HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very clean and sanitary during this lovely pandemic. The ladies in there are very sweet, the tech shanya (probably butchered her name) was such a sweetheart and helped answer my questions as I asked them.The doctor very informative also answered any question I had! The optometrist who helped me pick my glasses out was very knowledgeable on today’s trends and was honest on how glasses looked and fit my face, I believe her name was Mary. Very professional, clean, and friendly office! I Will be coming back and recommending this office to anyone who asks!

The staff here is great. Im new to the area and needed my glasses repaired. They were quick to help even though I didnt purchase them there. No questions asked, and no sales pitch. I will definitely make my next exam with them.

Let me tell you all the great experience I had at this Nationwide. I do not have insurance and I knew it would get pricey purchasing contacts and glasses. The staff was amazing! They took me in right away and made the process quick and easy. Mary was the best and she helped me in every way possible. She went over and beyond for me and it showed that she cared. Awesome customer service! I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Taking the whole family there went through everybody’s really really nice I sent my daughter to get glasses and it was just simple as anything very nice right by me too and I can just walk through drive there so cool and somebody you trust

There is only one nice front desk lady, Kelly. I have three children who go here. I was told one of my childs glasses would be ready within a week. Its now been over 2 weeks and when I called, Tonya who always seems to have a bad attitude told me no, theyre not ready and we will call you when they are in a rude tone, as if I was bugging her. Highly frustrating when your told one thing and it never happends. Still waiting on the glasses...

Went to this nationwide vision just off of Idaho Road in Apache Junction. I picked this location off the ratings it had compared to others in the area. This location did not disappoint, the staff here is very courteous, and helpful, from the time I entered this establishment. The person who helped me pick out frames, a big shout out to you, sorry I do not remember your name, but you helped me immensely. So if your looking for glasses give this establishment a try.

The Dr. was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She helped me select frames that fit good and looked good. Offered options for different lens. I bought sunglasses for my second pair. Great place, wonderful people.

Great job! Short wait times, cordial and competent staff and glasses are great; both distance and readers. They even volunteered to overhaul my old frame so I have a decent set of spare eyes..no charge!

I purchased a pair of glasses from this store and when I received them, the Trifocals lines did not not match my eyes and the one lens was loose and falling out. Kelly, the manager took care of all my concerns and restored my faith in big business. Thank you Kelly

We LOVED the front office staff and the Doctor! The only issue I had was with the Optometric technician. She was trying to rush my children out of the exam room saying, “she had other people to help”, when there was an empty office. She was very unaware of how to help my children to understand how to read the paper. Once I showed my child how she can understand the board better we were able to finish. I have never had issues with any other technician when dealing with a child so I was extremely disappointed with how she treated my family.

The people I worked with did a great job. Kelly was most helpful in finding the correct frames etc.

This was my first eye exam ever! They made sure I knew what was going on with the tests, and I had all my 1000 questions answered. Spent about what I thought I would but the customer service was awesome. Thanks guys!

They were very helpful took my daughter to a different nation wide vision and they did not help us pic out glasses or explain why she really needed them took her here for a second opinion and they helped us with everything the staff is friendly and very helpful will be using this one every time we need to have our eyes checked
