Love shopping at JC Pennys they have the best sales! Love the jewelry department except the customer service needs improvement. But its not there fault. It seems like theyre short handed all the time. I love that I can use extra points to get more discounts on the things that I buy. its looking like JC Penney needs to re-stock on some areas like home good such as pots and pans, bedding, and kids clothes. Oh theyve also cut their hours from 11am to 7pm to COVID19. They require you to wear a mask at all times and stay 6-feet apart! Happy Shopping!

A favorite store of mine! I gave it 4 stars. I waited in line with a return then was told to go to the back of the store to the return dept. There should be a sign at the front registers stating that. If there was a sign I didnt see it. That wouldve saved me some time. Other than that the employees are always friendly and helpful!

Horrible selection and service. Not sure who does there replenish and tagging but its either not marked right or not marked at all.. associates are slow and unresponsive like walking zombies. Ive been here many times and it starting to look more and more like a sears.. big brands leaving and selection is dry along with Staff. And good luck finding one there ether hiding on their phone or just no where to be found. Managers when I found them seemed to be more involved walking up and down the isles in groups chatting about their lives then noticing clothes, hangers, signs etc.. on the floors. This is jcpennys demise...

Hidden in the shadows, dont know why they ever built this location behind the main strip. Not a lot of employees, always hard to find help. Just like others go for the sales and move on to other shops.

Im happy to say what a positive experience I had with Customer Service. I received an incorrect item in the mail from JC Penney and took it back to the store. The woman who helped me was friendly, empathetic and professional. She deserves a raise. Thank you, Faith, for being so helpful!

Poor survalence, no security guards, propels cars are getting their windows smashed and having their possession stolen from their cars and having their merchandise stolen from thr stores. You figured theyd get a security guard force since from what I heard this has been going on for a while, months, probably since covid19. Never coming here again. Not worth getting my car broken into again for some damn clothes shopping.

I usually enjoy shopping at this store but my last visit was unpleasant due to manager antagonizing a customer with implications of theft with no proof. As I was behind him inline with my granddaughters I was very concerned with the managers poor communication skills and the mans increasing agitation at her taunting. This young lady needs additional manager/conflict training, I did not feel safe.

When you cant find anyone to direct you for a specific item then turn around a tell you over there without even pointing in any particular direction is Bs but the sure want you to spend money I did one better and put all ten items back I can spend my money elsewhere

Popped in as a walk in today for my daughter. No wait. Super sweet lady named Jill was her stylist. 25 yrs + experience. Did a fantastic job. Totally recognized her colicky and worked with it perfectly.Weve used this salon on and off for years and had great experience just about every time. Worth a go.

Its a pretty decent store, considering we dont have any other department stores in town. They carry most major brands. And severely understaffed, so you are on your own when trying to find something. Prices are very good as well.

Great deals and very clean store. I went in there 6 months ago. The store was in shambles. I went in to get some Levis and it was worse than a dollar store. They had just gotten a new store manager. I spoke to Bill(William) . He asked me to come back in a month. I came back 5 months later. What a big big difference. It was clean and able to find things that were in order not in shambles. I will keep shopping here. Thank you Bill for cleaning up our JCPenneys. I know that this store had some very bad reviews. I just want our community to know what a magnificent job that Bill has done .

I like that the quality of their clothes is good but sometimes its hard to find what you are looking for. if they had a better selection l would have given them 5 stars. Most of the help of friendly.

The appearance of the store is getting better. Much cleaner than. The last time I was in. Customer service was better on the floor a couple of associates asked if I was finding everything. Still. Not happy with jewelry department. Wanted to see if they had sterling silver necklace on sale and the two ladies were talking to one another and didnt acknowledge me, I walked off.

It was not good, they only had all Clearance items on old dresses and prom dresses, they had no Summer dresses. But I did find some cute sandals 50% off

Crowded because of holiday shopping, but sufficient staff that the line moved fairly quickly. Jewelry dept took care of each customer in order which made for a smooth and efficient transaction.

So my boyfriend bought me a nice sterling silver anklet for my birthday. I had it for a couple months before the clasp broke off. I wasn’t worried because he had bought the “protection plan” that stated it covered that repair. So I brought it in to the jewelry department and they said it would take 3 weeks to fix. They told me it’s just a clasp and most likely should be able to fix. 3 weeks later, they call me and tell me it’s “not repairable” because it costs more to fix the anklet than what it’s worth. I understand my boyfriend got it on sale, but seriously? What’s the point of buying this protection plan if you won’t fix someone’s piece of jewelry they bought from you?And then she said I could take the “buy out” option, which means she would have to send it out for another 3 weeks and in return I would receive a voucher for the same price he bought it for to TRY and buy another for the same price. And then she said there were no anklets that are similar to the one I had, so I would have to wait for an anklet to be delivered or restocked. Seriously don’t waste your time or money on any jewelry here. You’re better off going to ANY other place. I’m quite honestly frustrated you couldn’t fix a single clasp. Now I will go to Michale’s and buy the clasp and fix it myself, when we paid for a “protection plan” specifically for this scenario. Thanks for nothing Jc Penny :)

It was cool, I got a sweatsuit that I wasnt expecting to find. I went to get a pair of Nike sweat pants, but they didnt have the right ones, I wanted Red and Black, or Red and white, but they didnt have any of them.

The employees were nice and helpful. They had smiles on there faces. The store was clean and well kept. I got a great deal on a new purse, happy!

Was returning clothes and bought full size spread/pillows and Benny the store clerk was Extremely Helpful but couldnt give me the discount without a manager and it took mpre than 30 minutes for A MGR to Finally Come to Bennys station and She Was Very RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC when I Addressed the Fact that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes and Poor Benny was so Kind and Apologetic for her Rudeness and Insincerity.....I was So Very Disappointed N JCPennys policy of 10% off when something is Damaged...but mpre Disappointed by this Mgrs Attitude 😳

This location is one of the messiest I have ever seen. They are understaffed. I went once during a sale and once in the middle of the week. Both times were a disappointment. In fact the cashier line was so long that I put my intended purchases down and walked out. Catalog only for me in the future.

Saw a Zombie with a pack-a-lips and I was scared and scarred for life! Also saw Elvis come out of a dressing room which immediately made it a depressing room😳

Used to be a nice place to shop. I went for some clothes for my son and I. Clothes all over the floor. Nothing was sorted, making it difficult to find sizes. Nothing was clearly marked. Got frustrated and left my cart there.

Ive been a loyal JCP shopper since forever! I used to love the catalog when I was a kid. I really do like this store but it is severely understaffed. The manager is a great guy! His hands are tied from corporate, not able to hire enough people. Plus it really is hard to find help. Gone are the days when kids would get an after school or summer job. Sad.

This store is always a mess. I love JCPenney merchandise but you never find what you want because the mess they have. The employees are not polite and when you ask them a question they usually are rude or dont even look at you. Few employees are polite. I wish they improve this situation.

This Slatten Ranch JCP store is a smaller model than many but the jewelry section has ample choice and I was able to find the gift I was looking for at a great price. I had shopped online with Ross Simmons, Macys and Amazon and this JCP deal was by far the best. This is not the first time I have bought fine jewelry at this store and I recommend giving it a try.

Hit or miss here. I hate that everything is so disorhanized. But, when they have sales plus coupons, you cant go wrong. Went school shopping and spent just over $100 and saved almost $250! We left with 2 dresses, 7 shirts, 6 pairs of shorts/pants, socks and undies! Great deal!

I love this store but there is one drawback and I have mentioned this to the exchange clerk in the front of the building. There needs to be some chairs for people who are old with bad backs because you stand in line to exchange items any where between 15 and 30 minutes. Its torturous!!! Please hear me!!!!

Lady employee @ the returns dept was helpful, pleasant & patient with complicated returns that we had. The store mustve been real busy before our arrival? it was messy with merchandise laying on floors throughout half store & returns area was loaded. I dont normally shop @ JCP but went with my aunt. Im still in sticker price shock as high PRICED as allot of things are there? Wow. Especially with other well known stores around. Maybe theres a HINT here on why JCP is looking to shutter some stores?

Expert Help in the perfume department! The nice ladies guided my untrained nose to a lovely fragrance for my wifes birthday.

Long line in store only one person on register when second employee came to assist with checking people out attitude of female employee was very condescending and had was very unhappy almost aggravated that she had to check people out. Waited 35 min to be checked out with only 4 people ahead of us.

This is worst store when It comes to customer service. One can try to call this store any department any time of the year, they would never answer your call. Worst of all is when an issue is brought to a store associate’s attention and asked for assistance, NO HELP.I asked for the store manager’s number and what an associate gives me.... the store number... again.... NO Answer.....

This store is hit or miss. Sometimes it is neat and clean, but more often it is a huge mess with merchandise, dirty and damaged on the floor. A mess, coupled with the standard 30-45 minute wait in line to pay, is just too aggravating. So then I go to Target or Kohl’s instead.

Nice selection of clothes, shoes and home goods at reasonable prices. They also have a Sephora inside.. a big plus!
