For most part, its reasonable. Get most things u need there. I like it very much and I am glad to b a senior citizen.

The lines werent long and the store was pretty clean overall it was a pretty good experience parking lot wasnt crowded and the cashier even made my day will definitely come back.

I always find something I cant live without. Thursdays are $1 day, so the color tag of the week is just one dollar!

Some of the staff arent very lively- others are great, though! But I still really enjoy shopping here! Its always fun & with a nice, clean, & welcoming store!

Ive been going to the Apache Junction store since they opened and would 100 xs over shop here rather than the mesa store. Pet friendly as well..ask Loki. He loves everyone there and all have been very helpful and friendly..always .

I have always loved Goodwill or thrift stores since discovering them in the 90s...Ive found a Donna Karen Cashmere Pantsuit, gorgeous 😍 still had tags from the store ($800) priced @ $79, love to buy nice brands of jeans @ WAY less price...check zippers, pockets, seams before purchase & wash them before wear 😱...Ive saved more than $3k on clothes in 5 yrs & manage to look very nice...just be picky.

An inexpensive place to shop that has a different variety of products every day. And yes Goodwill does give back to the community.

Great place to shop if you are looking for &have the time to do searching thru clothes! Very neat & orderly but SOOOO MANY! I did score on a light jacket tho! Yayyy

Very clean and organized store, except for in the back. Stuff is all over the place, but its not hard to look through. There really is NO way to organize the glass, pots, etc. Books are all nicely put up, and I appreciate that!

Great place for all around shopping. Everyday they have new items so you never know what youre going to see. Prices are great and if you use their colored tag system you can find some super deals. Most of the items are in great shape and you will pay a fraction of what you would at a big-box department store.

This place has a lot of stuff! Plan on spending some time there if you want to find the best deals. The prices are great but a lot of the items (bras, shoes, etc) are not sorted by size. Overall a good experience.

Loved the inventory, the prices and the sales! Was there like 6 hours...

The yarn prices were over the top ridiculous. Double any other store Ive gone too and bring an Uber Driver Ive been to many all over AZ. If this is your new $$$ for yarn you just lost a customer.

Reasonably good selection, prices are ok. Their inventory turnover must be high as I couldnt find any of the specified color tag on dollar Thursday. I made out well on the last half price Saturday Feb 8th.

Go to Goodwill on Thursdays the color of the week its on sale for a dollar on Thursdays unless theyve already pulled the color of the week off the floor a lot of stores do that I dont know why, they shouldnt advertise Thursday for Dollar Days

Love 99cent every Thursday...ask for the color and the twice amonth 1/2 price sale...you can find new things with tags

Literally the worst inventory around. Shopped for 3 hours trying to find SOMETHING worth buying and walked out empty handed. Only to be told next time my small purse would need to be in a locker, very loudly, in front of about 10 people in line. Im almost 40 with 3 kids and spend alot of money at every goodwill in the east valley almost daily. Needless to say me and my purse (which isnt big enough for a single SHOE lol) wont be back here ever . Even if it was the last one around. Yall need to train your employees on how to handle situations like notifying people about bag placement. The Worker when I walked in said nothing, the manager that let me in a fitting room TWICE said nothing. So when Im on my way out the door yelling at me from a register like Im a thief is plain unacceptable. Youve lost me as a customer and Ill make sure everyone I know is informed they arent allowed to bring a PURSE in the store. Definitely have a bad taste in my mouth for this store now.

Prices are rediculously high! I thought they were originally supposed to help people out. Everything is donated. They even want the consumer to round up our purchase for chatity. This charity money will be given by Good will, thus getting them tax benefits etc. The CEO and big wigs get rich on poor folks v trying to make ends meet by going to half price sales! They know 50% off days are very busy. Only two checkers going. I waited 37 minutes to purchase my 3 items.
