If you want to be talked down to and misled go to Elijah and Porter. Both of them treated me with some of the worst customer service in my life. I was ridiculed for not knowing my pin and not knowing how to put in a SIM card. Oh and the SIM card they put it wasn’t active until midnight which he failed to tell us. The old one? They kept it and supposedly put it in a shredder. I found this out after I came back to their store a 2nd time.Again, these guys were rude and disrespectful. They were condescending in tone. It wasn’t just me, it was other customers too. I hope someone who can make a difference sees this. As someone who has been in customer service for years, I was disgusted.
Zero star service.Very unproductive and demeaning. I waited ten minutes, while an employee helped a single person, a couple Hispanics arrived and the clerk was still only helping the same Caucasian customer, at 12 minutes. At 13 minutes another Caucasian customer arrived. Only then did the clerk open an office door, to inform other employees that he wanted help, assisting waiting customers. I went in to ask basic questions about switching networks. An associate by the name of Sean assisted me, I say in quotations because lack thereof is more appropriate. He was beyond short not only to me but to his coworkers. He had no problem talking down to them in front of me and other customers there. He is quite literally the reason why I will never be switching to TMobile. I was shocked that he was able to behave this way and not be asked to take a break or walk it off. He should not in any customer facing interactions at all. Baaaaad attitude and behavior.
I had a issue with my moms flip phone Angel helped me she was so helpful she listened to my needs was caring and extremely efficient in handling my issues I would definitely come back here and reccomend this office to my friends

Only one person working when I went to pick up my phone replacement. Not even told that the phone was at a different store until I had sit there for 15 minutes.

We finally decided to change our service from Sprint to T-Mobile since it seems our bill will be far less, and our leases finally ended. T-Mobile also doesnt do crazy leases like Sprint does, where you still owe on your phone after you end your lease. Crazy! Anyway our visit was very pleasant we had Ismael as our sales rep. He was awesome and honest about the phones. Unfortunately we accidentally entered a wrong social security number when setting up the account and about an hour later a customer service rep cancelled our whole account. We ended up going back to the store and Carlos the store manager and Ismael spent a huge amount of time helping us get the issue fixed. All-in-all they probably helped us for 4 hours and got our account fixed and all is good to go! To say they went above and beyond as customer service reps is not even enough! Today you dont find this type of customer service anywhere.They stayed late to get this problem fixed for us, and for that we are truly thankful. Please go see them and they wont steer you wrong. Thanks again gentlemen!
No solutions, just advised to keep going to every location until I get the phone I wanted. Seriously? If you dont have the phone dont display the phone. Maybe offer something comparable that is in stock? Maybe have a way to pull up stock at other locations so all can be done here and then go pick up?
The clerks in that store go out of there way to help you. I think the store is outstanding.
Tmobile representative named Angel was rude and talking loud because another member made a mistake on my phone, they couldn’t find the correct screen, she wanted me to leave with my phone without screen, finally the other member find one in the back of the store but this lady need to be more professional and try to find a solutions
I love my T mobile store, Juan has worked with me several times now. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable.
We went in today to see about upgrading our phones and the guy that helped us couldnt answer any questions about any of the phones. So how am I supposed to spend $300 for new phones if nobody knows how to help. 2 other people in there didnt bother to help either. We were the only customers in there. So I will just go home log in to the website and go directly to T-Mobile.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Akasha is awesome! She worked with us patiently for 2 hours, comparing all of our options while we made the decision to switch. Lots of data for much less than Verizon and coverage seems to have improved over past 3 years. It was a little challenging to get into the parking lot the first time with a long bed truck, but doable. Great experience overall.

Stopped in at this location on a few occasions. Making a payment in store has been quick with short wait time if any at all. Staff has always been professional and courteous. No issues with them having in stock latest mobile phones or accessories. Informative on account questions. Great place to stop and pick up your T-Mobile Tuesday freebies!

Alan Medina the Assistant Manager of the store took care of me, I only go to him. Very knowledgable and provides the best customer service! Quality Service like no other store! He will go above and beyond to make sure whatever you need gets taken care of. Good quality is hard to find so I suggest a big bonus! You guys want to keep this guy
I lost my S8 Active on the side of the road and 3 days later an employee from this facility found me on one of my social media accounts asking if I lost my phone. I replied that I did and drove to this store the following morning to pick it up. Diana and her team made a tremendous effort trying to find out who my phone belonged too and how to get a hold of me. Which isnt easy considering all my accounts are private. They used their resources that they knew that they could use to their advantage to get a hold of me and Im extremely greatful for their effort and team work.
Amazing service! They are very knowledgeable about the phones they have in store. The new store manager Julio always has a solution for every issue I have. All the reps have been helpful in any way they could be.

I love the guys who work at this T-Mobile location. They are the reason we are still with T-Mobile.We have been to other T-mobile stores where you can ask every employee the same question and never get the same answer but that has never happened at this store. These guys know what they are doing and all of them are very helpful, respectful, and friendly. Most of all they have gone out of their way to make us happy. They ROCK!!Being a business owner myself, I know the value of good employees and can say, T-Mobile is lucky to have these guys.

Rip Off.Cant trust anyone to do their job. Went in with my girlfriend to change her to prepaid. Because TMobile was already ripping her off on her monthly bill.We clearly stated to the woman that we want to change to prepaid. They charged us for a $40 prepaid card and switched the SIM. The employee never bothered to test for service. We step out to the parking lot to check. The phone call immediately went to TMobile Corporate customer service, whom explained to us they had no record of the change and no idea what Value Prepaid they charged us for is. Had to pay another month of over priced service. We will be getting the prepaid refunded and changing carriers.
If I could give this store negative 10 stars. I would! My frustration tolerance was negatively impacted after the experience at this store. They had 7 employees there and 6 employees were helping 2 other customers and another employee was helping somebody else. Its not clear why it takes 3 employees to help one customer. This process is very confusing. It seems the employees at this location are helpful only if you are buying something new, so they can get their commission. Otherwise, they are dismissive, disrespectful, and not helpful at all with other issues that may be going on with your phone or tablet. Furthermore, one particular employee, Izzy outright lied to my face before he dismissively walked away when I was talking to him. I have been a t-mobile customer for 18 years; never have I been treated so poorly. Do yourself a favor - do not do business at this location. My family and I may be taking our business to a different carrier as a result of this negative experience. The service was so POOR!!!!!

The staff here was fantastic. No bullshit. Friendly. They were busy at the time but made sure to help us out. Everything ended up being a lot cheaper than expected which is unheard of at phone stores.

I went to this store wanting to upgrade my phone and I had a particular phone in mind at the time. The store seemed to be very busy for a Sunday. But I was still greeted with a smile by a young man by the name of Juan. Having to wait gave me some time to look at all the phones. I would say my wait was no longer than 20 min. I found Juan to be very professional and pleasant. He was very helpful and informative as i asked his opinion on the phones. He not only changed my mind but he also showed me some cool features on the phone I choise...Thanks Juan you rock i am very happy with my purchase and very glad i asked for your opinion. Jacob went above and beyond to correct a long term issue. Issue resolved and I left feeling appreciated! Bottom line he cared for me the customer and would not let me leave until it was fixed. Not just fixed but better than I could have imagined! Excelent follow through and he heard my complaint and really showed compassion for me.

They dont help with anything other than taking your money. If you have a problem they will tell you they cant help you and to call 611. If they have to actually work then its too much. Just call 611. T mobile stores are useless now. You can do everything online and over the phone. Whats the point of having stores if your services to your customers is so limited that it is borderline useless. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and have 5 lines. Great way to treat loyal customers. What a waste of time going into the store.
I have been to multiple T-Mobiles such as Signal butte and baseline, Val Vista, along with both stores within the mall, power and Broadway...... honestly the Apache Junction store had been the best by far when I go for help to work my mobile device they are very helpful and im always hearing customers speaking highly of them. Great family environment and I will always come to this store. They staff is amazing, Gil, Georgie, Jimmy, along with Juan. Theyre all fantastic.

I was immediately greeted by a staff member named Georgie. I am not an avid cell phone user but she made sure to take the extra time to explain all of my options and gave me advice about the phone she felt would be the best phone for my needs.
If i could rate this at no stars i would. Staff does not know what they are doing and store manager lets them treat customers like poop apparently. Wonder if all the 5 star reveiws went into same store

Let me just say,I now understand the word and meaning of PostalI wish I could give this store negative stars!!I have been a customer of T-mobile for years and have a family plan and have bought all new devices and upgrade every year,in a nutshellI PAY TOO MUCH TO BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS TREATEDThe employees that are responsible for this review are named Akaisha the TrollMy brother bought me a SIM card cuz the one that came with phone I received for Xmas was clearly old and acting up,but there was no notes or proof of it in there PC.he lives in Tucson.I was just supposed to go down and pick up a new SIM and be done.So instead of calling the Tucson store and DOING HER JOB,she opted for rudeness.going on and on that there wasnt anything wrong with the phone and she wasnt just going to give out her inventory.so she just opened and closed the SIM card tray and said thats it,its working just fine,blah,blah,blah.I said screw it and was leaving then I noticed now my phone was messing up besides the service.When I turned the phone to the side to message the screen would go black,then I straighten it out and the screen lite back up,and so on.so when I showed the rude lol troll she said she doesnt see anything.i couldnt believe it.she was basically telling me Im hallucinating!!while they laughed at me like I was some idiot that didnt know how to use a phone and this was normal.i asked for someone in charge and of course she said that she was in charge.I left there humiliated and upset wanting to come back with weapons and ideals to burn the lil troll at the stake for her bullying and total disregard for the customer!but I settled for this,a bad review,and some anger release.if you know whats good for ya,and you want to save yourself some humiliation,go to metro pcs.
The Apache Trail store was zero help. Just wanted to send me to 611 and tech support or sell me an $800 phone. Never again will I go here. They almost lost a substantial 5 line account.
This location has horrible customer service. They say hi when you walk in but no eye contact. They are too involved in their own phone or tablet to help solve your issues. I will never go to this store again.

A few months back I walked in with an older generation smart phone that was having a few different issues that I wanted to get resolved. I was also the only customer in the store at the time, while I was explaining to the representative what my issues with the phone were, I heard whispering and giggling to my side - I turned to look at two reps who were looking at me whispering to one another with their hands covering their mouths. As soon as I turned forward one of them burst out with short loud laughter, the sales rep also smirked as did another sales rep standing next to him.At this point I asked them, point blank Is there a problem or am I the butt-end of a joke? Two of the four sales reps turned beet-red and did not say a word. The sales rep that I had been talking to stopped talking and wouldnt say a word. The manager on duty went and hid in the back of the store.I stared the rep dead in the eye and told him to give me my phone. He handed me the phone and I stared him in the eye until he uncomfortably looked away, this to ensure that my unspoken message was coming in crystal clear.I will never set foot in that store again.

Not really sure how this store has so many stars. Gone in here a few times and have always gotten a bad experience. This time was the worst. I needed to jump my phone to a new one. The employee told me he was unable to do it in store because of bad wifi. A t-mobile store with bad wifi? Eventually he admitted that he just didnt know how to even do it and that Id have to try and go home and do it myself. Also broke my phone case while trying to take it off my phone.
