Ive had windshields replaced by First Choice Glass. From a Freightliner, Suburban, two S-10 Blazers and many other vehicles. Ive been in the valley for 13 year. They do a great job at a fair price. My vehicles are completed sameday with no issues. I highly recommend FCG to my friends.

More than just auto glass! I just moved to the area and damaged some glass shelves to my display case and also needed some glass shelves for my french provincial cabinet. I called around and ACE hardware suggested these guys. What a great recommendation!!! Everyplace else wanted 3 times the amount of money!! So grateful to find a glass place for future needs! I wont stress next time something breaks! This place was a great find! Not that everyone should expect this, but they had my order back to me in the same day!! You cant find that anywhere!!! Fine quality glass but ABOVE average in thier customer care. Recently while trying to help out a friend we needed Windows replaced for her to stay in our travel trailer. Just when we needed a break we received it our windows promptly repaired and the cost.... Pay it forward ! I couldnt believe my ears, or the relief I felt. I just dont get it! They were super friendly on the phone and answered all my questions when scheduling an appointment to come give us a quote on whole home window repair and then they didnt even bother to show up for the appointment. Ive heard great things about this place from others that have used them but this isnt very encouraging. I called on Monday to confirm our appointment for Wednesday and was told all was good. Not sure if I want to do business with a company that doesnt show up when they say they will. Placed a call to the company and no one answered so I left a message. Ill update this review once/if I receive a call back.

I have been involved in law since 1966 and my dad was the first Independant insurance agent. He convinced companies to allow him to write what they did not want with a company that wanted the business so he could give his customers a more complete package of protection. The guy who wanted First Choice Glass to get a claim number was and is WAY off. ONLY the property or vehicle owner can do that UNLESS the company has a Power of Attorney on file for the person who wants to do it and FROM the one it is to be done for. I have used these guys from opening years ago till this day. THEY ARE GREAT!

Worst service Ive had in a long time. This company is all about great service until you pay. After that you can expect to get whatever you purchased whenever they feel like getting to it. I took my living room table here to get the glass insert replaced. They said because it was a bevel cut they would have to send off for it and guaranteed it would be completed in 5 days. Two weeks later and no call. So I contact them and the front desk guy gives me some story about the glass cutter getting injured and that it would be there at the beginning of the week. So the next Wednesday comes around. No call. So I call again. Oh, were sorry, it will be done by Friday. So Friday comes and goes. I call the following Monday. Guy tells me it will absolutely be done by the end of the week. So I call Thursday. ..... guy says its still not in, but will be here definitly by the beginning of the week. So I call back Tuesday. They say it will be done by Friday. .....so I call Friday morning and. ... Holy Crap! The guy says it came in and it will be ready for pick up by the end of the day and he would call me. 4 pm comes around and guess what? No call. So I call. ....again. this time its a lady who garuantees me it will be ready the following day by 9 am.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI still dont have my table back and its been a month!

Hands down the worst company to work with. I waited over a week for an appointment that they confirmed the day before and they never made it, while making take a day off of work to wait for them. I would highly NOT reccomendation this place. Thank you

Go in, ask for a quote he offers a ballpark estimate. just let the tech look at it The bill will appear . it will be more. They are scammers. The tech says this chip has already been done. So we will dig out the old a little and charge you for a repair that wasnt needed, it also was no better than before.Stay away you will get screwed.

Had a chip repaired on Tuesday, by Thursday it had run a 6” crack in the windshield. Went back and was told no guarantees and no refund.

Had some problems with the installation, yet Tom and the guys did follow thru replaced the glass and did a great job, Thank you First Choice Glass
