Went in to have iPhone screen protector replaced. Technician immediately entered information for the warranty repair, selected new protector, and proceeded with replacement. Entire transaction and replacement took about 10 minutes, start to finish, and out the door.

Awesome place! Originally I went to best buy to see if they would help with my phone repair but they said I would have to get a whole new phone. I found CPR in the same parking lot. They were more than helpful with fixing my phones screen, and very speedy!

These guys were able to fix my phone without having to direct me to someone else in another city. Thats what Smart Tech Ready did to me. SquareTrade sent me to CPR to get a broken screen replaced on my S20+, which I like a lot better than sending the phone off somewhere or getting a refurbished one in exchange.The guys at CPR did the job well and on time - same day service. The CPR store has always been the best & only option for cell phone repair service. When I got my new phone earlier this year I got a screen protector. Pieces chipped off just pulling it out of my purse. AT&T would replace it for free but Id rather have a reliable one, put on in 5 minutes by the employees of the CPR Store. They never disappoint.

This is the worst place Ive ever experienced in my life the management is terrible I went in there with my phone broken on the side buttons they tore the connection belt. when it was at least connected after finding out that they didnt have the part and then he tears the connection belt on the button and tells me well the phone was broken anyway so it dont even matter and it does matter because at least I could turn it on and off now I cant turn it on or off after base portal connection belt was torn off by CPR they broke it worse than what it was when I came in there its like having a car with a dent in it and somebody come along and make a bigger dent and hit your car that would have left you with more damages and worse off than what you started with. Oh my God I highly suggest not going there they dont take responsibility of their actions

My very first i product, and only one month in and the glass on the face of the phone shatters (I have owned at least 3 Samsungs and 2 Motorolas with no cracks or shatters). I had to get it fixed quick. CPR said I could bring my phone in same day. I dropped it off at 4:30pm (I was provided an amount at this time) and by 5:40pm I received a call letting me know the phone was ready. I went back to get it and the tech, Alberto, was fabulous! He had me look at the phone, he asked me if I needed a screen protector, which I did, the one that was on it didnt survive the break! He even installed it. He was very professional. I didnt check the value button as, if I had to pay this would have been a little pricy, but thank goodness I bought a warranty when a bought the phone, so it was covered:)

Brought my computer in an hour and 30 minutes before closing and the wonderful and knowledgeable folks at CPR managed to fix it within 4 hours (I got a call from them 2 hours after they opened the next day saying that it was ready for pick up).Very impressed with the speed, kindness, and professionalism of the staff. The gentleman at the counter told me what caused my device to stop booting up in great detail, which I really appreciate because I now have an idea of what I should be looking for in case it ever happens again.I definitely recommend CPR to anyone who is on the fence about seeking expert help with their devices! Decided to take to CPR Repair. OMG what as difference. Didn’t want to sell me anything just wanted to fix my problem. THese people invented service. My phone was repairable however these people were so professional I decided to buy a phone from CPR. What a difference. I will not go back to ATT for anything. CPR is my new go to phone store. Went in to get my Zagg screen protector replaced, as the lifetime warranty explains & was helped on the spot. They took care of me with ease & put on the screen protector while I waited. Took my original receipt, but didnt need it. They do charge a small fee but its about the same as paying shipping fees. And since its on the spot & they put the screen protector on for you, its well worth it! Definitely recommend it.

I hate leaving any kind of bad review but feel compelled to do so here. I have lost confidence in the abilities of this store. I came on the good recommendation of a friend. I wish I hadnt.I brought my Surface Pro 3 in to have the screen and battery replaced April 4th. Was told they needed to order the parts and would have it ready for me in a week. No problem! Almost 2 weeks went by and no call from the store. When I called at first they told me that my screen turns on but the touch doesnt work after replacing the screen. Then was put on hold and then was told MY Surface wouldnt come on after they replaced the parts. They told me they would replace my computer with a NEW one. I was a little annoyed by this fact but appreciated they are willing to replace the unit. I was told it would take about 3 days to come in. No call after a week so I called them. Was told it was in. Went to the store and was presented with the replacement which was NOT new but refurbished. I can understand why a refurbished one was ordered but was told I would be receiving a NEW replacement. The replacement was very scratched up upon looking at it. Not a huge deal but not the condition mine was in. When I turned it on it was NOT the correct specs of my Surface. It was an i3 instead of an i5 processor. The gentleman at the counter went to the back and was gone for about 5 minutes and came back telling me they had to take apart my old one to confirm that I did in fact have an i5 processor. Then he tells me that the company must have sent them the wrong one. How would he know this if he didnt know what was in it to begin with and had to confirm by pulling mine apart.Im very frustrated at this point and then told they would rush order the correct Surface for me and would be her in 2 days. They assured me they would call me when it came in 2 days. I called 3 days later and was told it will take another 3 to 4 days to come in. The lack of professionalism is incredible. Everyone I have dealt with there has been courteous but doesnt really seem to know what they are doing. I would give 0 stars if possible. I have now been without my computer for almost a month since I was suppose to pick it up. I truly regret bringing my Surface Pro 3 into this store! I hope this review can help any who are thinking of taking your computer in!

My youngest dropped my cell phone during the .0000001 seconds I had it outside the case and the screen was totally broken. A quick visit to the store and I had it replaced in less than an hour. The tech was super friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get on my way.

Outstanding customer service and very friendly! Took my laptop here because it was running real slow. After a couple of days, got it back and it runs very fast now. Evidently, we had Malware. We are protected now. We considered taking to Best Buy but they wanted too much to just look at the laptop. Happy we found this place. John and Armando were great.

Took my phone into the shop yesterday because I dropped my phone and shattered the glass on both the front and back. Faruq helped me out, gave me a quote and a reasonable price and recommended I get a screen protector and case after the repair because lets face it, phones nowadays are completely glass. Good and fast service, they got my new screen done in about and hour or two. The only things I didn’t like about the screen were that it is a little darker than usual, and the 3D touch isn’t as easy to use. Other than that, I would recommend if you’re looking to buy an inexpensive phone screen repair.

I have never had to get my IPHONE repaired I didn’t get over there until 2:00 PM and there were several people there, the kid behind the counter quoted me $120. to replace the screen for a IPhone 8Plus but it was gonna be a couple hours so I told him that I would be back tomorrow and pick it up. I got about two blocks away and then my phone rang it was CPR informing me that they had fixed the phone, I was just floored by that, they have my business when I have to have repairs done.Ron😎✌️

I just called to see how much it would be to fix my charging port on my phone. My phone cost 150$ brand new. The repair is quite simple, I just dont have the equipment. But still fairly simple. They want 130$ to fix a 150$, 2 year old phone. I can buy a better, newer phone for 20$ more than they want to fix my old one. Cmon...really?

I had my Samsung Galaxy S8 screen replaced by Gary and he did such an awesome job. I went through Asurion insurance through Verizon to have it replaced, which sadly they wont go through at the end of the month anymore so if you have Asurion and youre thinking about getting your phone fixed, do it before December! Im not sure what other insurance they will cover after that.Anyhow, so Ive had the glass replaced on this phone before, not by CPR, and the dude did a terrible job. He was really rough with it, scratched some of the paint off, and I didnt realize it at the time but he got dirt inside of the front facing camera. One of the only reasons I upgraded from the S5 to the S8 was the cameras were amazing. Needless to say, I was bummed but just suffered with it for almost two years. Gary helped me clean off my new camera, told me everything he was doing before he did it, asked for consent before doing anything, he asked if it was okay to even put his bag on the table. He made me feel like I had a lot of control in the situation which is just amazing customer service. My phone is like brand new and THE CAMERA, oh my front facing camera. Look at what I was dealing with and what I got now!! Thank you Gary! 😭

I went there to get a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy S-7. Unfortunately, the battery was not in stock and they could not take a down payment over the phone. So I got in my car and drove the 45 minutes to their store in Antioch/Brentwood. The clerk quoted me $121.48 as he had to add the back of the phone just in case it broke when they opened it up. I put $60 down. They called me yesterday, Tuesday, that the battery was in and I told them I couldnt make it back until Saturday, so they said they would hold it for me. Well, I was off early today and headed on out there. the same guy was there and told me another technician would be in soon. I walked around the shopping for about 30 minutes and went back. It was ready! The back survived, so that was $30 less. it cost me $88.70. Good service, only drawback was that they couldnt take the down payment over the phone.

Benny, We appreciate your opinion. However, you must not have your facts correct. Such a difference in pricing leads me to believe that you did not describe your issues correctly or misheard what you were quoted. Most new phones, nowadays, cost over $500 for free retail value. $150 to fix a cracked screen is not unreasonable if you expect a quality repair on an expensive device. I know that the pricing here can be $45 if you provide your own part. Next time, please only review IF you have actually used the service.

After being told by two Sprint Repair Centers that my screen couldnt be fixed (it was badly damaged) and everything on my phone was lost, I decided to try CPR. I went into the store expecting them to tell me the same thing but they looked at it and said no problem it would take about 2-3 hours. I now have my phone and all my photos... it wasnt cheap (more than an insurance claim) but the end result was worth every penny. Thank you, CPR. Moral of the story... BACKUP YOUR PHONE!

Phone worked fine when I dropped it off just had a cracked screen. The phone was fixed the same day! That part was great, unfortunately when I went to turn the phone on it didnt work anymore . I was then assured I would have a phone by monday. This is where the customer service went downhill. The same guy that when I dropped it off who told me I was the first in line, no wait, phone will be ready the same day. Just kept trying to come up with one excuse after another to not give me the phone. First he says something is wrong with the thumb print sensor that needs to be fixed. Thats not what I brought the phone their to be repaired for.. did that damage also happen while the phone was their I dont know. He apologizes for the inconvenience says he was going to call. Not sure how he would call me my cell is my only number. I say its fine Ill take the phone anyway. Then the guys says its not charged and he hasnt checked it yet. So I ask him to plug it in and check it. Now Im inconveniencing this guy. He tells me he has other people that also need help. Which is fine whatever Im not trying to be pushy but I was told my phone would be ready monday. So sorry to cause you guys so much trouble Ill make sure to take my business elsewhere next time.
