The precision to detail expressed in what i had explicitly and expressly stated in my consultation was executed in the delivery of my Smith & Wesson glock. Outstanding service, Had a revolver cerakoted, took a little over a week longer thank quoted due to age of gun and having to prep properly. It turned out perfect. Rather wait a week than have a failed finish down the road due to shortcut ting the prep work. Great job guys! I was quoted one week to do a 1911 that was already stripped down and ready to go and today, 3 months later, Im picking up the gun partially done only with a base coat, uncomplete because nobody answers the phone and I never get a response from texts or voicemails. if you tell someone one week then that person is going to expect in one week . When you keep telling somebody that is going to take one week every time you have a phone call checking status and then eventually you stop answering all phone calls and text together, people get very discouraged and dont want to deal with you anymore.
