorough and will take the time to explain anything that you may not understand. We recently moved to Milford but will continue to bring our vehicles to Riverview. A+

I love coming to Riverview Rick and Rich always make me feel like royalty. It never matters if its just a simple oil change or a big job these guys always help me find the safest most cost efficient way to keep my vehicle road safe. Riverview is my go to place. It doesnt matter if I just want my fluids checked or I need service these gentlemen are always willing to help. Today I brought my sons car in for an oil change. As I was leaving I mentioned to Rick that the seat was stuck and It wasnt safe for me because I couldnt reach close enough. Before I knew it he had his tools and my seat was working. Just the kind of shop this is. Dont allow a call to a shop where it seems like the person cant be bothered. Sometimes there are people standing waiting for services they have appointments for.So if things seem busy just call back it definitely is worth the callback.

Fair labor charges. Quality work. Has always treated me and my family ( 3 generations ) very well. Yes I fully recommend Riverview garage.

For the past fifteen years, the only place I trust to give me solid, straightforward, honest advice about my vehicles. Rick always takes the time to explain and never does more than needed. He is very accommodating and gets the work done right and fast. I would and do recommend to anyone who is looking for a solid mechanic shop.

I agree with James Corso 100% (Read his review, please)Unfortunately I had to deal with this person, by accident (I think his name is Rick). My Wife car was parked on a slope, with a low fuel and the car didnt start. Since I was at work, she had it towed to this Super Service. The car, once in a flat surface started right away. This guy Rick charged me $100 only to start the car, and give me all his BS with technical and fancy words trying to justify the $100.What he didnt know, that before I was in finances, I was also a certified mechanic for more than a decade.Just listening at him, I really believe, that he takes advantage that people dont know much about car mechanics, and makes the service seem more complicated than really is. I recommend, If possible, to avoid this place. But if you have to use it, do your self a favor and get a second opinion. Thanks.

Friendly, honest, and professional

I think Ive been fleeced. A first time customer, I was charged over $400 for a repair 1/2 a dozen mechanics told me theyd charge around $250 for. I am familiar with the auto parts industry and understand the necessity behind marked up pricing. However, there is a mark up, and then there is a shake down.Had I received service that was just and fair, it could have been the beginning of a relationship with a repeat customer. But instead, given that I was stranded, my car inoperable until it was fixed, I felt the repair transaction was a cash grab, ensuring that neither I, nor my family, nor any of my friends will trust our vehicles with this place.We wont be back.

They are great. There work is remarkable and there prices unbeatable. Staff is respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband an I will be returning customers.

This is a bit hard for me. I went there to get my break line done because it leak all the break fluid. I know the guy for a while so I figure that he was going to help me out. When I got the bill he charge me $93.75 for a 25 3/16, 1 ft alloy break line. I could have saved if I bought it myself.
