I decided to shop around and leave Metro. I hated the new phone and carrier so when I went back to Metro tail between legs, they worked with me to lesson the blow. The owner and mngr both stepped up voluntarily to help me out. The cell industry is super shady but this family owned/operated business isnt! Highly recommend

My husband and I went in to the Apache Trail location this evening to get information about switching to Metro from another carrier. We were met with a warm welcome and Darlene came around from the corner to see how she could help us. She was knowledgeable and if she didnt know the answer, she found it out for us. She was patient with carry overs from AT&T and provided information to help us navigate our new phones. Darlene and Jorge both made this switch over seamless and fun. Thank you both!! We know we made the right decision to switch. We will be telling family and friends that this is the place to go!

I went to find out why my tablet is not working. Come to find out that they are merging and updating towers. When tower update finish then my tablet will be back online.

The first time we went in, the guys behind the counter were friendly and seemed to want to help. But, as I found out when I needed assistance with a handset replacement issue, the friendly attitude goes out the window when theres no commission to be made. I stopped by twice looking for a little help with my problem, and both times I was shooed out of the store. I was told that they only offer assistance for a price, and that most people call customer service and do it themselves.. Nice way to treat a customer.

Very nice and friendly people . They are so much better then cricket. They know so much more about what they sell.then cricket could imagine. I suggest if you have cricket switch to CPS and you will have not even half the problems. I dont use CPS anymore but if I had to go back I would because they are very good at what they do.

I initially went in to get a new iPhone with more storage. I had expressed I had a SpaceGray iPhone 6 - 16GB and I just wanted to get the same phone with more storage.They had a rose gold iPhone 6s - 32 GB on sale if you switched to metropcs... well I’ve been a customer for over 3 years so Will told me I could not use the sale but there is the option of a refurbished phone. I agreed to purchase one because they were cheaper ($190). I understood there was only a 60 day warranty on the refurbished phone. What I don’t understand is how I got a rose gold iPhone that is 16 GB?! Unfortunately on my part I did not check to make sure I was getting the phone with the storage I wanted. What makes it even worse is I did not notice until my phone notified me its storage was full after 2 months of having it after my warranty expired. And after confronting Will (THE MANAGER) about the situation I received no apology and got laughed at for asking if the value of my phone was still the same when I purchased it. Really stoked to have just bought the same iPhone I already had just in a different color. Thanks for taking my money. I will spend it elsewhere next time and make sure I’m actually getting what I asked for since I STILL NEED A IPHONE WITH MORE STORAGE. I hope you heard me that time. I was ready to leave Metro before having gone to this store, but after this situation I am more than positive my business will be taken better care of elsewhere.

Will is the most azing owner, but some customer service reps were ride and took tjier time to help me, which kind of sucked. Ill only go there if will is there.

This Metro store is by far the most professional and knowledgeable in the east valley. Ive visited other locations near this one, and let me tell you how low they stoop to bring this specific store down. If you dont buy from their store and they happened to know you bought from these guys -they will guilt trip you for not buying from them and misinform you, if you ask their manager -Im positive its considered unprofessional to any corp. I work in IT and I can relate to these guys compare to those that just know how to process a payment and activate a phone(order takers) Ive seen this staff take care of their regulars and new customers properly, yet some regulars I have seen try to take advantage of the new staff because the owner is not present which is a scum move to me in any business -as a paying customer this establishment is a business -not a charity. Ive also seen them kick out people for cursing obnoxiously and throwing a tantrum towards reps -since these customers do not comprehend how devices operate, accessories and billing inquiries.. again these customers approach are not friendly along the petty lies they come up with to get something. These guys are really here to help you and your wireless needs, they actually ask questions and give recommendations along with offering the promotions we sometimes dont know or miss on.

Been in this store twice in this month to switch and to get a line added to my plan 1st time was great store owner was there and the manager and they made my experience great but the passed Sunday sep.22nd went in again for the extra line but the teens one name was Ulises the chick I did not get but that were there were rude to me and to 3 other costumers too both were high on weed the way I cud tell that they were was because both smelled like it wen they walked out from their office I asked for other products for my phone but both kept ignoring me both kept cussing in front of us as costumers which that to me talks poorly of the costumer service Im very disappointed

My sisters birthday got a phone from here and that was a big mistake, not only did we wait two hours the phone, she got was a piece of junk and she was simply told that within 7 days she was able to return the phone. She decided she didnt want the phone and bought another one. Not only was she given the wrong receipt, the person who sold her the phone didnt tell her that she was not supposed to use an hours worth of minutes this would void the contract meaning you cannot return it. So now she stuck with the phone. they claim that they explain this to her as its on your receipt that she never received.. instead of giving good customer service these vultures are all about t the commission .Metro PCS sucks anyways, you guys need to learn how to explain better to customers about your return policy and stop cutting corners. I know you only make $9 an hour but seriously get it together and strive to become an actual business otherwise youre going to be at the bottom of the barrel

I have had the WORST experience out of this store since Swell took it over. He is the rudest man ever. I have never cursed, raised my voice NOTHING. Yet he has tossed me out of the store TWICE and told me to NEVER come back. Well that has been my store for three years!!! I love my Metro PCS, but SWELL has to GO! We need FRIENDLY not rude, crude unacceptable behaviors from public servants!! Especially on COMPANY time. Shame on him!!

There are 3 stores on this same street and this store is by far the best store. I have been coming here for 4 years. Today I went in and a rude racist older lady walked in and wanted to make half of a payment on a suspended account. The gentleman over the counter nicely told her that the system would not take half of her payment and that the account needed to be paid in full. She started mouthing off and got kicke out. Lady if you cant afford an $80 bill(for two lines). Do NOT BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL ISSUES! I witnessed this whole incident and these guys made the right choice. I will continue dealing with these guys as they always know how to solve problems.

Worst store ever the way you treated my daughter who is 16 is so bad it is her birthday ypu sold me a phone that was broke didnt know right away because it was a gift. 2 days we had the phone. The manager made her feel so bad shame on you. I am going to find out who you are because you would not give a name to her or her grandma. I will let everyone know about how you treat people.

This metro pcs is not great and if I didnt have to pay cash on my bill I never would have gone in. It was quiet when I went in with one employee helping one customer. Employee said be right with you. I had no problem with this. I started looking around and another customer came in as he was finishing. He ended up helping her instead of me. When I said so he acted like I was the problem. After I began getting mad as I just wanted to pay my bill he decto cooperate. I gave this place the stars for a clean place.

Ive been happy with the service ever since I switched, and so far I recommend MetroPCS to my friends. You might want to try another location though if fees concern you. STAY AWAY YOU GET BETTER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND ELSE WHERE. They get 1 star because I cant give 0. This place is horrible and so is there customers services. Went in today with my mother so she could get a phone. She chose metro pcs because of their ad on rv that says unlimited data Text and talk for $30 period. What a crock...for 30 you get text Talk and 1gb of data. When I pointed out to the sales guy that what the sign states is false advertisement he chased us out of the store yelling at us as we crossed the parking lot to our car. Now the false dvertising I can deal with just dont shop there but for the sales guy to follow us out to the parking lot yelling at us. Please you need better employees or teach the ones you have better customer service. I would rather pay Verizon 300 a month for the rest of my life than give metro pcs any of my business.
