I love Big Lots! Never know what youll find! I joined their rewards program and receive discounts all time.The Antioch store is a little rough around the edges. Theres a lot of homeless people that hang out outside. One day I bought a vacuum. I kicked it to the curb because my hands were full. I walked to my car to pick it up and before I knew it one of them (had to be 18) carried it right to my car and put it in the trunk. Didnt ask for money, he just smiled! Another random act of kindness for someone who actually needed more help than I did at the time!Customer service is always good! Theres a lot of parking and theyre open till 9pm. If you want some bargains, check out Big Lots!

I love Big Lots but it has gotten expensive and lack of merchandise. I use to come in twice a week and saw so many beautiful unique things at great prices. Recently Ive been disappointed at the selection of home goods, outdoor items and the overstock of petty items

Every single time my mother and i pay there’s always something that goes wrong. whether it’s they make a discount sign for toys but at the checkout they tell us there is no discount. also the customer service isn’t even that good. like my mom is always being so kind to them and they answer with attitude and it disgusts me. if you see a sign saying there’s a discount just be careful cause there may not be one.

The choices of there furniture was amazing. I dont know they had such nice households for your bedroom, livingroom and bathroom. Staff is very nice and quick checkout.

All I can say is that if they have something you need this is a good place to shop is it Spectacular no. But they actually have furniture for middle class lower class in between class that is Affordable. Sometimes they have some odds and ends that are really at a great price. I cant complain. This is a good store to have in your neighborhood if you need odds and ends.

Store is much cleaner than it used to be. Not as much selection.

Its getting better and better now they have security guard on duty so its more safe shopping and keep the lot clean for litter the only complaint its on the bathroom if they keep on eye to keep more cleaning will be perfect

Decent quality products for great prices. A large selection of household items and outdoor things and even furniture. And the employees are always super friendly and helpful.

Very nice employees, not enough of them. Need carts, & small carry baskets. Customers would buy more if products were organized and priced. Dont like to ask clerk for prices. Need security guards for customer safety. Not so good neighborhood.

We like shopping at Big Lots, for the deals... But the area is not safe, the store has entrance is not inviting, shelves are not stocked well... One of the highlights is the assistant manager Alan, and store associate Carol are very welcoming and helpful.

Many good prices. Easy return as long as you keep your receipt and come back within 30 days. Variety of items to shop for in the store. Everything from knick knacks to beds and bedding to food. I would definitely go back.

A good sized grocery section. I like to shop here before going elsewhere for pantry items during times I really want to save money. I wish the shopping center was nicer. This one is really rundown.

I was just in there looking, they always have good deals on things I want. I seen a few things I want, a mattress set, a cute lil dining room set, etc. I didnt buy anything for the house tho, but I did walk out with all my goodies, snakes of all kind..... Love me some Biglots...

My visit was fine. With a little searching, I was able to find the item I came for. I didnt have to wait long for someone to help me with my purchase. The Antioch store associate, Randy was very courteous, helpful and kind.

The employees all seem to be friendly and dont look at me like Im going to steal everything in the store when i come through the doors.

I found it a bit expensive and the parking lot is so filthy dirty at this Antioch location.

The store makes it very convenient to find a variety of products at reasonable prices and 90% of the folks at work there are very pleasant and remember you when you come back In.

Bigger store than the one I used to go to. I love this store it has everything seasonal to daily needs. Cat litter is definitely less expensive here than Wal-Mart

On 1/15/13 My friend Carol, a senior citizen, had her wallet lifted out of her purse while shopping this store. A lady tapped on her shoulder to ask a question; As she was distracted, another Lady reached into the cart and stole her wallet out of the purse; Please watch your purses and your surroundings folks! The thieves quickly used her charge card at Macys and a gas station, and Bart, by the time she reached the sales counter and noticed it missing. It happens fast! So Beware!!

Great store, inventory, and employees wish their was better pricing.couldnt find the price for some items and different prices were on some items that were exactly the same thing.

Some good things some not

We went in looking for a trundle bed. Carol shiwed us what they had available and we left to compare prices. Their prices were much better than any we found elsewhere. We went back and found Carol running a register. Dawn was at the front of the store and helped us. Both Dawn and Carol were very infirmative and helpful. We had not been in this store for many years because it appeared dirty and was hard to shop. That is not the case now. The store is very well merchandised and very clean. Kudos to this Big Lots. We will be back.

I like this store. It’s not in the greatest area but it always looks neat and organized. The manager Randy is always friendly and very helpful.

I love big lots, I wish they would open a bigger newer one close to The Brentwood area but I love all the stuff they carry

I like the store but not the location. A lot of homeless in the parking lot.

I have shopped here on occasion, just for the heck of it most of the time, and it is always a mixed bag. At times the store looks clean and well-stocked, but at others it appears messy and out-of-order. The parking lot has been littered and very dirty with sketchy folks and goings-on in it as well, but that is the citys responsibility as far as Im concerned. Still, it does give one cause to stop and consider if its worth getting out of your car to shop (Im not one of those but I know many people who would go somewhere else). Ill continue shopping here because: 1. I can always find a good bargain; and 2. It is the only one close enough to my home to go for a quick trip.

Great price great products why is there a 99cent store next door I no the mall empty by why does the owner put them there.

Its ok some things are overpriced what I mean is you could go to Target, Walmart, Kmart and find a bigger selection for the same price or less.They dont have enough cashiers so the line for checking out is slow. Also the parking lot tends to have a lot of questionable individuals loitering around.
