I bought a Hogue knife Friday by Sunday the pocket clip broke, went to exchange it on the next business day they were open with the receipt and they would not exchange it, told me i need to contact the manufacturer. I nevwr had this happen before i expected them to exchange it and they contact the manufacturer. If i knew this is how they the treat their customers i wouldnt have done business with them. They sold me the knife at the same price of the manufacturer so i would have been better off going direct to Hogue

The staff is very patient, will come again. While i was trying to get a new knife i wanted to handle them the staff practically pulled all of them out of the display for me to make a choice. Great staff

They answered all of my questions, but a few of the workers looked and responded as if I was bothering them. Will shop again but recommend some of the staff to learn from there mistakes.

These guys are awesome! From the staff to the owner, all were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even had solid suggestions for alternatives to what i was looking for. Great inventory and made my wifes first purchase a pleasant one. Bought a 9mm Glock 19 for the wife and Mossberg 500 shotgun for myself. Good times!
