Of all the stores in Antioch, this one by far gets the most drinks incorrect the most often. I think its actually more often that my drink is made wrong then the amount of times I get it made correctly. Even today, I ordered another drink which was made incorrectly, ordered another and that one was also made incorrectly. Its honestly a feat of strength to be so consistently inconsistent.

Love this local Starbucks, just needs to be kept stocked better.

The chaos customers created this morning was insane! The staff did they best they could with what WE gave them to work with. They were really fast when attempting to satisfy the unhappy crowd. And the whole staff worked together great to get threw the HUGE mass of customers!

I always enjoy coming here. The baristas are always friendly and I always seem to see people happy to hang out here. Its never overcrowded but this location is always busy

Weird, the SBUX app doesnt detect or offer to let me order from the store on Lone Tree, in Brentwood, CA. But I still got credit for the purchase in the promotion. Love my cold brew over ice!

One of the better Starbucks locations for sure. Friendly employees that take the time to remember what their regulars get, plus a clean and nice location. Im so used to horrible customer service these days that it makes the good ones really stand out. Glad I moved over by this one.

Their peach tea is awesome!

We ran in to get a birthday gift card and drink for my sons friend, we were in and out. Everyone was kind, everything was clean. They were quickly working through there enormous counter, window and mobile order flow. Kudos on a job well done!!

Ice mocha

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but this location seems to always be very slow from the time the order is placed, to completed. Im comparing this location with other Starbucks locations. This has been the pattern for 5+ years. Seems to be a staffing (management) issue, not a problem with any of the staff.

I love this Starbucks! Its super convenient and everyone is so friendly. Especially the guy whos always singing and usually works the drive through. I love that dude. Shout out to you guy who sang whitney Houston to me when I was having a bad day!

Fast service and friendly

There was a very long line outside for mobile order, I walked in to ask if I could order inside. Before even being addressed an employee yelled and basically kicked us out because she was over capacity inside. She could have approached us in a nicer way, rather then yelling. Maybe have someone outside directing traffic and limiting people inside.

I used the drive thru and 2 of my drinks were wrong.

Love this little location, close to home. They, typically, make an effort to make your coffee drinks look presentable and they always taste great! Corporate, please bring back the lemon yogurt with granola.

We come to the parking lot here the first Sunday of every month for a little car show. The people working here have always been friendly and efficient and its always very busy on the Sundays when we come here.

WORST drive through experience i have EVER had. when i arrived there was no line, just one car in front of me. but the woman in front of me was getting a coffee lesson through the speaker to order. after 15 minutes of waiting to order, the lady pulled up and continued her lesson at the window. we ordered quickly to finally get out of there, but we were stopped for another 10 minutes as she tested coffees through the window. the lady helping her should have had her pull up and park so they could get through the SEVEN other cars that piled up behind us, and let her learn about coffees and taste them INSIDE out of the way. when she FINALLY left we were not greeted with a sorry for the wait. we paid and got out of there as fast as possible. never going back to that place where the employees dont know how to handle their customers.

Over priced

Could not get our order correct. From ordering to receiving.we ordered a mocha with no whip got whip, we ordered a motcha green tea received a green tea latte. I have learned over time complaining doesnt work so we took the order as we received it and I will most likely not return. As i sat waiting for our order I could see several orders were incorrect when customers got them.

Speed of service and quality of product has decreased quite a bit. The managers dont seem to care. Been coming here 3-4 times a week since this location opened.Im switching to Peets for good

I love the drinks here, but almost everytime Im here theyre out of ingredients.

They were efficient and my mango dragon fruit refresher was amazing and my reduced fat Turkey sandwich with egg whites was hot and very tasty!

Went drive thru and got the wrong drink so I went inside to get a correct one. The employee was really rude her name is Vanessa. After her co worker, a gentlemen I didn’t catch his name, told her what I wanted, she still was trying to make a point to keep talking as if I’m dumb! I thought Starbucks has a sign that’s states if we don’t like the drink to let them know! But her demeanor isn’t at all that way! She made it seem like I was taking money out her paycheck and the difference was only $1.50 which I had no problem paying, but I had a rewards drink and she failed to look at that. Don’t have the time to argue with this little girl over $1.50, but clearly she don’t fit working in a customer service position. After making my drink, with an ugly attitude, and signs of irritation, she quickly slams my drink on the counter and toss my straw next to hit! Geeesh this is just making coffee, imagine if she had a rough field of work, how will she act? Vanessa, you’re a rude and unpleasant person, please find a different field of work. Customers are not taking your money to get coffee! Horrible service.

Worst service Ive ever received. Barista made my drink wrong I asked her to make it again. I was in no way rude took my drink and threw it in the sink splashing the drink everywhere. I told her thank you after she remade my drink and told her it was perfect. Not one word from her just a drity look. Get a different job if your not happy with the one you got!😟

Good place for a Sunday pick me up

The person on charges dont know her name.. but she was very rude with me. I ordered iced caramel macchiato on driveway, it looks like all new people on training, anyway my coffee tastes like milk. When I came inside of the store. The manager on that day July 03rd.. at 4.pm. she get mad just because I asked for more frappuccino she pulled the coffee and throw in the sink she made it again in a bad mood. And the coffe wasnt good again it tastes worse than the first time. I think I will never came back to this store.

I went through the drive thru ordered a venti cloud caramel macchiato, I paid and he proceeded to hand me a grande(probably with Hopes I wouldnt notice) I said wow this is a venti? Then he says ohh wait... I wait and they hand me a venti that they had clearly just dumped from the grande cup and added ice. Smdh.... I am a starbucks card holder and this was a terrible experience. I guess I will just spend my money at Petes from now on. ✌

This place is a hit and miss when it comes to service. For example, today the employees decided to stop serving customers 30 mins before the store officially closed. They also ignored us, along with another car, in the drive thru even though it was clear they saw us, as we made eye contact. I called the store and they answered and when they realized I was the customer outside they said they were closed. So I got a hold of customer service and they confirmed the store hours on the website were correct (4 am to 11pm) and that the store was supposed to be open. Ive had some bad customer service in my life but Ive never seen employees pretend to be closed and ignore 2 customers full of cars. I dont know what kind of leadership, or lack of rather, leads employees to think that this type of behavior is excusable. At Dutch bros this type of service would absolutely never happen. They go above and beyond to create a positive and fun experience. At Starbuck employees just show up... and sometimes they cant even manage that.The coffee and other items are good at Starbucks but thats not why people spend $5 a pop. Were buying and experience and lately that experience has been a negative one. This goes for several of the locations in Contra Costa county. I dont know the answer to fixing the problem of poor service, but its obvious that there is a desperate need of leadership.

This place has to be the worst Starbucks I been to! So unorganized and long wait time. I ordered 2 ultra Carmel Frappuccino and they tasted like they just been sitting there not cold or icy how they normally come presentation was horrible no whip cream what so ever. I waited 20 min to get my drinks because I went inside because the drive thru was packed to the max. I will never go to this establishment ever again. I do not recommend coming to this Starbucks I’d rather go to McDonald’s then to ever go there again.

Now I remember why I stopped coming to Starbucks. Store was filthy, then apparently they don’t serve Blonde roast this “late in the day”...oh and no longer do any infusion tea because they are getting new ones for summer. So here’s a thought take it off the menu. And what exactly do you serve because clearly everything I ordered you don’t offer. And please tell your cashier to be a tad more interested in his customers. And the kicker my husband ordered a grande peppermint mocha, after waiting ten minutes with only two customers in the store he gets a cold peppermint frappuccino, not even close to what he ordered. The response that maybe there was a miscommunication was classic, yep there has been nothing but miscommunication with your cashier.

Walked in on April 7 at 3:45 in the afternoon. Lines both inside and in drive thru were very long. I normally wouldnt mind but did not see any staff rushing to make customers happy. A young brunette working at the register was very rude to me, and told me they did not have what I ordered. Normally they will offer you something else, but she did not. Gave me a very rude loom, did not feel welcomed at all. Staff need to work on their customer service. Will not be returning.

Customer service is always great here. And my drinks are always on point, cant say the same for many of the other Starbucks locations in Antioch.

How can you complain about Starbucks. You can use the drive thru, or walk in to the store, or use the Starbucks app. I had a London Fog Teavana Tea Latte excellent.

I always enjoy the drinks, but the staff here is always distracted! Paying more attention to each other, than to the customers! It can be very frustrating. It’s not all the staff, there are some diamonds in the rough, but it’s hit and miss.

What an experience. Placed an order for tea and a peppermint latte with no whip cream. As usual they ran out of some of the ingredients to make the tea and have to substitute certain ingredients ( its cold & flu season why are you running out of ingredients when you know this tea is a popular item this time of year) I agree to go with the substitutes. 30 minutes later I get the tea and the peppermint latte with whip cream on it. The Starbucks employee says oh I can just scoop it out the whip cream like its no big deal. No thank you! By the way the same encounter happened last year. You would think the store Manager would have learned this year that your customers drink more tea than usual this time of year.

They need to differentiate between in-store orders and mobile orders. Other than that my Caramel Macchiato was well done.

Ive never had a problem with this starbucks. They are prettty quick and make sure your order is made right. I personally like when they add the tags because it confirms it is decaf and has almond milk 😏. Otherwise I feel iffy about drinking their coffee. I dont fo well with either coffee, whole milk. Rude rude rude . First I ordered an Americano and had to go ask for my drink after them serving 10 other drinks after my order. Second, Online hours ay 11:00pm. We rudely were told they are closed at 10:32pm and stood infront of me with keys in hand waiting for us to get up and leave.

It seems this is one of the slower Starbucks. Went in on Friday morning December 29 2017, an older Caucasian women was the barista. After waiting 10 minutes for my drink, she finished making mine and only had the sleeve to put on it, but she started prepping the next drink before sleeving mine. I kindly asked her if mine was finished and she gave me the dirtiest look and unhappily handed me mine. Was that necessary? Barista...hope you have a better day and find some happiness in your career choice.

Went here Sunday 8/12 around 11 AM and had the Absolute Worst experience at a Starbucks or ANY coffee shop - Ever. Staff were, with about 2 exceptions, surly and rude. There was a small rush, however, nothing warranting the complete disrespect and negativity shown to a group of customers as a whole. After waiting over 20 minutes for our order (3 drinks and 2 food items) the barista announced about 7 or 8 different items being dropped off on the bar and zero names to go with. When asked if there were names to specify which item was whos, the employee yelled out curtly No! Just grab what you know is yours. This went about as well as you would expect, with several customers getting part of someone elses order because it matched part if their own. Even after this I needed to return to the counter FOUR times to request a croissant wed ordered 20 minutes prior. When I overheard two employees discussing loudly how they had just woke up bitchy today! I tried to lighten their mood by saying at least they woke up alive. The response I received was that ..the only good thing about it is I only have 5 days left here! They dont pay me enough to cover my rent. Add to this the discussion and arguing going on behind the counter about somebodys break time and the fact that they had already violated which was apparently very bad and upsetting. My wife and I are both nurses who understand that a job can get hectic at times, coffee should never be taken this seriously -the overall experience here that day guarantees we wont be returning for more of this attitude. Petes, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Dutch Bros., etc. Have NEVER treated us like this. Save for one employee, I believe her name was Brie(?) who was nice and courteous. I hope her example sets a better standard from here forward.

This Starbucks can be hella busy. So, expect the un expected. The drive through can be the same. Thank to order ahead idea, it can easy your busy schedule.

Very upsetting having to come at 10:38 pm when it shows it should be open untill 11:00pm. they took the car infront of us when we were entering, bt not us . we were waiting on the speaker for cuple of minutes n no body answers . I continued foward to the window, n they ignore us untill they look at us n told us it was closed . From what iknw they cnt closed before the time posted on there n website. The store can get big trouble for it even if they closed one minute before the closed time.Thnnk to the sturbucks in Brentwood they took us few min after they were closed .
