There is no tire business that can possibly take 2 solid hours to patch a tire! It took 30 minutes to get my vehicle into the bay which is no problem since there was one person in front of me. But 1 1/2 hours to patch a tire and watching 3 other employees stand around and watch a female patch and glue and glue and glue this patch then glue for 15 more minutes. Then over 20 min to balance the tire. This should be a quick easy fix being you charge 15.00 for this service. As I see it you lost at least 67.50 because of your employees lack of knowledge or lack of supervision none the less something should be done as this was the worst experience I have ever had with a place that claims to sell and service auto care.This can NOT be directed as a Covid excuse, there were plenty of employees and our vehicle was the only one there.Dont get me wrong, I appreciate that someone was able to fix my tire but if they were to help each other to get their customer back on the road and not look so pathetic.No Excuse!

Only one cashier for the entire storeHad to go through the self checkout and bag my groceries. Dont want to work there want to be waited on by a real person. Maybe they should offer a large discount for those who have to use the self checkout!

Well I have to say this was one of my better Walmart shopping experiences. The store was not crowded, they had a great selection of things to choose from, the store was clean and well organized. I had no problem locating the items I wanted.....and, get this...the people were so friendly! It was like a breath of fresh air! I will definitely be going back to this location to do my shopping in the future.

If I could pick a half star I would. This store discriminates against age. They dont check receipts of older people. It takes over a month in a half for any response from the Manager. That is after getting the round around from the Ethic Department that is rude. Then to make it worst is the Assistant Manager lies saying he been try to reach you. I wouldnt not recommend this store to anyone. If you are going to check receipts you need check every signal person that walks out the door. Not just checking young people like this store does. Dont go here!!!

What can I say, Walmart is Walmart. I prefer shopping this location because parking is better. The Pharmacy is faster, and always had pleasant employees with the exception of the one working the ladies fitting room. She is not friendly, I come to believe it is just her overall demeanor.

Bakery is great. The lady who makes the cakes is outstanding. We had a custom cake made and it was the neatest thing you ever seen. Lost the pictures unfortunately.

100% Self checkout and it is a nightmare. Ive stopped shopping at any store if they dont have a checkout person / line. Peace out Walmart . . . Its been a good ride. When I get off work the last thing Im going to do is come work for you for free. Consider this review my permanent resignation from ever spending a dollar in your stores again.

We were there about 9 pm and it was really empty it was awesome. This store is always clean and well stocked. Employees prompt and on point. Good location.

They just seem to be getting worse and worse now that they have a monopoly. Everything from having to cash yourself out which puts people out of jobs. Always out of stock on many of the items we try to purchase. Air conditioning is never up to what it should be. They are billionaires for crying out loud. I guess nothing is ever enough. Even tried the online curbside pickup and that was disastrous as well. Definitely looking for other options for shopping.

This Walmart didnt have the lawn edging we were looking for but did find the self watering planters I needed.

The store was clean and well stocked. The downside is they didnt have a single register open, only self checkouts, which isnt bad in itself until it keeps telling you it cant find the item and the employee keeps having to come over again and again. Or when looking up fresh fruits/veggies and it takes quite a while for it to even search for the code you put in.

I almost feel like being asked to leave a review is like trying to answer a trick question. What can I possibly say about a store that has a monopoly on half its goods, put people out of work by having self checkout and has to subsidize half its work force.Its Walmart, they may have what you need at a cheaper price but is it worth it?

Extremely rude cashier Debbie, had my finance crying when she got home. Store manager blew us off about our complaint, refused to call us back to give us an update, like they promised....the place is a bad joke !!! This is our opinion, and our experience.

Finally there was a cashier i didnt have to ring up my own grocer y s didnt know I was actually working for them, plus Im handicapped . Not friendly. Probably been on her feet too long. One nail polish got lost in the process

A very pleasant staff member helped us return a product we had previously purchased that wasnt right for our needs. We also easily found what we needed in the health and beauty section at good prices. But I didnt like the self checkouts.

The normal walmart. Huge parking lot. The store is set up just a little different but able to find thing.

What can I say... its a Walmart Supercenter. Packed with stuff and people. Very few actual checkout lanes open. Not very friendly greeters. They no longer even GREET you. The personal shoppers get in the way and are very rude. The stockers no longer stock at night, so theyre always in the way too. We did encounter two very helpful general merchandise clerks that helped us with a question about a bicycle price, so there are some good workers there.

All employees were super friendly. The lady in garden section was great in knowing the plant I bought. Explained every question I ask.

Middle of the day, middle of the week. Bakery closed and guess we dont need meat for dinner. The management team at Claypool Walmart need to be fired! Taking my business to Frys were at least they keep the shelves full during the day

Probably one of the least friendly Walmart locations that Ive visited and Ive lived in several states. Stock is always on point, the prices are decent, but they just seem to lack personality. The parking lot is huge! No problem ever finding a spot as long as you dont mind walking a ways. The other half of the lot is usually empty and filled with, what I assume to be, people sleeping in their cars.

Not crazy about self check out. But i must say Wal-mart is my store. Cant fine someone to help me if i do need help, but they have what i need when i need it. Very thankful for that.

Good cant complain, nothing bad happened, so nice and smooth experience. I have always liked WALMART and do most my shopping there. sometimes you run into rude and crazy customers but WALMART is not to blame for who shops there .

They had what I needed for a reasonable price and check out is a breeze with self check good all around place to shop.

Customer service at the apache Junction store is beyond abhorrence, its non existent, literally! They not only replaced all the point of purchase terminals with self check out registers, they made them all credit card only, leaving one terminal with a cashier fire all cash purchases, creating a mob line of angry hostile customers, which nobody from Walmart ranks gave a dam about as one after another people were throwing Thier potential purchases on displays, clothes racks, the floor etc. Milk, meat, ice cream all just dumped and becoming unsellable, now thats a brilliant buss. Model, cut labor cost in cashier fDept. Increase cost in stockers and custodial, while simultaneously increasing product waste and cost of sales, as well as alienating your customer base. Brilliant!

Ive been shopping at this Walmart for like 10 years, and Im okay with showing my receipt at the door. But, a month or so ago, one of the new younger guys working the store tried to stop me so he could search my backpack. I dont leave my backpack in my car, because I work as a delivery driver, and it carries all my important medication and items for my health conditions around with me while I work. I dont steal, I always pay for what I get, and the dude has no right to try and search my stuff. Next time ill call the cops myself for trying to stop me and search my personal property. Ill just shop at frys from now on.

Nice store but I had to use self checkout which sucks cuz Im slow and was in a hurry. An employee confided that it is difficult getting people who actually want to work. Thank heaven it wasnt busy as somebody would surely have had an issue with how slow I was. Of course now I understand why on a Friday afternoon I got a primo parking spot and there was hardly anyone in there.

Just like every other Walmart Ive been to. Looks the same, same setup, colors, blah. Pretty clever though. They fired thier cashiers and now we have to be our own cashier. Thats what an employee is for. To ring up what I am buying. If I have to be my own cashier, I should get a wage for services rendered. At least a discount, pack of gum or something. Im not to impressed with all that. I want my blue vest!!!

Went to the Money Center to buy a money order. I was very happy that my $800 money order was only a dollar. I didnt have to wait in line or anything so I was in and out within 5 minutes which doesnt seem to ever happen, but it did this time.

Love super Walmarts. The one nearest to us in Miami, Arizona is so dinky. Love having a large selection to choose from when shopping.

Pharmacy is always courteous, lines when any move very quickly, Pharmacists are very kind when answering drug related questions, staff always willing to look up upcoming refills, etc. Very cooperative when transferring prescriptions to other states when I am travelingl.

The Walmart in Apache Junction AZ always has a nasty smell like a group of people that dont bathe. Most of the time they never have what I need in stock. I like the Walmart on Signal Butte in Mesa.

Typical Walmart. Always moving sh/t around. Only 3 people working on the floor at most times.Sometimes they have what you need, but not always exactly what you wanted.Some stuff is always well stocked, but not all.Dont even bother coming here during snowbird season. The store is either packed, or they done have stuff in stock.. you would think that with the influx of people for @ 5 months of the year that this and other Walmarts near by, would stock up on stuff before and during the season.But nope. They still almost never have what you need unless you get there at open.

Refused to cash my payroll check because my former company hand wrote it employee was absolutely rude about it to treated me like I was stupid and shouldve known. Out of spite Ill never get a check here again

Went to Auto Motive department for a oil change on 4/17/2021, had no issue with the oil change. Just ALL THE ASSOCIATES IN THAT DEPARTMENT. I have had a couple of issues with my vehicle starting, and on this day I heard the associates in the bay start my car a couple of times with no problem, so when my car was done they pulled out if the bay and I payed for the service. So maybe 10 minutes that my car sat. When I get in her to go home, bet you can guess what happened, YEP SHE WOULDNT START. Mind you know its 2 p.m, I went inside and told them and all the yellow vest said was oh, well . I sat in my car for 2 hrs AND NOT ONE ASSOCIATE CAME OUT OR EVEN ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP, thats with the hood up and my jumper cables on my side mirror. What the HELL HAPPENED TO CUSTOMERS FIRST??????

There were none cashiers the check me out!!!! I dont go shopping to wait on myself!!! Walmart has gotten ridiculous with the self checkouts. Whatever happened to customer service? I asked a clerk in the self checkout to help me and nice I am disabled, and she said she wasnt allowed to so I left my completely full shopping cart there and left.

Once again, another HIT AND RUN in the parking lot here. Apparently this happens quite a bit at this Walmart in AJ. My wife parked way away from everyone and after coming out of this store, her brand new car was smashed in. A low life person did not even have the audacity to leave a number or report what they did. Karma will come to those that have no integrity.

Almost all is YOU scan and go. Will only have a cashier check me out. This store is better stocked then many of the larger stores but still out of stock of many items. Parking is always a nightmare here, it is a very busy store. It is also not one of the friendliest employee stores. Very rarely is there an offer of help and definitely not with a smile.

Its an average WalMart and the prices arent that good; no real savings.The comments about having nice cashiers are obsolete because there arent any. This store eliminated the cashier jobs and have self checkout stations instead of people.We now do our big weekly shopping at Frys because Im done with the self checkout hassle. There isnt a noticable price difference, but the produce and meats at Frys are much better!

Not a single cashier -- only self checkout. The single employee in there will help you but she also has to help the other 10 or so customers. The only reason I went there is because they carry an item I needed and couldnt find in another store.

What do you expect its AJ walmart. Today was the last time, Ill ever step foot in that store.

The Apache Junction Walmart is the only one I shop at anymore. I have never had a bad experience with anyone who works there. I am not afraid to ask for help or ask if they have anything in stock. The Walmart in Claypool, where I live, is the worse one anywhere. I had to call for assistance 3 times in a 20 minute time frame. Still no one came to help. I walked out and called the store manager. So Claypool Walmart does not exist in my home town. I drive 1 and a half hours to Apache Junction Walmart to get what I need.

Service was very very slow at the electronics department. Not the clerks fault she was doing her best to help the costumers. She needed some help but no help came.Hope next time Im there she wont be by her self.

I have no problems getting in and out most times. I would say however, it seems to me that if the management was really concerned about the current pandemic then they would have more employees on cash registers doing checkout to avoid a clogg of customers waiting in line. I think it makes more sense to have more customers being checked out than waiting. Other than the lines the store is always clean and well stocked.

One thing I despise is the order pickers for the online people...Walmart needs to only have those annoying, un-courteous employees pick orders between 9 pm and 8 am. Same with the vendors who restock shelves that plug up all the isles. What a pain. Dont even what to shop there with all these operational obstructions.
