Great customer services when u help me out with the phone that I got for from yall u guys have good customers services and great experience

I wanted to add one more line to my existing plan. I removed one line and added another one. Employee told us that the activation fee was $25, ended up charging $90 and admitted to cheating and lying to his customers. He did not wear mask. He was not paying attention to customers he was listening to music. The thing was that when we got there the door was locked while the sign was showing that the store is open. We knocked on door

I came in the store to upgrade my phone, the ac was not working. The girls were so kind and gave us water because the heat was unbearable. Absolutely ridiculous!

The customer service was great. But it was so disgustingly hot. I felt so bad for the lady helping me. The ac is broken and NEEDS to be fixed. It is unsafe to work in this heat wave with no ac... thank you for the GREAT customer service tho!

Great customer service it was too hot in there I feel so bad for the employees not a good environment to work in I suggest they get the AC fix or else their going to lose their customers

Sooo unprofessionalI dont know who the manager is or who owns this spot but, they either need to close down for good or hire some reliable people to work there. Shoot give me a job there if I can just come in anytime I want or stay on break as long as I want. I mean I dont even think I could do that but shoot free money i guess. They are never there and this is the only cricket in the area where I live I shouldnt have to drive miles away from my home if there is one right here. SMH. Its 10;13 right now and they are still not open. Its always like that

They have horrible customer service and the manager who looks like hes 17 is very rude. I sent an acquaintance there and he treated him really bad and he was telling him how hes killing his business by switching to metropcs. That is very unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THAT STORE. Unless you like sh**** customer service.
